So far- it is a very well kept community. The apartments are high quality, and the community has great amenities. It is very secure, with security doors around the exits. It is pretty quiet, except for some events. I would recommend it!

Great community with great amenities. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The location is unbeatable with a short walk to major downtown attractions. Great upgrades in the unit like granite counters and laminate flooring.

Aurora is in a great location and does its best to provide its residents with good amenities and services. The building is not concrete based, so footsteps and door slams, etc. are commonly heard. The service staff is good and usually responds to service requests in 1 to 2 days. Parking is a little scarce as there are only 2 reserved spots per floor and guest parking is very limited. Trash is sometimes left for weeks on end in the hallways, and there aren't any cameras in the hallways either for security.

The online application process is a great idea, but can be complicated to complete. I started an application over a few times. This was due to not knowing how to navigate the various application sites. If a unfamiliar new applicant is using it, instructions of clear guidance should be provided.

Though I have only been here for a week I can say that Courtney was very helpful with my move in process. Despite not being able to see the community in person due to time restrictions, she was helpful in highlighting the important aspects of the community. So far I have enjoyed my experience at Aurora.

Love it here, awesome, unreal, best place in Tampa, would reccomend to anyone moving here, it is the best. Clean spacious, dog friendly, gym, pool, in unit washer/dryer, quiet, great location next to everything.

Upkeep in hallways is not maintained. Trash and recycling are inappropriately left out by neighbors. Smell marijuana in hallways on a monthly basis. Very little space for visitors to park. Community events are difficult to attend around work schedule. Paying for said events without being able to partake.

The move in process was SO simple. We moved from out of state and Gregory took the time to send us videos of each apartment. We picked one and uploaded all the files online and that was it! Best service from an apartment complex I have ever had!

The residents here are VERY nice. I have met so many genuine people who will go out of their way to help you. The staff is very nice too but dont understand why there is no more waters in the fridge for residents to grab any.

Very nice place to live. This is apartment complex is close to all attractions in south Tampa and the downtown area. Very convenient to the crosstown expressways and most major roads. Also close to grocery stores. Nicely maintained and the amenities are very nice and useful.

Aurora is a most excellent community, located in the heart of downtown Tampa. Perfect for a brisk walk to concerts and hockey games.. all while having relaxing, luxurious views and amenities to enjoy at home. I love it here and so happy to call it home. Rent at Aurora right Meow! ??????

I find it quite odd that one of the largest common areas which includes the entertainment bar, pool table etc as well as computers and printer are inaccessible after certain hours. Odd may not fully capture the frustration of not being able to use certain amenities when they are needed, and for no justifiable reason other than not having to pay an additional staff member a negligible salary. In addition, there are constant issues that never seem to gain enough attention by management even after multiple reports. These include but are not limited to: constantly broken grills/public refrigerators, the gross negligence for safety of residents by not replacing a broken garage gate after months of it missing, the laughable package concierge which is big enough for maybe 3 people at a time in a building of hundreds leading to constant overflow of packages that are in turn delivered to the doors of residents who may not be home for days at a time, and yes you guessed it, between the gates not working in the parking garage and doors being propped open, we have had our very own packaged stolen from our front doors. Even more troubling is how the management brushed this off as our responsibility that there was not enough room in the lockers during the holidays. This lack of effort to make a change to a clearly broken system is reason enough to not sign a lease. Not to mention these walls are paper thin, there are dogs barking in the middle of the night on balconies and urinating/defecating in the public spaces, people parking in the garage who don't even live here with no recourse. Aside from the location, living space and Jasmine's friendly smile there is nothing that can realistically keep me here beyond my current lease. Hope this feedback at least begins to change one of the many things mentioned

Great team of professionals at leasing office. Love the pool and 24 hour gym. Wish that there were tanning beds available. My apartment is beautiful and has a great layout. More guest parking is needed.

I love living here because of the friends that I made with current and past residents, the awesome downtown atmosphere, and a few amenities that I use daily. My issue is not necessarily with this property but with this company. They get you feeling warm and fuzzy with the start up manager and awesome sales staff to fill the complex as much as they can, wine and dine you, make you feel special, then they bring in all new staff and take away popular events and make you a number. You may not think that is such a big deal but to me and some it is a big change once you developed relationships with residents and staff; especially for the price we pay for "luxury." When I address a concern it goes through one ear and out the other so I have given up on addressing my concerns a long time ago. The current manager, I can tell has good intentions. She's helped me out of jams but I do not think she is the problem. The problem stems from the top, in my opinion.

Staff is awesome, each leasing agent is personal with each resident even after you move in. I love the location, amenities and grounds of Aurora. The gym is state of the art and always clean. My favorite place I've ever lived!

I actually moved in 2018. It's a beautiful property! Just a little noisy. I rushed the move in due to work, however it wasn't very clean. The carpet was cleaned but there are a lot of spots. Since it's such a light carpet, I I wish they would have changed it altogether. Also, the walls were every dirty with hand print marks.
