This is a great place to live great apartments. Great pool it feels very safe. Great place to live while we are waiting to buy our home. The staff are all wonderful. I've never had a bad experience with any of them. All the amenities are very nice and well kept up.

It's pretty quiet. The majority of the community is working class. That does cause a parking issue if you come home later than other people. It is clean and a nice community. My only complaint would be the parking.

I just moved in. The staff and other residents are very kind and caring. I'm extremely grateful and very pleased to be here. The property is beautiful. Very nice to walk around the pond and sit and relax.

Wonderful place to live. Staff is super nice and maintenance always measures up to your needs. The community is well put together and there's no issues between neighbors. Very friendly all the way around the board.

Excellent apartment complex. Modern and cozy. Beautiful floors, granite countertops, and spacious. Beautiful facilities and amenities too. Excellent pool and good gym. The staff is great too, respectful and attentive.

Clean and beautiful looking property. The inside of the apartment and now outside with the new paint are both very modern. The maintenance staff is always friendly and do a great job at keeping up with the property.

The staff are great and super friendly. Very fast with any maintenance requests. The apartment complex is always clean and well kept. I feel safe living here which is my number 1 priority. Please don't raise my rent!

I have had roaches in my apartment since I moved in. People smoke and through there cigarettes everywhere. Kids write profanity in chalk on properties Walls and side walls There is dog poop all over the entire property. Can't wait till my lease is up!

So far I am happy living here even though it has only been a few weeks. Looking forward to the year. Can't wait to use the pool and dog park for my puppy. Also I look forward to meeting my neighbors.

Madalyn Landings is a beautiful community with all the amenities you could ask for! It's affordable for the area and close to anything you'd need. It's quiet and there are police that live here and make us feel safe!

The apartment itself is great, I love the kitchen, bathroom is spacious as well as the master room and walk in closet. My complain is more about the parking space, I feel that the rent is too high and you don't have your own parking space.

I've really enjoyed living at Madalyn Landing. I know there was a bad reputation from years ago but the apartments are renovated, so clean when you move in, everything is kept up and the amenities are top notch for this area. Maintenance team is so nice and helpful. I haven't had any issues living here honestly. I would highly recommend this community and unless I buy a home or move away I will be renewing my lease for sure.

Good. Just not happy with the residents and their pets. My daughter and I have stepped in dog poop several times. I've had to clean my car and shoes plenty of times. Also, the parking is not ideal. Other than that, we're happy here!

Beautiful and clean community. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Our move in went smoothly and quickly, the apartment was clean and ready for us. The community is nice and quiet, I have no complaints, I love our new home.

Love the area. Staff is great and takes care of all issues. All residents are friendly and easy going. Grounds are well kept. Parking can be a problem. But the piece of mind is worth it. Will renew lease

Lovely environment and safe place for kids and belongings. Great amenities and good office employees. Maintenance is sometimes half does a job but make sure everything is done. Wish rent was a little less but got to pay what you got to pay

Nice community but you have to park far away from your apartment building because there are people/friends of people who live here taking up parking spaces. There ahould be atleast 1 assigned parking space

From the very 1st day I walked into the office, Michelle greeted me with such enthusiasm. She gave a tour and by the end I knew this was my new home. She help me with any questions and I was all set. The staff was very pleasant the entire time.

Nice community. Well kept except too many ant hills ( especially in doggie park). I have never been able to use. Also, since so many families with kids and not just toddlers, there should be a basketball and / or tennis court. During COVID-19 it would have served better than a pool. I'm not advocating to get rid of pool.

This has been a great place to live since I moved in July 2020. All of the staff are very friendly and maintenance responds quickly to requests. It has been a really quiet location and the grounds are kept up very well.

Quick and easy to get into my apartment. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained along with the apartment I moved into. The staff is very kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Highly recommend taking a look.

The office staff are always courteous and professional. My move in process was quick and very easy. The complex is quiet and well-kept! I also hear minimal noise and my neighbors are respectful. I'd recommend this complex to anyone!
