Its been 8years living at Madalyn Landing and has been the best place by far. The office girls(melanie, angela, michelle and sylvia) are all great. The maintenance guys fix things on time and right with a aweskme attitude (angel, enrika, steve, jackson and vivian). Thank you to all of you for being great and makinf my stay here awesome.

These apartments get a bad reputation for being ------ or run down, but that isn't the case. In the past year I've seen management continuously make improvements and have made friends with many of my neighbors. We're very happy here, and would recommend living in this complex.

Madalyn landing apartments it's a nice place felt in love with it move in 2 month after applying like the staff very fast working Maintenance, I would highly recommended it love how they have movie night by the pool and holidays dinner keep the w2 good work ..

It is very peaceful place to live. I never have an issue while living here. When you have a probelm maintenance is very quick to get the probelm solved. The neighbors are pretty friendly here. I love all my neighbors. The office staff is amazing, I especially love Michelle,a he helped with the move in when I first moved in 4 years ago

I really like living here at madalyn landing I've never had any problem , i like how quickly repairs are done and the staff are very nice, and so are the maintenaceguys. I have really felt safe living here. It will be 12 years that have been living here I have no complaints, thank you.

very comfortable and quiet apartments . Excellent for children. Very attentive and responsible to serve. Clean ccessible to shops and schools . People in the office very pleasant and always willing to help these . Its not expenssive. I love it thanks for everything

Its very nice here. The staff is very friendly and the apartment is very clean with no bugs. It was like moving into a brand new apartment when I first moved in. I have no complaints just good things to say. I would recommend living here and its within walking disatnce to your basic shopping needs.

Overall great , but disappointed with the facts of carpet , mold and increase of rent every year, I really love this community , besides one neighbor that had been the only issue regarding safety, noises, behavior... But even though is not perfect , I recommend it to everyone that I know..

I moved into my first apartment after recently becoming a widow and was apprehensive about apartment living. I have to say I was always treated with the utmost respect when I went to the office for assistance. Maintenance has always been responsive and timely. I am now in one of the newly remodeled apartments and I absolutely love it. The kitchen is updated with new countertop, a microwave over the range, and updated kitchen faucet, and a self cleaning oven. What a surprise, I feel absolutely safe here and the neighbors are friendly.

I have lived at Madalyn Landing for several years and have found it to be the best place by far. The quality of service they provide from the office to the maintenance crew is amazing. Each one is always ready to assist my needs or concerns. I want to thank each one of you who have made my stay welcome and comfortable. Shots were fired in this neighborhood a couple of days ago, please don't bring your kids and family to this place. It's a breeding ground for drug dealers, these reviews must be the managements friends. Don't recommend this apartments to ANYONE especially families with children.

I've been living here a little while now. The biggest issue I have is the thin walls. My neighbors smoke weed and it seeps though my walls, cabinets ets into my home my personal space. I am extremely infuriated because I am paying rent for a place that's not somewhere I'd call home nor is it not safe for my health. I really don't care what others do in the privacy of their homes as long as it's not affecting my household.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE LIVEING HERE HAS BEEN WONDERFULL. STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY POSSIABLE. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 8 YEARS AND STILL COUNTING. BUILDINGS AND LANDSCAPE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MATIANED AND WELL KEPT. I ALWAYS AND WILL TELL MY FRIENDS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT COMMUNITY TO MOVE HERE. THE ONLY THING I RECOMMEND IS TO HVE MORE ACTIVITYS FOR THE YOUNGER KIDS. AND SOME MORE THINGS FOR THE OLDER GENERATION.

Overall it is a great place to live. The staff and residents makes you feel welcomed. It's a quiet neighborhood. Apartment complex is well maintained. There is no crime in the complex. Staff lets you know in advance of changes or upcoming events.

When I told my friends where my new apartment was they told me I was going to be "living in the hood" when they heard Madalyn Landings. That worries me, but it was the cheapest place to live that I could find that didn't involve renting a room. I was brought up to be tough, but some of the people living in the community must be living there under someone else's name because I doubt they would pass the criminal background check that I did. There are some shady characters there that make me uncomfortable, but I already signed the contract.

Disapointed, I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone, The customer service is not all that great,not professionalism. They don't listen and justify everything you complain about that is wtong with your apartment. Sometimes it's just best to LISTEN!!!

My family and I enjoy living here. How ever we are not to happy with the pool not being open this summer. We like the changes being made and looking forward to when all the work is done. We hoping they make the pool heated so we can use it all year round.

Love the staff!! Very helpful and nice. I got my application in and keys the very same day!! They helped us a lot with the application process. I have family that lives in here so it's a very convenient place for me and family to live here. My son loves his "new house". Great experience!
