We love our location...easy access. Parking to our apt is perfect...just a few steps! The pool is perfect and well maintained. The lawns are well keeo and cleaned. A real opportunity for improvement is the trash area...not really the management, but my neighbors, i wish they would be more thoughtful with their trash disposal.

Overall great community, good neighbors and great staff! Accommodations are amazing for family and pets!! Been living here for about two years and minimal to no problems what so ever!! The service in this leasing office has been amazing. They have answered any questions I have! Made me feel like family any time I walk in!

I love living at Madalyn Landing. The apartment is in perfect condition, the grounds are kept neat and clean, we use the walking paths everyday. The staff is phenomenal !! They remember everyone's names and make us feel welcome here. Maintenance is always quick to respond if we have any troubles. There's plenty of parking and it's close to town.

This is a great community to live in. Everyone is very friendly from the staff to the residents. This is a family friendly neighborhood, quiet and lots of pet friendly areas . The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I'm so glad I moved in here

Very clean and staff is very nice. Maintenance is quick to resolve issues, usually within a couple hours of calling. Apartments are very nice and renovated. Pool area is beautiful and fitness center always feels clean.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The complex staff has been really great and professional. I will be renewing our lease for 2020. The pool and gym are really nice. The dog park is nice too.

Great community, nice apartments, great pool and fitness area. Landscaping is wonderful, staff is great, maintenance is awesome. The staff go out of their way to know their tenants. Our family enjoys living here.

It's quiet, clean (mostly) and seems to,have it's ---- together, which I appreciate as a busy tenant What I dont get is why you require 200 characters to describe the community when I only want to use maybe 100 at the most. So now I,am forced to write more words to make up for the lack of words in this box. So if i were you, why don't you not have a minimum requirement. Now that i have typed that I am now standing at 438 characters.

I like my new apartment it's beautiful I just wish there was more control in the ideling in hallways and the smokers smoke in the steps and it's just annoying to come home and see cigarettes butts in your entrance. But my apartment is beautiful.

I have two children, for me the biggest factor in moving somewhere is knowing that my kids will love where we are. The day we came to view the property, my oldest son (seven years old) was excited from the very beginning! When we walked in the office, we were greeted immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome while the associate was assisting another future resident. Once we were able to sit and talk through the series of questions that are to be expected, we were shown around. The curtesy and attention that was given to me and my children was unexpected to say the least. I knew that this was where I wanted to be and my children had the same feelings! So here we are now, just starting what seems to be a wonderful adventure!!!

Office staff was great when we moved in, they had everything ready for us including paperwork and keys, she then showed us around again to let us know where everything was located. This is a top notched apartment complex, will update 6 months from now to see if it stays that way

Super clean and safe community. I am extremely pleased with the price of these apartments as I recently moved from south Florida paying much more for downgraded space. The staff is always available and inviting. I highly recommend!

I love, love, love my apartment renovations and the pool renovations. The fitness center has all the equipment i use so was able to cancel membership. Amazing staff. This complex is well maintained and love how they keep the complex clean. I recommend Madalyn Landing.

Well maintained grounds, office staff absolutely awesome! No disturbances. Dog park, 2 playgrounds, grilling facilities, make your living experience more rewarding. Kid friendly, conveniently located to shopping, schools and entertainment

It's beautiful and staff, no noise and comfy. The only thing I wish for is assigned parking lol. The staff is very welcoming and respectful. I ready enjoy my spot. If I know of someone in need of the residence I will gladly bring Madalyn Landings up. Thank you

Very clean, quiet, and lots of things to do. Apartments are upgraded, and very spacious. The walls although are very thin so you can hear what people say and foot steps. Great place though. Has a lot of storage and is close to lots of shopping centers.

My experience moving in has been absolutely amazing. The office staff is amazing and genuinely care about the happiness of the residents. They made my transition very easy to move in. Response time is good.

I lived in the community before and decided to return. Because I was treated very good. The staff are out standing. I love the pool and the weight room. The rec room I have not used yet but it looks great to have some fun.

I haven't lived here long enough to tell. I moved in March 16,2019. No major issues as of yet. Although traffic is horrible on this side of town. Getting the kids to school is a hassle in the morning, as I used to live right on Palm Bay Road and my kids school was right across the street. One thing I wish the staff would let you know up front is that there are extra fees on top of (separate from) your monthly rent. Make sure you read the contract carefully. I wish I had. For this very reason I will not be renewing my lease after the one year.
