Full of self-righteous snobs who don't care about anyone who isn't a social butterfly. Some of us like to keep to ourselves. They also decided half-way through my lease that the complex is now a "smoke-free community" and tried to infringe my rights in my own home.

Had given the office staff 2 months of pay stubs and they were lost, not entered and had do go through the whole process. The paperwork has my ss # and all my personal information. Non of the office staff knew what happen.

Great experience, everything works perfect and the amenities and apartments are very clean. The neighborhood is great, everything is near. The work team is super nice and the neighbors as well. The wine Wednesday reunions are great.

Aurora is a nice place with clean apartments inside as well as gorgeous amenities. However, it is not as well maintained as it could be and guest parking is super limited. There's are only 8 spots and residents can also park there. Your neighbors don't do a very good job of using deisgnated pet areas to let their pets use the restroom either. Good location but overpriced for what it is.

It is a great community overall but with anything comes it growing pains. Something is always broken and it takes a long time to fix because everything is under warranty. There are some awful residents that live there too. Especially those with kids. The staff is amazing. So helpful and nice. The building itself is beautiful. Location is amazing as well. But I pay 2200 dollars and I can't say it's worth it. They charge high end rates but don't exactly live up to it. I'm moving out because I'm buying a house but i wouldn't recommend it for the price they charge.

As a working professional, I was looking for a place with a more professional feeling of it's tenants and Aurora was that. It's clean, classy and close to everything downtown. I would recommend the Aurora to anyone interested in moving to downtown Tampa.

Awesome ammenities and provides a very comfortable living environment. Building mainly filled with young professionals which is great to get to know people. The office staff is very friendly. I've been here a week and I am very happy with my decision to move here!

I recently relocated to downtown Tampa for my nursing career and the convenience to all the local medical centers. The staff at Aurora were all so friendly. They went out of their way to help make my moving experience easy. My pet and I both feel very welcome at our beautiful new city apartment. I would highly recommend this property.

There are so so many reasons to list why you shouldn't live in this complex. I wouldn't even know where to begin. What initially began as a great potential experience has gone straight into the gutter. Severely in need of a change of management. That's the biggest issue. Then you can add the college party fest, the inability to sleep at night with parties going all night every night, no security with gates always broken and doors always unlocked. Residents here do not take pride in their home and leave garbage and pet droppings everywhere. People violate every rule in the book here and nothing gets done about it. I've lived in apartments my entire life and I've never paid so much and have been so devalued as a resident ever. We are counting down the days until our lease is up. It cannot come soon enough. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

My move into the Aurora was quick, fast, and convenient. I was relocating from out of state and needed a place to live in automatically and they made the whole process happen above my expectations. I had a staff member named Jen who was in contact with me the whole time and walked me through the process. I love the fact that most of the leading and payments are done online which makes it a lot more convenient. Not only are the apartments nice and the amenities so useful but to top it off it's in a great location in Channelside district. I'm a new resident and so far I'm glad to be here!

Great experience overall. Great facilities, staff is really friendly and make things easy for you. Application process is smooth; residents portal is super convenient allowing you to manage everything from your mobile phone (lease payments, service request, etc)

This place is gorgeous, has spectacular amenities, a convenient location, and really nice staff! The only issues are usual apartment life ones but they are minor; trash, noise, sometimes parking. But they do have free guest parking so that's pretty great. I definitely recommend it!

Great service and community all staff is very helpful. The corner parking spots should be designated for compact cars when turning up the corners of floors in garage, when large vehicles or trucks park in those areas there is limited room and vision is limited which could cause accidents

Don't let the price-point fool you into thinking these are luxury apartments. It was obvious this place was slapped together as you feel you're practically *living* with the people above you. Also, the community might have received rave reviews in the beginning but that was clearly because this place was a ghost town up until recent. Now, the hallways and courtyards are filled with screaming children all hours of the day and evening, college parties at the pool where people blast music and openly smoke weed and cigarettes, and dogs barking constantly. We very much regret our decision to live here.

Highly recommend it! Excellent location and Great Staff! The Apartment is beautiful and everything is brand new! Love the gym and spinning class room. Pool is amazing and love the bbq! Definitively, loving our new home!

It was definitely helpful to read reviews on how loud a location was, and what the renter's experience was. There were places that looked beautiful when we toured, but then when we heard about the terrible maintenance and parking situation, we quickly changed our minds!
