Excelent community, good neighbors and excelent office staff. A real good aparience of the community area. The community have a swimming pool, a pool room, computers room with free WiFi, and a gym room. I really like to live in this community. I recommend it to everybody.

I LOVE living at Madalyn Landing. My apartment is completely renovated, and the color schemes are perfect for what I was looking for and are absolutely beautiful. My neighbors are not noisy, and everyone so far is really nice.

The office and maintenance staff here are really great. They go out of their way to help fix any issues and really make you feel like a priority. The apartments themselves are decent, not exactly noise proof but what do you expect really since they are apartments? The community isn't gated but still feels secure and safe with the classic apartment community amenities. Biggest complaint is they charge you an additional fee that's included in the rent to use the washer/dryer combo in your unit and you don't have the option to buy/bring your own. Also, the rent has recently been increased due to some minimal renovations to the apartments, which I don't feel was really justified. Other than that, we are satisfied and plan to stay for a while. We would recommend Madalyn Landing as a good place to live.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartments are beautifully renovated. Grounds are well kept. Pet friendly. I use the gym and it is very convienent for me especially after work. Pool has been redone and looks beautiful.

I love it so far. I was disappointed that the pool was not available during Spring Break. I would and have told others about this complex and how wonderful it is. The grounds are pretty, the place is clean and the staff are respectable

The staff has been wonderful here. The maintenance team fixes things in a timely manner. I have enjoyed the amenities here and will continue to call this place home for the next year or so. Everything is well kept and I am content.

I believe the amount of rent is too high for such a small place with no storage or patio. The community was not very safe and my son's bike was stolen. I would've loved to have storage available to rent.

Great area, close to schools, interstate and shopping center. Convenient rent prices. Clean areas, pretty roomy. Nice and quiet neighbors are respectful and friendly. The fitness center is great and has variation.

The community isn't too bad, pretty active. A lot of children where I'm at but it's not intolerable. Good work done all around, the room mate and I are both pleased. Although being forced to type 200 words is annoying.

I looked at a number of apartment complexes in the Palm Bay area and I liked the look of Madalyn Landing the best. The 3 room apartment layout isn't the best and no covered parking but the grounds - the apartment buildings arranged around the ponds with the fountains with colored lights at night and nicely landscaped grounds with lots of grass and trees and sidewalks around the ponds and the sound of the falling water (the fountains) and the pool area is definitely a selling point. The pool area is very nice with a partially shaded seating area with a nice outdoor gas grill for family or community grilling with an outdoor sink and flatscreen tv and nice pool furniture, hot tub and all kept very neat and clean. The whole complex is kept neat and clean every day and the grounds landscaped every Friday and any time I have had a problem or suggestion, it was acted on promptly. Madalyn Landing seems to be well managed and is one of the nicer apartment complexes in the Palm Bay/Melbourne, FL area.

I have had a pretty good experience at Madalyn Landings since I have moved in a few months ago. I love the location, staff, pool area, neighborhood and the actual apartment. The neighbors can get a little loud, but I guess that can be expected sometimes.

They were very helpful when I moved in here. The maintenance team is friendly. The grounds are nice especially the pool area. They make sure to communicate efficiently when something is going on . I like the fact they have a pool table.

It's been great livinging hear. they are fixing things and the IRS turning out great. my kids love the parks they have and we can't stop going to the pool. other residents are nice and recommended this place to my cousin. just a over all great place to live if you have a family.

Nice remodeled apartment. I really appreciate the no-smoking policy, and residents seem to adhere to the policy (by smoking outside, 25 feet from the building). The water pressure is kind of low. Maintenance is courteous and fast. Pool and hot tub are very nice, but closed often (not sure why). No noise from traffic. Residents are nice. Overall I really like it, and I looked at almost EVERY single apartment in Melbourne and Palm Bay. It's just been one month, but so far I'm glad I moved here. Car insurance went up significantly though ($200/year increase with this zip code).

Moving here was biggest mistake I’ve made. My family and I moved here because we were looking for something temporary (1-2years)! We failed to read the reviews before moving here because we were looking for a place ASAP. Firstly Ms.Michelle(employee) failed to advise us that there would be fees for Pest control, trash and rental’s insurance on top of our $1,210 rent!! (That’s how they get you)! Secondly, there is no assigned parking, so it makes it harder to get a parking space! Especially when you work a late shift, parking was much difficult to find. Thirdly, which should had been my number one issue , was the fact they made us sign a Mold and Mildew form before moving in because they knew that it was huge problem in the apartment complex!!! My family and I requested help several time before decided to leave. My daughter is asthmatic, and there were mold behind her bed’s dashboard. Our apartment was infested with mold, our clothes and shoes were ruined. In addition to this, we told them we wanted to leave before our lease was up , because this was not a stable or healthy environment for our family! The property manger and her staff refused to remove the 2 months payment for breaking the lease! In fact they showed little interest on trying to help us, I had to call the office on many occasions, just to get an update on our situation, when they said that they would call us, but never did! We also spoke to several neighbors that were having the same problems with molds in their apartments and were planning to leave as well! The staff do not care about their tents nor do they care about their health!! The property manager and her staff lacks in professionalism and communication! I would not recommend Madalyn Landing Apartments to anyone!

This is a nice community and whenever I have any problems with the apartment the maintenance always takes care of it right away. My family enjoys all of the amenities! I like the fact that we have a place to walk our dogs and a play area for our dogs!

I enjoy the apartment very much, the staff is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick for repairs. I do not, however, care for the lack of parking at the complex. I routinely have to park fairly far away from my apartment late at night when I get home from work. I also have an issue with people utilizing the pool after hours; generally they leave a mess, to include (most recently) empty cigarette packs in the pool, mulch from the plant bedding, and two chairs sitting in the 6ft end of the pool, all of which I removed myself so that I could enjoy the pool facilities. Also, when people have get togethers in the pool area, the bathrooms are routinely left a disgusting mess.

Pretty apartments (on the outside) and wonderful staff but they don't like to replace things. My appliances are the original appliances and all maintenance does is rig it enough to say it still run. You hear sirens on this side of Palm Bay DAILY. I'm not pleased with the high utility bills, only having one cable/internet provider, and my rent going up each time I renew my lease. They have made alot of improvements to the outside of the apartments which it looked fine before the improvements, I just wish they though enough to replace the appliances in the lower grade apartments (it don't have to be top of the line appliances) but atleast appliances that were efficient especially when my rent is getting raised each time.

Love the community, friendly office staff and maintenance staff. Any issues, taken care within a couple of days. Plenty of parking spaces. Washer and dryer in apartment is a needed plus. Also the car wash area with vac.
