It is a great community great staff. There are times where there is communication issues but nonetheless it is a nice quiet area near great shopping plaza and the airport. They are always hosting events and food trucks as well

Absolutely love living in this community the office staff is always so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend The Morgan! If you are looking to live by the airport and live close to a shopping center this property is in a great location.

Great quite community, beautifully maintained in great location! The office staff was very friendly, helpful. The community is per friendly and there are a lot of areas to walk your pet as well as many pet stations for you to stop and clean you pets waste. Overall great place! Very satisfied

Everything here has been a great experience, I love the community and aswell as the amenities. Very quiet and enjoyable, on my second year renewal and considering a third. Very modern up to date units and that makes it a plus1.

Great! Thanks, more parking spaces will be great. Please clean the hallways and the stairs. Stairs haven't been cleaned in the last 1.3 years since we moved here. I had cleaned the stairs myself ones.

The appartment is great. But the service needs improvement. Specifically the way parking is secure for the residents. Every car need a sticker to be park inside. At night you can identify how many cars aren't from the residents (without the sticker)

This used to be my dream apartment. They are beautiful. Moving in and working with the office staff changed that completely. They are unapproachable and rude. Our neighbors have left our breezeways completely filthy and there is no accountability. Visitor parking is very limited. Overall terrible experience.

Nice Dog Park, Pool area is lovely , the neighbor above me I can hear everything, it is loud when they walk across the floor . The Management is responsive , it does take 25 minutes for me to fill my bath

There are pros and cons of living here. Great location. Pretty quiet, but still close to a lot of things. Like the gym. Pet friendly. Non smoking but people smoke A LOT, of everything! We have recycling but lazy people dump their trash in there. Clubhouse is closed frequently. Nice pool but large groups kind of take it over most weekends.

Leasing staff is okay, not the friendliest but not the rudest either. Apartments are beautiful although the walls are very, very thin. As well as the ceilings. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. Other than that, I love the amenities.

Excellent community, clean, safe, a good place for a family with children because schools are accessible. Also pool area is beautiful and safe. The areas are always in perfect condition. Very nice apartments with all appliances new.

The community as gone down hill as more residents move in. It is noisy. The neighbors bang loud noises, play their music loud and do not respect after hours. There is no staff checking or following up.

So far, we have been very happy with the community. The process of moving in went very smoothly. They staff makes sure to walk you to your apartment and they give you a checklist to make sure everything is working well. THe grounds are kept neat and tidy. And the amenities are awesome!

The gym is amazing and the maintenance staff is great however, it's not worth the price of these apartments. Not enough events even though we were told there were events all of the time (we did move in during Covid). The clubhouse always closes last minute.

It's very nice apartment, however parking is horrible. Most of the time I don't get to park in front of the building I lived. Also, there is a lot of car noise racing at nights. It can be very annoying.

Just moved in to this newly built appartment, staff were friendly, the moving process is smooth but the major issue is the maintanence is very very slow and takes forever to fix small issues like fan making sound, pest control after logging a service request. Also found roaches all around the appartment while moving, cleaning was pathetic

Management service is out of question, the service is above and beyond, but unfortunately the walls are paper thin and parking lots is not at the best, beside that, if you want a extra parking you have to pay separately and the fee is monthly . Dont think this is good !

Overall is a nice community you feel safe they have a nice gym pool friendly overall clean environment it's a luxury his apartment like brand new read it but the rats yes Shula missed in this wasn't told in the first place when moving Electric bill is pretty high price

Aside from from upstairs neighbor walking like their breaking concrete and a brief stint of residences having like 3 cars for 2 people making parking difficult, no issues. Parking has gotten and still getting better. Great location for fast access to anywhere in 20-30 mins.

It's nice if you're not expecting much I feel the rent is too high for what you receive the kids park is a joke they have two gas grills... everyone doesn't like propane I cook with Charcoal but the staff is friendly and helpful I feel like the valet trash should be a option.

When I first moved in, things were definitely not perfect. My bathtub was stained, constant ant problems, the valet trash was not picking up my garbage, there were trash in the hallways, my upstairs had loud music till very late at night, there was dog poop left on grass, and one time a visitor completely blocked my car and I couldn't get out. Little by little, ALL these problems were all fixed. NOBODY is perfect, but the difference is some try to improve and others don't. I HIGHLY applaud the management and maintenance staff for continuing to improve. I really appreciate all the effort put in to making things better and better. :)
