Beautifully maintained community awesome maintenance staff also professional office staff. people in the community are very friendly. Everywhere I turn on this community and impresses me even more help Pool and all the other amenities beautifully maintained. maintenance staff is very helpful around the property also.

The apartment complex is a great place to live nice clean environment. Everyone is friendly love the pool Jacuzzi and the workout area. The people in the office are always nice and friendly. Always there when you have a problem that need to be fixed. Great staff friendly and kind the maintenance team always there when you need them. Does a great job every time we recommend this complex to anyone this is one of my favorite places to live

Amazing staff! Well maintained community. Easy access to shopping and schools, quiet area. The main road (Malabar) can get a bit congested but it is manageable. Has all the basic amenities that other communities charge a lot more for.

A beautiful apartment community with many nice amenities though getting an actual quote on what would be due monthly is not clear because of quite a few variables (ie add on for trash, deposit varies based on credit report, only specific Wi-Fi service providers with no information on how much that may be)

The community is clean. not only that but it up keeps the grounds on a very regular basis. Neighbors treat each other with respect and the office staff is always willing to help. Trash service is very convenient at the entrance of the complex. I like they offer reserved parking.

Nice community. Love it here. Nice employees and the team is very nice and friendly!! Love that you wash your car here and put air in ur tires also vacuum ur vehicle as well. Awesome dog area and grooming station.

Community and apartments are nice. Make sure you make 3X's the rent or the agent will stop being so welcoming. The property was well kept. And the amenities included are nice and kept in great standards

Peaceful

The community is doing well overall, great dog park, maintenance is very friendly and understanding. It is very quiet and peaceful living here. I have been for 3+ years. Only issue is when needing help with rental from other service providers due to losing your job and almost getting kicked out because they don't accept outside help. This to me is ridiculous as a single parent of 3 girls. Sometimes things happen and you need help. I also always pay my bill every month without issue and went through a difficult time. Other than that, this is a great place to live, just don't use HUD or any other services. You have to pay.

Beautiful, peaceful and orderly

My girlfriend and I moved here a few months ago from another state and this area did not disappoint. It is very beautiful and peaceful. The groundskeepers/staff are excellent from my experience, working around the clock ensuring that the area is clean, organized and in tip-top shape.

I've only been here a week and so far so good. I had a minor issue with my microwave which was addressed immediately. There was 1 roach found on day of move in. When I notified them, I was added into the pest control schedule for the next available date!

Not what the pictures show.

The pictures show a new painted interior that is false. Not each unit looks that good. Or as spacious. People deal with unequal chance at getting a cheaper price. With a family it is almost 2 grand a month. However the mold that grows inside the bathrooms and inside the walls of the shower is DISGUSTING. Even when you put on the air filter in for the bathroom. The overall environment of this place is very ------ people smoking and shooting up all over. You tell the police and the only passed my apartment yea that’s definitely a good idea just pass by and don’t actually knock on the windows of those cars you can clearly see aren’t a part of the residence list. I’m tired of seeing kids fight in the road. I had to split up a fight it was ridiculous. The garbage shoot is HORRIBLE. Never cleaned, never addressed. It looks and smells like the dump. Not the policy of cleanliness to me. If you want a better review people review better on the overall maintenance of this place. Along with the prison like rules for the pool. I can’t even enjoy anything here. This place is overpriced and overruled by ridiculous restrictions. I can’t wait till I leave.
