The staff is welcoming. The amenities are nice, clean and up to date. The grounds are well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. Mikey, from maintenance, is always a pleasure and seems very knowledgeable about his craft. Overall it has been a good experience for me living at The Morgan.

It's such a nice community. The staff is nothing but helpful and the apartment is beautiful. The price is a bit steep which I wish was lower because we would've stayed another lease term. We had a great experience here

Richmond signature properties have a well organized leasing staff to seem to know just about everything you need to know about the property. With the stellar process in a comparable property the staff here at The Morgan has truly outdone themselves. They are polite, intuitive, resourceful and responsive. even down to the smallest detail they've been more than accommodating. Anyone looking into moving into their properties I'll tell you this from a first-hand experience this is one of the best properties that I've ever seen. From the brand new appliances to the first rate staff The Morgan Orlando has been above anything I viewed or live in !

The office staff is friendly. The Manager Allison is professional and genuinely cares. Maintenance response to issues promptly. It's a beautiful community especially the gym and pool. The clubhouse is beautiful and the social events are cool.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for a little over 6 months and we cannot be more glad they we chose the Morgan as our first apartment together. Alison, the property manager, cares only about her staff and residents and never about herself. She made it such an easy process to move in and get settled. If we have a service request, the staff ensure it is their first priority to complete it. Elsa, in the leasing office is also an excellent representative of the community. If we ever had an issue she would stop right what she is doing and make sure it was taken care of. My recommendation if you are looking for somewhere to live, the Morgan is a great community with great amenities. If you like planes like we do, there are a bunch of really low fly bys when they land into the airport so that is pretty cool.

We get a call from Elsa after signing the lease stating that one of us will not be given a parking decal because it is in their parent's name. How unrealistic to expect everyone to have a car in their own name. If you're a parent who helps your child with a car and YOUR name is on it, they won't be allowed to park here because it's one car per lease-holder. Teens are not lease-holders. THEY DID NOT TELL US THIS BEFORE WE SIGNED THE LEASE AND IT WAS NOT STATED ON THE LEASE. Two of us had gone and spoken with her before this email and she ASSURED us that parking would not be a problem. That there is PLENTY of parking space available. We received this email from Alison Doremus, the property manager: "...the community is almost at full capacity. We allow for one vehicle per lease holder. We issue parking decals to all that have their vehicle registered in their name. If we do not have your registration, it is very important that you make sure to update your information in the portal as we will be auditing the vehicles in the parking lot as we do not have the space to accommodate guests or unauthorized occupants." Can't accommodate...GUESTS? Whenever we go and need to speak with her, she is rude, she has an attitude, she does NOT like looking people in the eye. She looks around like she has more important things to do. I have literally never seen her smile. She is unaccommodating and if you have to speak to her in private, she almost rolls her eyes because SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. She does not want to deal with your problems or help, which is something a property manager is supposed to do. She may look great on paper, but she has no customer service skills. Her employees look miserable whenever we walk in. We have had issues due to COVID-19 and have to move last minute and their "COVID assistance" is providing letters from all our jobs, providing bank statements, and we have to pay for the next month. But if they can't find someone to fill that spot, we have to pay the next month too. That is NOT ASSISTANCE! That's still paying two months in rent that we will not be living here. We have already stated we cannot afford it because we lost our jobs. This place is run by people who only care about your money. That's why they're luxury. We moved here loving the amenities, being able to afford it comfortably, and guess what? COVID happened and we haven't been able to use the pool or gym for months. What were we even paying for? We've had enough. We're moving out.

This community has several issues with construction being one. There's issues with flooding, landscaping not being attended to, snakes crawling about even in pool area, roaches in units and manager very dismissive when you bring concerns or issues to her attention. The wall are paper thin and I have not gotten a full night's sleep since moving in 10 months ago. Save your money and time and consider moving somewhere else because the Morgan is NOT recommended!! I have lived in Orlando for 15 years and this has been an experience that I wish I could have avoided. I give them zero stars

Awesome,love my apt., the appliances,amenities,the ground,gym are all nice and brand new. Love that I'm close to the pool & grill. The patio is also very nice to enjoy the day siting out and read a book.

I have just recently moved into the Morgan. When I first took a tour back in September I signed on that same day because the community was just beautiful and they offered everything I need and more! I also love how they have many floor plans to fit your needs. The clubhouse is amazing !

Community and units are both beautiful. I love the gym and also love that there's an elevator in my building. The only issue really is that my unit (1bed-1bath) does not have a utility/storage closet. Overall, I am really happy to be staying here because the location is perfect. A lot of stores options just a 5 min drive away.

Excellent experience. Wonderful employees. Beautiful apartments. I will be more happy if the security was 24/7. I am thinking to install a security system if I can no sure. Should be someone walking through the apartment building to be sure everyone its in compliance. NO TOWELS ETC AT THE BALCONIES.

I had so many problems with this place, I am seriously thinking about breaking the lease. They had the worst construction company that built this place. After the construction finalized, they had to break the pavement again, because of water leakage underground. Water keeps seeping up through the asphalt! The management is horrible, they make up lies, stating that the neighbor's complaint about my TV being loud during the day! My TV was no even on the day in question, and even it was loud there's nothing unlawful about it! They charge a lot of money for this place not even worth it. I had to clean the hallway outside because they never have anyone clean it. They only have one garbage dumpster for the whole building, garbage dumpster is always overloaded, not enough for the whole complex, and we always have to deal with the extra traffic of people coming to dump their garbage here.

Brand new community with excellent floor plan. Great place to live. Also nearby to MCO airport,publix,walmart and walgreens etc. Community is gated. Leasing staff is amazing and very helpful. I would request to extend the timings of swimming pool and grill area.
