My experience with this community been the best this is the 2 year I rent here and i can't complain they been nothing but helpful here is nice and quiet for my family and I .. I appreciate everything they do !! great staffs / manager ! !

The apartment was clean and everything seems to be working as of when I moved in. It does feel like an older builder, but it seems fairly well kept. I'm still trying to figure out how exactly I feel about this area and whether or not I will be staying here long term.

Maintenance staff is awesome, professional and courteous always. The community pool and fitness center are clean and functional. Walkways are cleaned and maintained daily. Management has done a great job working with local landscaping companies to upkeep all the lush vegetation.

Very clean community. Parking is a little crazy. Beautiful pool and hot tub when open. Newly painted exterior, landscaping is gorgeous. Maintenance issues fixed very fast. Always upgrading around the neighborhood and apartments.

Office staff is amazing! Angela Melanie and Michelle take the time out to listen to you if you have any concerns. Pool is very nice and big! It is a pretty quiet neighborhood. We have never had any issues.

It's nice and quiet. Close to shopping, entertainment, and food. All neighbors friendly and keep to themselves. My package was delivered to the wrong building and that resident made sure I received it.

The community is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is helpful and courteous, and the complex is quiet. I truly feel I made the right decision moving here. When maintenance is needed, the staff responds quickly and is very efficient.

I was allowed to move in a day early the process was quick and easy.The community is very quite and my apartment and the pool is bomb.Maintenance fixed all problems that I had in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and is willing and happy to answer any questions you have.Love it here :)

The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very clean inside and the landscaping is beautiful. Beautiful pool and hot tub as well as fitness center. The complex also has 2 lakes with sidewalks all the way around and benches to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

The community is mostly quiet and the other residents are respectful. Any maintenance issues that occur are quickly resolved. The renovations that are currently being done are completed quickly and are not intrusive.

Community seems great seems like a safe environment overall. There are multiple police officers living in this community which also helps you feel secure and safe. A walk around the pond is a nice way to relax and the grass is always cut around them.

The community is decent with a fair amount of families in the area. There is also a pool, dog park, gym, and playground. The apartments are mostly renovated and seem to be a good deal for the times with rent rising as it is.

The apartments and the grounds are beautiful and very clean just like the photos.The community and its residents seem quiet and peaceful. The office staff are awesome and very helpful and friendly which was a big deciding factor for me. The amenities are also very nice. It's everything I wanted when searching for a place.

I have been a resident of Madalyn Landings for over 8 years and to see that someone is bashing and attempting to degrade this community comes off as a personal attack towards me. I have even referred several families to this community who moved in shortly after my recommendations and are very happy with their decision to live here. It just makes me wonder, what happened to you? What did you get called out for to make you so vindictive in your actions towards this awesome community. As it relates to the photo of the dog feces, IT IS NOT MANAGEMENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN UP THE DOG FECES, IT IS THE RESIDENTS. They did their part when they installed not 1, not 2, not 3, but several stations that are always stocked with bags to pick up the dog feces and a garbage can is attached to dispose of those bags as well. As it relates to your photo of the trash, that is not a daily occurrence as you have suggested. Has it happened, yes; however, the problem was rectified BY MANAGEMENT the very next business day by contacting Waste Management. If you would check your emails you would see their apologies for the inconvenience, the steps they took to correct the problem, and how long it will take. I have never had any issues with management nor maintenance when it came to any issues in our community. They are very nice, courteous, and respectful. Now that I think about it, I bet you are the one Mr or Mrs I moved out here with my sister, who is not cleaning up the dog feces and leaving your garbage all over the place or you are just the typical miserable person who likes to complain for attention thinking it’s gonna help get you something you do not deserve (misery loves company mentality). Just do me and everyone else who enjoys living here a favor and LEAVEEEEEEE if you’re not happy. Don’t disrespect our home. SIGNED, I STAND WITH MANDALYN!!!!!

Management and personnel are very good. Peaceful and tranquil place ti live, quick response when issues happen. No complaint at all what is in regards of the place in general. My only concern is about some neighbors not following the rules

Madalyn Landing is a quiet neighborhood. My kids are able to go to a playground close to home. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice to have a pool close to home and not pay for a gym membership. Only downfall is people who do not clean up after dogs.

A disgusting community. I recently moved in with my sister into this community. In the last 3 months the garbage drop off area has looked like this more than 5 times. This is the first area you see when driving into this community. The amount of dog s**t it also disgusting. Rather repulsive to see piles of s**t when I walk out of my door. I've found multiple types drug paraphernalia on my walks that I take around the back of this community. We are actively looking to leave this place and after speaking with many neighbors I've realized we are not alone. What they "sell" you is not what they give you! This is not a place for a family. This is not a place for anyone.
