Very nice tour and great hospitality got lots of information and we well informed about any questions I had. Was very kind and helpful. Looked very clean and put together as definitely interested in this being my future apartment one day.

We really love living here in Madalyn Landing apartments, it's a quiet place, theres a good neighborhood, we have a great pool and gym. The people that work in the office is very kind and always is available to help us!

Love it! Love the staff. Love the apartment itself (esp how well the noise is controlled). Love the amenities (esp the grill by the pool and TV. and the firepit. and the computer lab. and the pool table. and the hot tub. and the gym. ALL of them).

I love how clean and up to date the area is. All staff member are perfect and respond to any and all problems that may come up. Rent is high at this point even for a one bedroom and I know madalyn landing is one of the cheapest maybe the only cheapest around but rent shouldn't go up when renewing.

Michelle ( staff/leasing consultant) made this process seamless. Apartment pricing was great. Upon move in, everything was cleaned before we moved in! We love it here and appreciate the nice quiet community .

It's been 3 days. But so far so good! Michelle gave us a tour of the community and it is a lovely area. The pool area is huge. Hot tub is accessible. There is a dog park, plenty of places to walk, a car wash station, and gym.

This place is an absolute dream. Safe with lots of families with children which fits in well for myself and my 2 kids. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The pool and grill area are our favorite areas to hang out. Not to mention a pool table for when we want to hang out inside.

Nice place, nice people I love the accessibility to the things around, such as the pool, grills, and the hot tub. The apartments very cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend it to others, good spot for families.

It was a great experience visiting this community. Michelle was very knowledgeable and professional. The apartment homes had washer/dryer combos and I loved the flooring, counters and layout. The pool area is awesome and the fitness center is great too.

Very pleasant and relaxing place to live in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we have issues it is resolved promptly. This place is a complete welcome in comparison to New York. We feel like we are living in a resort ??

Everyone always being professional all the time. Love all the staff including maintenance . Love all my neighbors and always are really helpful in case I need any help y around . Love the fact that everything is close including schools, grocery stores,etc

I love the community I have great neighbors and it's very peaceful to live and raise my kid. The staff is always very nice any issues I may have is dealt with quickly and efficiently. I love that I can go out side at any time and have a beautiful clean atmosphere.

The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and quiet. Both the public and private amenities are accessible and kept up to any reasonable standard. The staff are helpful but may come off as impatient until you can get them to start talking. My party ran into a scheduling issue with their online tool that allowed us to schedule a tour during the office's lunch break and we had to wait 30 mins past the stated start time for them to arrive. There were also some managerial/clerical issues during the application process that could have been handled better on the back end. Overall, the apartments are representative of a mid-range and relatively budget-friendly option in the Melbourne area.

Lovely community, the pool area is nice along with the newly updated business center. The units don't have balconies but are newly renovated and offer tons of storage space. Kitchens offer a pantry in addition to tons of cabinet space.

All staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If there is a maintenance issue, the group has it fixed usually same day or within 24 hours. The pool and jacuzzi area is absolutely gorgeous. I love that everyone has to go through a background check so I can feel safe living here with my child.

Here at Madalyn Landing the units are very quiet and properly laid out. The grounds are always well kept and clean. The staff here are friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in renting.

Very courteous and attentive. Everything looks clean and well maintained. The person helping answered all the questions we had and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. She did a great job of pointing out the amenities and was very helpful. We didn't feel rushed and enjoyed our visit and tour.

Very clean and updated apartments. Maintenance staff go the extra mile when an issue arises. The community is clean. Have not had any problems in the time I have lived here. Theres a dog park which is great for pet owners.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and took her time showing me several floorplans. She even showed me and my daughter the next day so all of my kids could see the complex.

Parking isn't enough, it needs more parking, I have to park all the way to the front and walk about 8 minutes to the apartment, which is inconvenient and it is dark, it could use some more lighting and the neighbors aren't friendly

Great place to live. Peaceful and quiet. I feel safe here. Land scapeing is beautiful and maintained daily. Units are very clean and quiet place. The crew here are very pleasant and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
