Awesome homes and vey spacious wish their was more lighting in the halls very dark , wish inside of apartments were less damaged. Other then the ant issues everything else has been good and the apartments are very big

The value for the rent is very fair. Office staff is very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff has taken care of any issues I've had. It's a great complex to live at for awhile before moving onto something more permanent.

I have lived at Madalyn Landing for over 5 years now. Huge improvements, beautiful exterior landscaping, awesome amenities and friendly, professional staff makes me happy to call this place home! It is centrally located near shops, restaurants and grocery stores. And it's only about 25 min from the beach :) The staff is AWESOME. They are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I love it here!

I love my new renovated home and all of the new amenities. You must come and see all the amazing changes Madalyn Landing has and is going through. The employees here are helpful and friendly and kind and look forward to many more years here.

It's been a pleasure living here. The staff here are professional and efficient. The atmosphere of living here feels like home?? I'm glad I chose to move in Madalyn Landings verses any other community.

The renovations have made a positive impact on my Experience here and would recommend this location to friends. I find the cost for key fob excessive for access to the gym and pool. For the premium cost for rent the cost for a key is unreasonable

I moved here at the end of oct.I am happy only complaint is the lack of parking spaces including handicap parking.I wish there were more because udually every nite I get home at 830 pm and have to park far away which I hate

First off, the demographic of the residents at Madalyn Landing is far from your typical "8-5" working person. I honestly have a hard time believing most of the people who live here actually work! Most tenants are outside smoking cigarettes all day and allowing their unattended children run amuck around the complex (forget about having your window open on nice days). There are signs of improvements with the amenities that WRH is implementing but it is a far cry from being a "clean community". Unless you want to listen to people blaring their insane music constantly and witnessing/inhaling marijauna and cigarette smoke all day and night....DO NOT live here!

The wish nightmare ever I move in august 6 2016 moved out December 30th 2016 I notice mold in my apartment about a month after leaving there I went to the office to report it. They told to wash all the clothes that was already infected by the mold I did wash some dry cleaning some all on my own they don't even offer me anything at all just a 4 hours treatment after a month it came back even worse when I call the office the manager told me I'm the one who did the mold if I still complaining about it I have two choices first she can give me a 7 days eviction notice or if I don't fell safe or concerned about my family's health and my babies just give the a 30 day notice and moved out that's what she told me

I've not lived here long enough to write a 200 minimum word essay on this community. I can say that the move in process was painless enough besides the fact that the "newly renovated" apartment had no vents. It also had some scratches and scuffs on the newly installed laminate flooring. Besides these issues, it was and has been an pleasent experience overall.

Madalyin Landing apartments are close to the Hwy 95, also to shopping areas, supermarkets, Planet Fitness, etc. They have a very friendly staff, manager is great and any issues is resolved right away. There is always a project going on to improve the place. Gym is new with new equipment, pool are is fixed very nice with BBQ area. Nice place to live.

The apartment complex and clean and the staff is friendly. I get all my maintance request done right away. Some of the upgrades are a little cheaply done, like the bath tubs in the units and the water pressure . The rent is also high for no outside access and the apartment location but the units are nice and new!

Office is friendly. Community is lacking with loud music, drug dealers, and sketchy people hanging out in the hallways who Dont live near you. Needs better security and a sense of safety. I most likely will not be renewing lease.

This is the worst apartment complex I've lived. They don't care about their tenants. They dragg their feet with everything. Some office staff have no Customer service skill, very rude, and not Customer friendly.

it has been ok for the most part. made friends and then they are gone. seems to me that there has been a big turnover. remodeling, landscaping (not worth your alls cost) I walk every morning and the place looks like a dump (no resident pride) most people I talk to are totally in happy.actually most of the people that work here are no personality D-type people. it real saddens me. I like people and so do my 2 pups. outside , fleas and lots of fire ants. no site treatments. main reason for me not ssticking around. my pups always getting bit. their well being is my top priority. if I get a rent increase, we are out of and sadder.

I made my mistake and I will learn from it. I have a pet control issue that never get resolved pets control come to my apt 3 times already. But don't get me wrong the place is clean and quiet but very small and for me with 3 kids its a prison no patio.t

This apartment is fabulous. Beautiful and completely renovated. Close to all shopping areas. Hard wood floors,granite counters, plenty of room and lots of closet space. Leasing staff very helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend this apartment community!

Madalyn Landing was the last stop after a long day of apartment hunting with my two children. I was greeted by Michelle as soon as I walked through the door. She was very easy to talk to and answered every single question I had. Just knowing that I would be in good hands with Michelle makes Madalyn my top choice, not to mention all the renovations that are going on makes the property more appealing. Thank for your being so helpful.

came by to visit the property and not only did I fall in love with the property, I also fell in love with Michelle pushman. She did an amazing job showing me an apartment. If I do decided to move in she will be the reason behind it along with the amazing new layouts.
