I've really liked living here! It is a good location to water street/downtown Tampa. The maintenance is always there next day or even same day whenever you put in a request online in the portal. Whenever something isn't working in the community the staff is working on getting it fixed. It's a concrete building so you can't really hear anything from your neighbors upstairs or next to you. There isn't too much community space inside to do work aside from the main area where the leasing office is, and the package concierge is in the leasing office so you can only access it during limited hours which is inconvenient. Also it is right along the highway if you are in a certain area (where I am) so whenever we open the patio it's loud, but if you are anywhere else it's nice and quiet. Overall, would recommend!

Went in just to look around on a whim and was absolutely blown away by the place and most of all the associate at the desk Debbie. You would think she owned the place the way she spoke about it and took pride in her job. Taking care of my daughter and I showing us around, giving dogs treats and being so friendly to everyone we passed. This place is a gem and Debbi is a Diamond!!!! This place is amazing!!! Can't wait to move in October 7th on my birthday.

I've been here for one month and it's been great so far! Everyone is friendly, it's clean, and the amenities feel like a nice resort. It's a dog friendly complex, but everyone cleans up after their pets. Overall, I'm very happy living here.

SO GLAD MY UNIVERSITY OF TAMPA WOUND UP AT THE AURORA

There was an incident with my daughter that goes to the University of Tampa and Debbie was there to reassure me as a parent. She explained everything with me from A to Z and gave me a warm hug at the end! I absolutely love the Aurora and the location is amazing for my daughter and her roommate to walk to everything.

Aurora is overall a good place to live. The location is great and I really do love our amenities. It's one of the best apartment gyms I've seen. The sauna has been broken for about a year which is real bummer because that was my favorite amenity. The pool is great. Maintenance is slow to respond. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. The office is closed a lot so getting packages is sometimes difficult. The overall look to the place is great but the stairways are pretty dirty and walls are always painted different colors and random splotches which unfortunately kind of cheapens the look. The prices are quite fair for what you get and location. Building is secure.

Living here is great, the leasing office is very helpful/willing to work with you when you need anything. Amenities and location are both amazing, and has only improved with the new additions to water st/etc. Maintenence does a great job handling requests timely and efficiently.

I like all the amenities. A major appliances weren't working since the day I moved in. My dryer didn't work since I moved in. I raised 2 work orders and also approached office like 5 time for a fix. With the rent so high, we expect the response to issues would be good too. It was ridiculous that the apartment staff didn't even check if major appliances are working before the tenant moved in. I was told there will be some free goodies for new tenants on their move-in. Didn't even receive that. It's like these are your keys and you may go in.

The community is very nice, the apartment that I saw was nice, but the living area was small (too small for a dining room table). Location is fair in relation to dining, shopping, entertainment. Debbie Parente gave a terrific tour of the facility.

The building is still fairly new, and the common areas are up-kept well and cleaned daily. The amenities are great and I use the gym and pool frequently. However, the prices for the amount of space you get in the actual unit is crazy. When i moved in the rent was around 2,400, and it has now increased to almost 3,000 without including utilities. It is not feasible for people to afford.

You cannot beat Aurora for value and location. Being walking distance from Amalie, Riverwalk, Bayshore, and up and coming Water St, it's like having the city in the palm of your hand. The building is always very tidy and amenities are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for downtown living.

The staff is amazing. The amenities are out of this world. Truly the best amenities I saw in all of the Tampa area. The pool looks like a resort pool. There is also plenty of space for work from home employees to work around the building, such as conference rooms, little nooks on each floor, etc. There is something about the community that feels like a family aspect. As we toured Debbie (the leasing agent) knew everyone's name and everything about them. It was a very personable experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Been living here a few years. Unbeatable location to work and play. Apartments are safe and relatively quiet. Staff keep us well informed of any issues that affect the community. Staff hosts community events weekly. Staff coordinates all sorts of services to come to the apartment (pet groomers, barbers, etc.).

I recently moved into this apartment complex and I have to say, I'm blown away by the amenities and service here. The gym is top-notch and the pool area is always clean and well-maintained. But what really sets this place apart is the outstanding service from Debbie. She's always available to answer questions and address any concerns I have, and she goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy.
