So far all the neighbors are friendly love the newly renovated look except the rooms are too small and there's no closet for towels not enough closet space for clothes and etc but besides all that they are really nice

Apartment complex is appealing at first sight, it is not aware until you move in what is actually awaiting you. I would of loved for this place to be what I actually thought it was. I'll make the best of what's available without a doubt.

Would absolutely sign another lease if situation arises, as I am looking to own my own home in the future. However the possibility of said event is on the horizon, but probably won't be feasible for another year yet.

I have been with this community for many years now. I have seen it grow from an uninviting and unsafe community to a very appealing and friendly community. All of the problematic tenants here were removed and now there is a much higher sense of community overall. I am glad we stuck it out. It's been really nice growing with the community and seeing how far it's come. They continue to improve the amenities and living spaces for the better. I only seeing it going up from here. Any time I had an issue they would address it and fix it as soon as they were able. Everyone knows everyone and that makes living here very enjoyable.

I had a very pleasant experience with office personnel. My transition in was smooth and much appreciated. I am pleased with the upgrades and setup. The new appliances and color choice are nice, along with the granite countertops

Community is lovely. Appliances are brand new. Inlove with the marble top kitchen counters. The walls painted in white just gives the entire apartment a brand new glow. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms.The lighting shades in the apartment are so unique. Not to mention washer and dryer unit that's included. I love my new apartment. Way to Madalyn Landing ????

I love to live here very nice place,Very nice staff and they're all making sure everything is good in your apt and love the way they maintain their surroundings,I live here for two years and I don't have any complaints about Madalyn Landing.

I have been living here since 2016 and I am really living the life because the entire office staff and maintenance make you feel so welcome and the up keep of the property is AMAZING AND ALWAYS VERY CLEAN.

Nice new appliances but my apartment smelled like raid when I moved in. Eventually I found out that I had ants red and black ants in 2 of the 3 rooms. My beautiful couch would not fit because the hallways are too narrow and the toilets are tiny like the ones you find in a preschool.

I JUST MOVED INTO MY NEW HOUSE, LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR IT WAS VERY PLEASENT,FRIENDLY AND CLEAN. THEY PLAN EVENTS, HAS A CLEAN POOL AREA AND KID FRIENDLY. I WOULD LIVE THERE AGAIN IF I HAD TO.

The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The new renovated apartmenta really caught my eye. From the floors to the new cabinets beautiful. Never seen an apartment with such beautiful set up. I liked the neutral colora also.

I've lived at Madalyn Landing for almost two years. This property has been very well maintained and now going through renovations. The property Manager and staff are extremely pleasant and attentive to my service request. I also love the events that they throw to bring the community together. I love this place!

So far the place has been great. Maintenance response fast and prompt, the office staff are nice, and pest control comes weekly with an option to spray the inside of my apt. No one comes in without me knowing, AND I get a military discount. I've had a great experience and I honestly can't complain. If you move in or live there and have any problem, Angel is the best maintenance personnel! Only wish there was a 2nd dumpster or compacted.

Relocated to Florida and I called around so many apartments and when I called Madalyn Landong and spoke with Melanie, I knew this was the place I would move to. Melanie was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. She is easy to talk to and made the relocating and applying so easy - everything was done on-line and was so easy. Thank you Melanie! Upon arrival she showed me all the new stuff that has been done and told me about all the stuff that's is still going to be done. I was very impressed what she showed me and my apartment was more tha. What I expected. Every thing she told me was true about new flooring, counters and appliances. This place is a must.

Moved in a renovated apartment and love the colors and flooring and counters, cabinet and appliances. The pool is beautiful and large and so colorful. You guys are doing a great job and Michelle in the office is so joyful.

I moved in last year into a renovated apartment and since then this place has done allot of beautiful amenity upgrades and the rent is fair for everything that is being done and now we are getting new roofs. The manager Melanie is so polite and always smiling, Michelle always greets me by my name, The maintenance guys are so amazing I plan on staying for several years.

I was offered a renovated apartment at renewal, I was so excited to have everything brand new so I took a 2 bedroom and it so so nice. I have been here for 5yrs and the changes that are happening are so beautiful, the pool is so pretty and everything is new and the gym is so big now with amazing equipment that I was able to cancel my gym memenership. Love love what you guys are doing and the team that works here go above and beyond

So far so good. Haven't had any major problems with the apartment except for the washer acting up every once in a while. Also, there's no set rules when it comes to using the pool and what time it closes

When we moved in, the staff was very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are very well maintained by the staff. The tenants are very friendly and we have never had a problem with loud noise or fighting on the premises.
