I thoroughly enjoy living here. Our apartment sits on a beautiful lake behind the clubhouse and pool. Our neighbors are quiet and polite. The office staff is friendly and the maintenance staff take great care and pride in keeping the community grounds clean and the apartments well maintained. I would definitely recommend a friend to move here. I feel safe here. And, I love that the units have a washer/dryer! Going to the laundromat is awful. I feel the rent is appropriate for what we get in return. Great place to live..

I have never had any issues living here. Maintenance is always quick to address any issues. They had an HVAC guy come out and fix my air conditioner within 15 minutes of my call. Office staff is always pleasant. The grounds are maintained. Love it here.

Recently moved in and so far I am loving my apartment! Staff has been very helpful during the application status keeping me up to date and my apartment was lovely when I moved in! Had a maint problem with my dryer and the maint guys came over in a timely manner and corrected the problem. Quiet neighborhood and very convienietly located.

All of these apartments have mold problems. It does NOT matter what you do or the location of your apartment, you will have some form of mold. I believe since these are low-income apartments the staff here feel that the residents should be happy with the very bare minimum. There's rarely anyone in the front office to answer your calls or greet you, or handle any issues that you have. If something breaks in your apartment it will stay that way for a long time, you have to speak directly with the manager for anything to be done about it.

Attractive Landscaping and community, friendly and helpful staff. Close to many stores, gas stations and schools...overall pretty convenient and great for the price. Many people with children and pets as well, pretty welcoming community in general.

As you walk in the apartment it has an open concept. The bedrooms are a good size. Walk-in closet in each room, which are huge. The. Bathrooms are spacious, and the laundry room is big with space for storage. The apartment has wall to wall carpeting. When you look outside the trees and grass are cut every week. The pool is sparkling blue and sparkling. Adults as well as children can enjoy this community.

i has been good, i was first a resident back in 2005 and became a resident again in 2011, i have always had a great experience with the staff there. i wish they would pur the rent drop box back, due to i work 12 hours and have to go in late or leave work early to catch the office before they close, but other than that no real issues

Moved from out of state; this was a great place for an easy living transition. Close to everything needed to get started. Staff is friendly and willing to help with anything possible, neighbors seem to keep to themselves and for the most part are quiet.

this community is awesome I have never had a real problem since I've been living there. I really appreciate the fact that I can call for maintenance to come 24 hours a day 7 days a week and someone will respond very promptly. I just don't want to ever leave the comfort of my home when I'm here the staff is wonderful the maintenance staff is wonderful I really love living in madalyn landing

I have not been here long but every encounter with a staff member has been great and its nice to go out with my dog every day and feel happy about everything I see and all the people I meet. Not to mention these are the first apartments I've stayed in where I can't here the neighbors tv as if its on my living room, so i know its well insulated and not poorly built. Also, whoever came up with a hard stone window sill is a genius, they are so easy to clean. So keep it up this place is great.

Where do I begin. I rate everything a 1 star and I'll explain why. 1. Parking? A NIGHTMARE! Always full of cars that don't even belong to the residents therefore forcing resident to park almost a full building away. 2. Noise? A NIGHTMARE! Unless you love to hear music blasting 24-7. 3. Grounds? Not horrible but not very kept up. 4.Safety? Cars always speeding. Children are NOT safe! 5.Construction? Things fall apart and stay that way for days. 6.Maintence? Most workers are friendly but that makes no difference if things don't get fixed for months. 7.Staff? Staff "listen" to what you say, but do NOTHING about it. And when they give advice it's horrible advice. No help at all. 8.Overall? Horrible. Take it from me. They might seem nice at first but the moment they have you on a contract don't expect to get much help.. Don't believe me, go see for yourself.

First and foremost, I would like to thank the office and maintenance for making my first day of moving into Madalyn Landing pleasent. I have never been helped with a move as much as these folks have helped. My apartment is very pleasent and perfect for me and my family. The prperty is well kept and always cleaned. The maintenance is always smiling and everytime they see me and others they ask if everything is okay. Its nice to know that these people care.

Steve fixed the washing machine that was leaking, tub drain that did not hold water and the diverter that makes the water come out faster. I was not home andtrusted all of the matience workers to enter my apt. When I came home I saw the work order on the counter and the tub was clean but cleaner when he left, lol..Great work!!!!

Before my window was smashed . I would say that I have always had a nice expernce as far as I enjoy being on the lake ,the staff is very professional, and the grounds are kept up ,maintance very efficient. I am hoping the pool is ready soon ,with the new hours. I miss my exersize every time they close the pool and change the days open. I being on disability need to exercises in the pool ,but after the sun starts to go down,from risk of more skin cancer.There is not any closet space for towles or beddingss,and close closets are small. The garbage is so far away from us we have to smell up our car to throw it out. They should at least offer valet garbage pick up ,like other appartments do for the people that would not mind paying extra for it. This year I have also had the noise level go up , so much knocking and pounding on doors, and bumping mostly from upstairs, some fights from nex door pounding on walls and doors. I do not complain , I do not need antone mad at me. Now I am worried if someone is going to damage my car,it was keyed before, or more windows, or intent to harm us personaly. I dont know what to do? Or why the management did not at least look at the window and determine how the window was broke if the were going to charge someone with the damage. Not just act like they were helping me buy changing it right away. I would have rather called the police, but zi thought they were helping me,instead of just judging me with the fault. Without even looking at it ,and notifying me of the charge.The police would have known it was hit from the outside.

Madalyn Landing by far is the best apartment complex I have lived in the staff is very helpful and very friendly The staff always says hello with a smile. the maintenance crew is outstanding always there with a friendly helpful smile and whenever they see you out and walking about they always say hello to you with a smile. My building is great very quiet could not have asked for a better building. The only major complaint I have is someone with no respect for others likes to drive through the parking lot at 1 am and 2am in the morning with extremely loud music no need for this they should turn the music down when entering into a complex at that hour of the morning and respect for those of us sleeping but the staff I know can't control that. The only other complaint I might have and not really a complaint maybe just a suggestion in the summer instead of the pool at 6pm would be nice if it could be open until 8pm if a matter of someone being on site then there are two people working in the office and both come in at 9am till 6pm maybe one can come in at 11am until 8pm in the summer giving us a longer pool time. Steve Raley the maintenance crew here has been outstanding in being helpful to me has always responded and fixed anything in my apartment in a timely, courteously, manner he is the best.

Everything here has been good since we moved in. No problems except ants. Our neighbors are friendly and the staff are friendly. Everything is fixed or looked at if we need it. The electric here is really high higher then anywere in florida for some reason but other then that we love it here and the kids do to and there approval is what we look for
