They are well behaved people and if you have a issue they fix it fast . They have a amazing pool and have computers to use and also have a pool hall and fire pit. Have some amazing neighbors. Wouldn't ask for a better place to live.

The apartment complex is clean, updated, and in a great location. Lots of ammenities are available making things very convenient for occupants. Would definitely recommend other people to come live here.

Nice place to live and have your children raised . Community is very quite and the area is very clean and maintained. Issues that arrise are taken care of in a timely manner by the mailtemane and followed up the next day. I enjoy that law enforcement officer live in our area so it make us feel safe.

Manicured grounds, substantial plant life, a quiet neighborhood, and quality construction used in the apartment buildings. There is sufficient parking, although there are no assigned spots. The office staff are incredibly friendly and get to know residents' names and overall personality. On the occasion when my neighbor's children are using the breezeway as an echo chamber the apartment is noisy, but otherwise I cannot hear the world outside my door, unless I listen carefully.

Havent been in apartment complex long enough. My schedule only has me home maybe two complete days out the on my fourth month I probably can do a survey, that should give me enough time to be honest and fair.

Nice and friendly no trouble at all the entire staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the property and quick to fix and issue that you may have or answer any questions for you if they cant give you the answer right away they will contact you as soon as they could

The office staff is very responsive to emails and phone calls. The staff is friendly and flexible when it comes to setting up appointments and schedules. Clearly explained all options and services available to tenants.

My experience has been wonderful. The apartment is private, and noise free. No one loitering or disturbing me. The people here are relatively friendly, and the amenities are cleaned consistently. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the place clean. Only issue is too many dogs.

To be honest still in the process of moving in so can't say how's my experience living here just yet ! so far seems nice and quiet. So hope it's really this way when I move in in a couple of weeks. Great staffs

The staff is very courteous and friendly. The community itself is laid out nicely and kept up very well. When moving in Michelle was very helpful. Being disabled it is hard to get around but the layout of the community makes it easily accessible. They really make you feel at home

Where to start? The office staff and maintenance people are some of THE WORST I've encountered, Their all power hungry, and if you fart the wrong way, your going to have a letter on your door, threatened with a fine, or evicted. -------------------- want their --- kissed and if you stand up for yourself, don't expect to get a renewal. That happened to too many neighbors of mine and myself after years of living there. I've turned so many people away from this hellhole. They all must be some pretty unhappy people! Good riddons to all the employees of Madalyn Landfill!

The rates are getting to much for the quality of the apartment your getting there's an up charge for every little thing you get there you charged for administrative charges every month what is it for?? I don't even use admin. Is that for them to give you a filter every month , then drop it by my door

I moved in this community August of 2018. I have never lived in an apartment prior and so far it has been good. My only issue is having neighbors so close and above me. I can hear them walking above my head. Other than that, the experience is good

The staff is very attentive to what you are looking for. The prices are very competitive and the quality is incomparable. I will recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live. It has a nice SPA like pool and in general all the areas are well kept.

The apts are beautiful office staff n maintenance people here have no respect, my building is filthy. And kids and strangers running up and down steps all to clean up garbage from the neighbors is something my husband and really dont like to do.

Community is fine. People seem to all be working. Lots of families. Nice floorplan. Some of the appliances are a bit older. Pool is nice and so is the gym. Lots of people have big bass systems in their cars so I hear that as they drive by... Not sure who thinks that is a good idea.. soundproofing is enough to repel most of the noises.

Just moved in but so far the place seems nice. Floorplan wasn't exactly what we got and the apartment was not perfect but it's still great. Community seems nice and the amenities are cool. Overall I've enjoyed my first weeks here.

Management is poor, too many rules, only enforced when management feels like it. Office manager is power hungry and doesn't allow residents to enjoy property. Would not recommend living here. Renovation is nice but not worth having to deal with office staff.

Above average response to any issues with the apartment. All staff are friendly and helpful with residents. Everyone is so kind and considerate of your needs and strive to meet your needs. Just an overall great experience to live at Madalyn Landings.

This place is so horrible. The noise level is out of control...You can hear EVERYthing happening in your building. You can hear people talking in the corridors. They have been doing work on apartments in my building for the last 3 months and it is insanely noisy. I can't sleep at all. I am moving out of here ASAP. Front office doesn't care, maintenance guys doesn't care that their contractors are disturbing their residents. Its clear they just want your money.....not your satisfaction

Staff has been great so far. The apartment was in good condition. The team that came around to fix and install my appliances were friendly and they got the job done quickly. I have enjoyed the pool and the gym so far.

I love it there. Everything is brand new and nice. The community is quiet, never have a problem with noise. The staff is so nice and helpful, they accommodate you in any way. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.

This is a great community to live at. The front office is very friendly and courteous. The maintaince people are prompt and efficient. There is no loud noises at night or even during the day. Kids can play outside freely.
