I love living here. The location is great, I am able to walk almost everywhere I want to go, especially Bolts games! The staff is friendly, the free espresso is amazing, the pool is wonderful as well. I would recommend this community, thanks for all the great work!

This is a nice community. Greg, Courtney and Eric have always been very helpful and friendly. The people who live here have also been friendly and courteous. The community is quiet and has a nice fitness center, including a sauna which is always nice and hot. The pool is gorgeous, although it apparently isn't heated much b/c it's usually freezing cold. The hot tub has been broken a majority of the time I've been here, but it's nice when it's working. When I moved in there were traffic patterns in the bedroom carpet and the first time I vacuumed it filled the entire vacuum bin with dirt. So it obviously hadn't even been vacuumed before I moved in. It was pretty gross, yet the management wouldn't replace it or even clean it when requested. At almost $2,000 per month for a one bedroom, it seems the carpet should be new and the floors should be clean when one moves in. A new tenant shouldn't have to live in the previous tenant's dirt. Other than that the dirty carpet and dirty floors, the apartment was in good shape. Each unit has a wash/dryer, so that's convenient. For an apartment complex that is only a few years old, the hallway carpets are stained badly. And while the hallways are vacuumed, the same huge stains have been there since I've moved in, so having the hallway carpets look nice is not a priority to this management. But if one can overlook some of these rather glaring shortcomings, the apartment complex overall is really quite nice.

I recently moved into this community and so far I am very pleased. We have had minor issues with our apartment but the office has done a great job addressing the issues. The community is great, it is very safe and clean.

My husband and I have loved living at Aurora. We plan to continue living here and signing up for our 3rd lease in a row. The staff is friendly and helpful; the grounds are well kept, and the location is impeccable.

We started leasing in June 2018 at Aurora. Gregory handled everything perfectly. The unit was clean, and very comfortable. No problems at all duri g the first leasing period. In July of 2019 we renewed our lease but in a different unit. Completely different situation. The unit was dirty, hair everywhere, kitchen cabinets and floors greasy and sticky, floor in very bad condition. Manager did nothing to solve this situation, was very defensive all the time, argued with pictures of how dirty the bathroom were in front of her, and to finish, she told me I had a very high standar for "cleanness". Totally unacceptable. Besides that bad experience, it is a good comunity. Me and my wife hope for Gregory to come back to the building management though, everything was better. Something as simple as re-stocking dog bags challenges this Management team.

Good value for what you pay but parking for guests and a sense of community could use improvement. The location is great for entertainment purposes. Having people over is a nightmare if other events are going on.

What a Beautiful place to live. The services and the design and everything is awesome. I really love it! The gym is big and nice. And The barbecue area With resting area, it has fire place to warm up if it's cold weather and the The pool area is great. The best thing is near by my college University of Tampa, which I really love it. A great place and great service. Great job guys!

I moved into the Aurora 6 weeks ago and it's been good. The staff has been helpful and the Sando (the Super) has been extremely helpful. It's very dog friendly, however there are many tents who don't pick up after their dogs. The apartments are great, new feeling. The building was built 3/4 years ago, a bit on the pricey side from the others I looked at but I wanted to be right down town.

This building is in a great location. You are next to museums, the Riverwalk, the arena, and restaurants. However the residents are college students, so expect a lot of noise and partying.The office staff is hit or miss; Gregory is awesome. The gym is a good size but the mats are old and falling apart. Maintenance is also hit or miss. Overall not a bad place, if you're willing to deal with the cons.

Beautiful apartment and amenities: I really love everything about it! It's also in a great location surrounded by lots of things to do! This is a great building in a great location. The staff and maintenance people are top shelf. They have several community nights every month that are free to residents. Yoga nights, wine nights, mimosas for brunch and we go to local restaurants and enjoy appetizers and the first drink on Aurora's dime. It's a great opportunity to meet your neighbors. Very impressed!

Very dirty. Stained carpets in the hall. People leave their pets' poop in the hallway. There's garbage left out all the time. I've never seen the elevators without the padding that should only be used for move ins. They lock you out of the lobby where your packages are located and allow you're packaged to be left out there in the open and blame it on "lazy deliverymen". Worst place I've ever lived.

Unfortunately I have been unable to actually get a feel for the community, or even the amenities, because I have been pretty much living on campus due to my studying and my 8 ams. I am hoping to get ahead of my homework tho so I can actually get a feel for the apartment, and the community activities you guys do.

So far it's been a wonderful experience and the location is great. It's very accessible for my disabled sibling as well so that is a major plus. The community provides events for the residents which is fun and a great way to get to know your neighbors.

I have been in the apartment for just 2 days but it's enough to say I've made a good choice on selecting this apartment as my new home in FL. Have had an issue with one of the kitchen appliances and had support from the technicians in the same day. The staff is really good and friendly and I foresee a good time living here. It looks like we don't have neighbors because it's really quiet and we can barely hear something so I assume the acoustic is great.

Excellent Service is good, staff is friendly and helpful. Garage entrance and exit doors are a problem. they malfunction frequently. too many speeders in garage. Hallways are clean. maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

It's great, no problems at all. I greatly enjoy the location of the property and all of its amenities. Everyone is very friendly and I have never had any issues with neighbors or noise. I walk across the street to concerts and lightning games and I could not be happier.
