Incredible place to live! The apartment itself it's beautiful. The staff members are really nice and helpful. I love the lobby, pool and gym. I definitely recommend this place to live to everyone is trying to move to Tampa

I recently re-signed at Aurora and am extremely happy with my decision to do so. After horrible experiences in the past with management of various apartments I've lived at, this was the first to actually care. yes, the location and apartments themselves are perfect, but the staff and maintenance are the best of the best too. Greg, Neil, and the rest of their entire team are some of my favs. From the friendly hellos to the sense of urgency behind everything I need done. I feel safe & at home at Aurora. Thanks for making apartment living actually feel like home for once. This isn't to say maintenance/communication issues won't ever occur, but this IS to say that the Aurora team will be effective and efficient in ironing those details out. Thank y'all for everything!

It has been a wonderful experience living here in downtown Tampa. Management has always been available to address any issues we have encountered. It is kept fairly clean and appreciate all the amenities. Love the dog grooming center. Hope to have many more years living here.

Incredible location, and amenities! Gregory is very kind and helpful! Only issue we have had is the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before move in. If the apartment was clean upon move in everything there would be nothing negative to say! We are very happy with choosing aurora!

The apartment complex is very nice and I highly recommend this location to anyone. The area around the apartment complex is growing rapidly and the location allows you to enjoy multiple areas of entertainment in walking distance.

The Aurora is a new and clean building. Pool is amazing. Great location in downtown. The staff and management are also very responsive and helpful. I am very happy with my decision to move here from NYC and the Aurora has been terrific.

I love this community! Not only is the office staff friendly and welcoming but the maintenance guys are also extremely helpful. The amenities are top of the line and always clean. I was worried being 30 and moving close to a college area but I haven't had any issues with noise or commotion.

Been here for over 3 years ...it is gorgeous with great quality, plus awesome/friendly staff. The neighborhood is great and safe to take a walk around Downtown area with super events included. I totally recommend Auruoa!

I have lived here since 2019, and was so excited when I first moved in because it seemed so luxurious and so close to everything downtown. After two years, it has steadily gone downhill so much that I have to leave now. Everything is always broken (the amenities that we pay so much for), the management has gotten worse and worse, and now these insane parking rules… I’m just over it. My friends who live at 2 bay shore and other apartments right next door are much happier and haven’t experienced all these crazy rules that we have. Aurora is like that cute bottle of wine at the grocery store that you buy for the aesthetic label, but it turns out to be the worst wine you’ve ever tried and you have to throw it out :/

Living at Aurora has been absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and the overall complex is very clean. They also respond very quickly to any maintenance request you may have. The garage is also one big plus since it is huge! Love everything about Aurora

Apartment is expensive for what you get. Kitchen is relatively big. Shared amenities are commonly in state of disrepair. Sauna, grills, outdoor fireplaces, hot-tub are always breaking. Parking rules are draconic. Gym needs a barbell power cage or at least a squat rack

This is amazing property that is managed and maintained by the best people around. I've lived in many apartments in Florida and this is by far the best! The amenities here are amazing and they were very well thought out!!

The Aurora is a great apartment home complex. Located walking distance to central downtown, the Amalie arena, the Riverwalk and in the Channelside area of Tampa. The staff is absolutely wonderful, maintenance team also awesome, timely, friendly and personable. I am relocating to Colorado, but really enjoyed living at the Aurora!

Very professional, and prompt for any requests! Tenants are friendly, always something to do . Pool/ hut tub area always clean , staff very friendly and not pretentious. Feel safe in the building , parking garage , and even walking my dog at night ! Love my new home !

Aurora was our first home in Downtown Tampa. We found it to well run, clean, and conveniently located in downtown. The building and apartment itself were a great value and their staff are serious and punctual about resident requests. Gives a great flavor for the town at a pretty reasonable rate.

My experience was very good at Aurora. In particular the complex manager, Greg is the best building manager I have ever met in my years of living in apartments. I would highly recommend Aurora Apartments in Tampa Florida to friends or family.

Great price! Quiet. Easy access to downtown Tampa. Super maintenance team! Community amenities frequently out of order. Limited guest parking. Low security; lack of enforcing community rules. Pet friendly.

The apartment complex is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff has always been friendly and extremely accommodating. A major perk is the proximity to everything in Downtown Tampa. I have loved every day I have lived here!

Smoking Carpet in Hallways Enforcement of mask required in gym and building Back gate always open All the dog bag dispensers have been removed expect two Constant reminders to pick up after dogs but no dispenser are around the perimeter of the building anymore

The apartment is beautiful. The staff are not as responsive as I would prefer. The location is perfect for downtown. Sometimes a little loud due to the city location. Maintenance could use improvement as well.

overall my experience has been average. I liked the community more when I initially moved in, but over past two years has become more students, louder, and less clean and well maintained. I think small touches would make a big difference- like up dating the trash room and collection times, cleaning the carpets, improving the hours of the club house to be longer, replacing the coffee machine as it doesn't work or is unclean.
