The Aurora apartments were extremely chic, clean, and centrally -located. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the property and area, which was very helpful as we are moving from out of state.

all in all it's a quiet building and maintenance takes care of requests timely and accurately. Have to deal with the dog poop people leave, but maintenance takes care of that too. For the most part property is well maintained and we haven't had any issues.

Had only two set backs with living here , outside of the leak and lack of cleaning after I don't have complaints. The staff all seem pretty friendly , and the community is not too loud. They keep the place pretty clean . Could use more cleaning supplies for workout accessories in the smaller gym

I just wanted to share how happy I am with the maintenance department and their willingness to go above and beyond to help us Residents. Joe is absolutely amazing and he does a thorough and great job. He is so pleasant and listens to you when you have an issue with something and he make sure that it is fixed or worked out to your satisfaction. He definitely gets an A+. He just came to my home today to check on my dishwasher and he actually fixed something else that wasn't working. Also, Steve and Joey, Steve was just here to help me with the air conditioner and they are so prompt and quick when you put in a maintenance request especially for your AC or your appliances and you know it's done right. Joey has also come in and done such a great job. We are so lucky and fortunate to have such a great maintenance maintenance team.

I've lived in several apartments complexes over the years, but this is the only one that feels like home. All the residents and staff are beyond friendly, the amenities are top notch, and the location is unbeatable. Would highly recommend!

Location is ideal. You are near restaurants, bars and the arena. Easily walk anywhere including groceries. It is nice that it is pet friendly. Once I park my car, it stays in the garage until I head back to work.

Overpriced, not much empathy from staff, rigid protocols, slow response to serious issues, underwhelming events. Elevators have issues frequently. Lastly, due to the proximity to the arena, just driving to the parking garage can be a pain due to closed roads and traffic.

This complex caught my eye because of the location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The office staff was very helpful through my whole process. The apartment layout was exactly what I was looking for and when I first walked in it was very clean and move in ready!

Overall it's been a positive experience. We've had issues and frustrations when: we started getting charged for common area electricity with no warning or communication, we started getting charged extra money for a trash fee for the city again without warning or communication, the window replacements took forever, the building seems cheaply made and maintained, the walls are too thin between apartments, small inconveniences throughout our apartment unit that are result of cheap construction.

I cannot write a good review because my experience has been so poor with maintenance and I have only been here for a few months. I tried calling several times and was unable to reach anyone. It kept directing me to an automated message service which was clearly ineffective at escalating my message.

This community is absolutely gorgeous in person. Online photos do not do it justice. The overall location is perfect for downtown and quick access to the highway. I'm not allowed to share this, but they also have saunas! What a great hidden perk!

Wonderful community close to everything downtown. The office staff is generally kind, however I overheard one of the office members talking about me behind me back in a not so good way which was extremely unprofessional of him. Neil and Gregory were so great, I'm sad that they left. Debbie is also great in the front office.

My home for 5 years

I've lived at Aurora for the past 5 years, and I can't imagine a better apartment complex to live in Tampa. You will get a group of people in leasing and maintenance who are constantly looking to make your day better. While we've had new faces in and out of the building since the time i've been here, the qualify of service has remained the same. I've recently been spending more time in the leasing office and Debbie has been such a friendly face who has helped me with random things along the way. Whether its helping me with getting something express shipped and received before a wedding, best practices for migraine prevention, or even calling on me to be an in person testimonial while on a tour, I always value our interactions. One thing you'll notice when you live here is how well the walls keep out noise. This is such a key thing for me in apartments and they built it so well. All in all, I love Aurora and am sad to be leaving, but it is time for me to fledge the nest and get started on adulthood.

I've really liked living here! It is a good location to water street/downtown Tampa. The maintenance is always there next day or even same day whenever you put in a request online in the portal. Whenever something isn't working in the community the staff is working on getting it fixed. It's a concrete building so you can't really hear anything from your neighbors upstairs or next to you. There isn't too much community space inside to do work aside from the main area where the leasing office is, and the package concierge is in the leasing office so you can only access it during limited hours which is inconvenient. Also it is right along the highway if you are in a certain area (where I am) so whenever we open the patio it's loud, but if you are anywhere else it's nice and quiet. Overall, would recommend!
