This complex has one of the best maintenance crews. They are very nice and helpful. A few of the front office staff have been very kind, which is truly appreciated. Price for value isn't really the best. I wouldn't go as far to consider the complex as "luxury" apartments. Parking is also a downside. You'll have to park buildings away from your apartment, so keep that in mind if you work late or leave super early in the morning. And as a woman, that doesn't make me feel the most safe . But who knows, things may change.

This community has been more than I have ever expected with an apartment complex. The staff here are incredible and made my moving process. One of the easiest experiences I've ever had. The apartments amenities are more than what I can ever ask for and are constantly maintained in perfect condition. I absolutely love it here.

I have waited 5 months until after moving in to post this. My visiting family thinks I live in a cult because of how clean and manicured the grounds are. How friendly my neighbors are, and how quickly the maintenance requests are responded to. Michelle and Angela at the front office are extremely welcoming, and display ZERO nonsense when I inquired about the property. Angel, Pedro and Steve are a few of the Maintenance Techs I've met and they are nice, knowledgeable and punctual. It may vary based on Buildings, but my unit is fairly quiet. Not once have I seen anyone "partying" or chugging beers at the pool. No group of Stoop kids smoking or crushing cans. The most obtrusive sound is kids playing at the playground; and it's refreshing. Kids, playing where kids should be! The pool is awesome, especially during off hours. I rarely have to share the whole pool/spa area with another group and there's so many people that live here. And when you do arrive to the spa and it's occupied, people are very nice about spending their time in there and cycling out. Having a second floor overlook of the lake is priceless, I really lucked out finding Madalyn landing. The bad reviews I read are all within YOUR control, if you don't like faint noise from other humans, don't live in an apartment; go buy a house. If you don't like the qualification process regarding deposits, nobody does. It's the name of the game. I hope you found this helpful! Best

Staff has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Quick response to maintenance issues, and very informative agents working at the club house. The complex is very well kept, and at move in the apartment was in as best condition one could hope for when entering a new place.

I wanted to like this apartment but unfortunately I've had too many times I've had to call the maintenance staff to come work on my bedroom closet due to flooding which has damaged many of my valuables. The office staff and maintenance are great but I'm jaded due to this issue and mold in the apartment.

The Staff specifically always being really helpful and the maintenance staff are wonderful . Always helping in everything you need. And love the community. Specially with kids. Friendly environment and the pool area is beautiful

Good staff and nice community and decent area. The area has very good walking paths dog parks and parks for kids. Pool area is well kept. On site area for bq. The gym and office are well kept. Parking is a bit stuffed thou.

I Love the apartment overall. However, I wish it was just a little bigger or a little cheaper. the community is well kept and maintained. I have had to do a maintenance request a few times but it was addressed same day.

My family and I moved to Madalyn in 2021 and have been really pleased with the experience! Maintenance is always fast and efficient, and so many upgrades have occurred in our short span here. We love the amenities and take full advantage of them! We also love the raffles, incentives, and fun events done in the complex!

Madeline Landing is one of the cleanest well-kept properties I have seen around. Very pleasant staff very attentive and attention to detail. Beautiful place to live peaceful quiet. With great amenities.

Great place to live! Close to everything, the traffic is heavy but what city doesn't have bad traffic. The community is nice and quiet which is very good. The apartments looks gorgeous. Great for home. The community is well kept and upgraded to my liking.

I chose this location for the hot tub, pool, and the gym. Maintenance here is outstanding. Apartments could use an upgrade (i.e. shower heads, refrigerator, freezer, paint, hinges on doors). Good location. Need to seal windows better to prevent ants or other insects from coming in. Solid apartment choice.

I have been a resident in Madalyn Landings since 2018, since moving in I have had nothing but great experiences, especially with maintenance. Maintenance is friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. They go above and beyond and honestly one of the main reasons I have decided to renew my lease year after year. Management is great too, always available and able to answer questions without leaving me wondering what else to do. Management has always helped and made me feel as if they actually cared rather than just them doing their jobs. Overall great place to live, quiet neighborhood, close to the interstate and shopping malls.

Madalyn Landing is a very pretty community. I have had very few issues, and the maintenance staff is stellar. I always feel that the things I ask to be fixed are taken care of quickly. The price is somewhat high, and there have been some issues with breaking into people's cars, but overall I would choose to stay here if it is within your budget.

It has been good except I wish I had outside living such as a porch. I wish I could have a plant or space where I could park a bike outside my apartment. I wish I there was more lights. I leave for work early in the mornings and it's really dark.

The Leasing Staff are so kind and approachable! Everything about moving in was so easy. The apartments are newly renovated and look beautiful. The online process was so easy and the lease staff were there to answer any questions.

Water and bugs are free to come in under the door. When they pressure wash, they tell you to place towels by the door to prevent water from coming in rather than fix the issue. The windows aren't sealed well and allow moisture and mold growth. If you complain, they tell you it is your fault the sprinklers are hitting your windows and the windows aren't sealed well. The apartment is in a dangerous area and safety is an issue. Cars have been broken into and my wife was assaulted at our front door. The apartment is far too expensive to have to deal with all of that. Do not recommend. This could be a great apartment and community if the above issues were addressed and the office staff actually cared to help make things better. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful.
