Whoever I met with was very friendly and to the point. The whole premises have a lot to offer and seemed very well maintained and clean. I'm not familiar with the area the community just seemed a little out of the way and I did notice very heavy traffic in the surrounding area.

New to the community here. Management seems really nice! Amenities are great for families. 3 bedroom is big enough for a family of 4, however minimal storage space?feel like there could have been an extra storage closet.

From the beginning, the front office has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Michelle has been incredible throughout the process and helped me submit everything for approval. Everyone here has been great and I feel very safe here.

So far it's been nice I haven't had any problems with the other residents here. As for the apartment it's really nice but we did have a issue with the washing machine and the kitchen sink which I feel like those are things that should be fixed before you have someone move in but besides that everything else has been great.

This location has many amenities like dog parks, spa/gym, and a pool. It's very nice for single people and families. Right up the road is everything you need from restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. If what your looking for is not there many other important places is within a 10-15 min drive.

I toured yesterday with Michelle to see a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I like the floor plan of these apartments. The gym area was nice and spacious. I can not wait to get into the jacuzzi if I make this my place of home.

It is an excellent community and does not have any major problems. I appreciate the way the community is kept. The grounds are hardly ever with trash. If there is a problem, it is addressed promptly. Nice job!

Friendly staff and a very nice community to live in. Grounds are kept well and whenever a issue arises it is addressed within 24-48 hours. The pool, gym and paying a little more each month for an assigned parking space which is not mandatory is a nice touch. Have been here for almost 2 years and will renew lease when time to do so.

The community looks amazing. The amenities are very nice and the apartment itself met our needs perfectly. I was, and still am, concerned about price but considering the amenities (pool, gym, billiards room/Internet cafe) it might just be worth it!

The community is very well taken care of other than the little kids playground where people broke the gate and have left glass and cigarette butts behind. After that we have never had an issue with staff our are neighbors.

The community is absolutely great, the residents here are very friendly I made friends within a few short hrs with the maintenance guys and my neighbors. Great activities at random times and some of the most amazing food trucks I've ever seen! This place describes the word community!

I have lived in this community for over a year. I love my apartment! The colors of the decor and the apartment layout fits my style. The office staff and the maintenance staff are professional and skilled in their positions. This complex definitely has a community feel, thanks to the efforts of the staff.

This is a nice place to live. The grounds are meticulously kept. Upon moving in, our apartment was clean. All maintenance issues are addressed immediately. The amenities, including the swimming pool, the gym, the recreational room, the fire pit, the hot tub are all great and well kept.

Most staff is amazing, very nice and helpful. They listen to your and will help if possible. Like my daughter and I both had to work and was expecting a package delivered. We called the office to see if someone was available to get the package so it wouldn't risk being taken, since it would've sat there for a long time. Michelle was kind to get it for us. Price is high but I guess that is the norm now and days.

Wonderful place and the staff are top notch, I don't speak English but they helped me with everything and they were very patient in helping me with every detail If you count the effort it took to get the moving day on the day I wanted, they did exactly what I asked for, they are fantastic
