I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST
please read this the email I sent to the Property Manager I hope this email finds you well, I would like to retract my application for the rental at your property. I have never felt so embarrassed or convicted in my life. There are rules in place for reasons. I applied to your apartments because they are lovely; however I feel as though I am being discriminated against. I am a victim of domestic violence and I didnt feel compelled to communicate that to you all because it's personal to me. If I failed the credit check or the rental verification then my application should have just simply been denied. However I was told that not having credit is unheard of. Well having a husband someone who you love bust your head open is unheard of too but it happened to me. I moved here to get away from my ex who has been incarcerated and have a fresh start. I understand portcals but this is outrageous. I will not meet with your office or staff and I will report this to the corporate office. Next time someone like me applies there and you have questions, let the systems you have in place do the job instead of making a character assumption. FYI Allison I did come into the office twice and met your staff so I am a real person not AI. I could respect paying a higher deposit but being blamed for faults in YOUR SYSTEMS is too much. This whole experience has been awful. I was willing to give my bank statements (your system verified my account) . I have the email. So while you are telling me no, the application process is saying yes. Learn the system from the tenant side. PLEASE REFUND ME IN FULL Immediately.

Nice place a little bit expensive and parking at night is difficult. Beautiful community and apartment. Nice pool and everything is clean in the community. Close to the airport and other shops. Calm community.

It was good the first 2 years but after that everything changed. Hot Tub never works and there's never any parking on the left side of the community. Seems like there's never anybody in the office that's helpful. Not to mention the walls are paper thin. You can hear your upstairs and sidewall neighbors. So thin you can hear conversation. If you want sleep and your upstairs neighbors even do light walking. You will hear all of it and it will vibrate your entire apartment. Very upsetting especially at the $1900 price point a one bed.

Extremely dissapointed with the service this community has provided every month they charge more for rent with inexcusable utilities. His answer was "I dont know why you have to pay two trash fees" I've been paying more and the security doors keep staying open, people get robed, cars keep geting towed and maintance takes 3 weeks to fix a dishwasher. One of the main reasons I choose this community was because all the safety that was falsy promised and the gate has been open more than it has been closed. Cars keep getting towed while they're parked in the right spots with the right decals. I've recommended three tenants to come live to this community, one of the just now canceled the contract and the other one wants to leave as soon as possible.

Our experience has been excellent , so far. The apartment is well illuminated and ventilated . The kitchen space is great and also the terrace. The share areas have excellent maintenance and the administrative and maintenance team has been really good .

Lovely interior living space! The park is a mud hole. You pay 9 additional bucks for ground trash, on top of the $34 for valet trash...AND Trash is ALWAYS IN POOL AREA. The ladies & gent. In the office do a great job. They're under staff or CHEAP? As far as playground, trash service, & broken glass found at pool always. It's not the Morgan! It's "Richmond Properties" being GREEDY!!!

This neighborhood is brand new so the quality is fantastic. The location is smack dab in the middle of everything on Semoran with many restaurants around and amenities. The management team is very professional and respectful.

Terrible experience. Roaches infestation and smoke smell in the unit that is unlivable. We have been forced to stay since no options have been given. Paying out of pocket hotels for at least get some rest. Not recommend.

It's ok, if you can afford it it's not too bad of a place to start off in. Like I said before the staff is nice, they are pretty quick at resolving your requests. The maintenance staff is one of the better ones I have experienced in my time at staying in different apartments

Please consider better rental prices as well as allowing residents access to the clubhouse beyond normal business hours. Also we need a better kids playground, with at least a swing and a slide. So many kids live here and there aren't any amenity they can enjoy besides the pool. But not everyone likes the pool. So really consider a better kids playground.

Beautiful community, staff is very friendly and I love how the apartments are modern and spacious. The pool area is fun and I love that The Morgan is a pet friendly place. The location is also another positive point for me since we have so many stores and gyms around, also the airport is just 8 minutes away. Love it.

I've moved in recently with my partner, everything went so smoothly. Adrianna helped us out with all the questions we had, it's a nice quiet community with everything you could possibly need minutes away. Our unit was almost pretty much spotless with very few issues left by previous tenant, there's always parking spots available, the community itself is very well taken care of, we're in love with the place. They're very communicative and accommodating and we're very excited to create more memories in our first apartment :?)

The apartment complex is beautiful. However the parking is a serious issue. The staff and maintenance are great. Pool could be cleaned more. And dog poop pick up needs to be enforced. Hallways needs to be a littler more upkeep.

I been living at The Morgan Apartment for almost two years and I never have any problem the Community is very very quiet very clean and I like that there's no rug in the apartment that was very concerning for me because I have very bad allergic also went I need maintenance to come to the apartment to fix the problem the I have they didn't take long to come. I like the fact that they do different activities in the clubhouse and they celebrate every holidays I love that they have sometimes different food trucks for the residence to come down a by dinner for the day. The clubhouse is so nice the pool area and the Gym very nice over all a nice place to live I will recommend to all my friends and family.
