Aurora is a very nice community and fairly affordable for the area and square footage. The amenities are nice and the staff is great both in office and service. It is fairly quiet I.e. you don't hear your neighbors and the units are nice.

My experience at this community was simply perfection! From the value, appearance, location, and community, there simply is not another apartment that compares to what all Aurora can offer and at the price it offers it for. The grounds itself is one thing, but the service and hospitality provided by the staff is truly top notch and unmatched! Debbie is truly the perfect representation of the Aurora. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provide such a sense of community that after one visit I knew this would be home. If anyone truly wants to compare other places and tour multiple grounds, please make sure Aurora is your last stop because it simply is the best and you will not want to look anywhere else!

It was very convenient living here. The staff was great and I've had no issues with them. You do list the apartment as Luxury and I don't necessarily think that is true. I have flashing paint, some walls are bowed, the water pressure is terrible especially at the kitchen sink and overall it's an average apartment.

The whole leasing staff has been very accommodating! The people are nice. The grounds are very well kept, the pool is gorgeous, the hot tub is relaxing and the gym is the best apt gym I've ever seen.

Beautiful resort style property. And the Location Location Location!!! Riverwalk Channelside Armature Works Curtis Hixon and JBL Parks Sparkman Wharf and very walkable. There's construction projects going on simultaneously. But not a detraotor.

Overall it's fine. The cost isn't worth the level of service or the appartement for that matter. The property is just okay, they do keep most of it up to date but things break a lot and could be improved.

I had a chance to visit this apartment complex in November 2022. It is quite new (about five years old, I believe), and that shows: The units were in excellent condition, appointed in modern ways, and the amenities are top notch. It's fairly-well located within walking distance of downtown Tampa, but you will need to walk a few blocks to get to interesting places. The immediate surroundings are unfortunately dominated by dull parking lots and a highway overpass (noise was not an issue though).

Horrible move in. Moved into an apartment on Wednesday with multiple problems that need to Be addressed. Brought this to the attention of staff on wed. It's now Tuesday and not fixed. It's extremely frustrating to not have sufficient maintenance and cleanliness in a luxury apartment.

Neil, Debbie and Keenan were phenomenal to work with during the leasing process. Our tour was professional and all apartments, hallways and amenities were very clean, up-to-date, etc. even passing other residents in the hallway, people were very friendly, said hello, and even said it was the best place to live. We get very welcomed from the tour even up to our move in day. Communication, approval and paperwork was quick. We are so excited to start living here!

Nice staff and community. Clean and comfortable. Apartments are pretty spacious and the property is very dog friendly. Property managers are very helpful, maintenance staff is prompt, parking garage is very full however you can always find a spot.

The staff at Aurora are very kind and welcoming, they made the move in process easy and always greet us upon seeing us. The community is beautiful and we love it here! It feels very safe here as you need a key fob to get anywhere around the building. It's also great to have a parking garage.

They are amazing! Love how attentive they are. They all work on a very organized and clean manner. Truly appreciate their talent and service every time I need something. I have had no issue with customer service, security guard, noise control or parking garage. Everyone does their part, also the elevators, hallways and community areas are up-kept almost everyday.

I've been living here for two weeks and I absolutely love it! The Aurora was one of the last apartments I toured and I was sold the second I walked in. I came in moments before the office was closing and the management team was so kind - they still took me in for a tour. Debbie was my tour guide and she was so welcoming. I give her most of the credit in my decision to live here. My move-in date was only a week after I toured but Debbie and the management team made the hectic process of moving across the country in only one week run so smoothly. I am very happy I chose to live here. I really feel like I'm home :)

I recently moved into Aurora. The staff is really helpful and prompt with getting things done. Maintenance crew is really helpful and gets things done promptly. Neil at the leasing office is always really helpful and a good resource when I need something.

Overall very satisfied with the general living experience. If the price is right, then it is a good fit for most and more so if you are single or living with someone or in a relationship. The amenities are upscale and nice, but the location is the best part. It's hard to beat being in the middle of downtown. The rooms and their design, especially the kitchens are very nice. The visitor parking could be better, but not too much else to complain about.

Plus: Location is great. Staff is courteous, professional and quick to respond. Pool, courtyard, gym and common areas are great. Minus: Appliances and pluming fixtures are very basic - loud appliances, no separate temp/flow control on showers and tub. No trash chutes. Trash, parking, smoking and dog rules are not well enforced.

There are indeed cons to living here, but they certainly don't come anywhere close to outweighing the pros. By comparison to other downtown properties, you get the most bang for your buck here. I rarely drive my vehicle because all the amenities I need on a daily basis are within walking distance!

The Aurora is an awesome community to call home. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff is incredibly courteous and is quick to address any concerns at all. The proximity to the Amalie Arena makes it a prime location to hit any event occurring there.
