Great location with nice layouts. Beautiful lobby area. Nice grill areas. Very expensive rent for 2 bedrooms. Nice gym. Rent is drastically increased each year. Party atmosphere from students at the pool - not monitored well. Security gate in the garage frequently broken. Minimal visitor parking is a problem.

I had moved from Lakeland after many years to downtown Tampa for one year and really enjoyed the entire experience of Tampa and the Aurora Apartments. The entire staff are friendly ,helpful and professional. The amenities are impressive and wonderful plus the location couldn't be better. I highly recommend this living location and environment which happened to be a terrific choice for myself before moving on to North Carolina. Scott Curry

The property looks nice, but after living here, it's clear more could be done to keep it better maintained. It's very noisy due to the expressway nearby, and there's a lot of nose from Amalie arena. Management sends the most terribly worded memos. They're condescending and poorly written.

Beautiful homes and timely service. The amenities are amazing. Washer dryer in every unit. Gym is spacious and always clean. Close to downtown and all things happening! Rent is a bit high but worth it!

I live at Aurora. I like living here a lot, but the apartment complex is dirty! There is smeared dog poop in the stairs. The garage has dirt in it all over the floors. I'm not sure if it's from downtown traffic, but it's gross. It almost needs to be rinsed out. There are stains over the carpets in the hallways. The staff is not quick to answer emails either.

I chose Aurora over other apartment communities based on location and the professional interaction with the staff. The apartment floor plans were exactly what I was looking for. The garage is spacious and efficiently organized.

I like how the studios have separate bed room. I feel like it's more private especially when there are guests coming over. The lighting is great in the room. The rent is expensive but it's because it's located in downtown.

The apartment complex is amazing. Beautiful pool area, brand new gym, cycling/yoga room and plenty of outdoor space to hang out in the sun and relax. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issue big or small.

I've lived at Aurora for almost 2 years now and love everything about it! The building is fantastic and Carole the manager is beyond great! I've had nothing but a great experience living here and am currently trying to recruit my friends to move here also! This place is amazing for anyone who wants to be treated with ultimate respect by the staff and great customer service, also a wonderful location that you simply can't beat! In the heart of downtown Tampa!!

The gated parking garage and generalized security makes me feel very safe. It is very clean and the amenities are wonderful. The quality of the apartment and appliances are up to date and well constructed.

Seucurity is rude, maintenece requests do not get filled, and Carol is a jerk, packages get stolen, bukes get stolen, wine down wednesdays are cheap and mismanaged. Use to be a great community. Suffering now. I hope Richmond Signature Properties gets it together.

Aurora apts are severely mismanaged and is literally a glorified college dorm full of spoiled rich kids that have no idea how to live as adults. This place sucks. Stay far away. The manager is a complete idiot.

It's only been a month but so far I'm living living at Aurora! The location is ideal for getting on the Selmon and walking to bars/restaurants downtown. Only issue is visitor parking. I've never seen an empty space and you have to pay for all nearby public parking.

If you enjoy the smell of pot, this place is for you! The apartments and amenities are nice; no complaints from that aspect - but it's not "luxury" living as proffered. Like any other apartment, some neighbors are great and some are completely inconsiderate of others.

The apartment and amenities are beautiful. The maintenance team has always been very responsive and friendly with any work orders that are submitted. The front desk staff are generally friendly, but do not seem inclined to go out of their way to address a problem when reported.

The Aurora is a nice apartment building. The apartments are spacious and bright, which was a big plus for me. Being downtown for $1600 is very hard to beat. Being close to the river and to all the city has to offer was an incredible amenity. The only issue I had with The Aurora was the management. At best, they could be unhelpful, at worst, they could be downright rude. Never once did I feel comfortable bringing issues up with them because of the way they handled things.

I enjoy the jazz/piano music played in clubhouse. I enjoy media room also. The concierge in the evening during the week is very accommodating and interactive with residents:guests. Housekeeper very kind. Aurora is exceptionally clean.

Everything about the process of renting this apartment has been nothing short of amazing. The leasing staff were very courteous, helpful and responsive. They even let me walk my current apartment right before move-in to take wall measurements! The property as a whole and the units themselves are definitely one of the best in downtown Tampa.

Overall the community has a lot to offer. Most of the staff is friendly and willing to help you with your issues. However the knowledge of how to deal with various issues brought to leasing agents can never be a clear answer. The property manager always has to step in to solve every issue. The apartment homes are kept in well condition and I have never had issues with maintainence regarding the space. Parking is an issue with vehicles that are not permitted to park in the garage so finding a spot can take a while. Again not the worst place to live but there are better places in downtown Tampa.

I love living at Aurora! The complex is always kept incredibly clean. The gym and community amenities are amazing! Any maintenance problems are taken care of really quickly (but with it being so new I rarely need maintenance). The location is so convenient, it's a block from Amalie and seconds from I-75. With its location, I was nervous about noise but it's so quiet inside. Definitely recommend living here!

From the first day we moved in until now, we have loved it! So much to do within the residential areas, and surrounding communities. The gym is motivating, pool always looks beautiful, and the night life is within walking distances.

It started out great and has diminished since. Richmond Properties needs to keep up with repairs and cleanliness in the apartment complex. The parking garages must be maintained more efficiently as well not to have 1/2 arms which allows non-residents to get in and take up resident's parking.

Amenties and common areas are better than expected. The gym is excellent and grounds are kept up. The complex is big but air conditioned halls are a plus. Parking can be difficult at times with not all cars showing parking permits. Overall nice place to live.
