GREAT PROPERTY & STAFF
WE HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS NOW, AND I THINK THAT IT IS OUTSTANDING. <br> <br>GREAT STAFF, SPACIOUS APARTMENTS, QUICK SERVICE WHEN NEEDED. <br> <br>PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED (WE HAVE LIVED IN TWO DIFFERENT APARMENTS ON THIS PROPERTY) ONE IN THE FRONT AND ONE IN THE BACK, AND IT IS MAINTAINED WELL THROUGHOUT. <br> <br>VERY QUIET APARTMENTS. EITHER WE HAVE GREAT NEIGHBORS OR THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE MOST SOUND PROOF I HAVE LIVED IN YET. LOTS OF VARIETY (COLLEGE STUDENTS, FAMILIES ETC.) <br> <br>JUST TO MANY GOOD THINGS TO LIST, STOP IN AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.

great customer service
I´ve read some comments on this site that surprise me!!! When I lived there only a couple of months back the staff was always helpful and and always saw to my needs. I would recommend this community to anyone. It´s very hard finding a place who´s employees treats you more then just someone paying rent. Even the top new community´s turned there back and would ignore me when I walked threw the door untill it was convienent to them to attend me. Thank you Jennifer, jannese, Awilda and the maintenance crew for making me feel at home at Oakwood. If it wasnt because I had to move out of state I would still be there!

Lower your standards, come home to Oakwood Village
Ahhhh...Where to begin our story? We moved to Oakwood Village because we were attending UCF and thought the price was good (about $450) and that the apartment complex was sort of "charming." Then we moved in. <br> At night, it becomes a bad rap video. Cars literally bouncing in the parking lot. People hang out in the parking lot for fun. My car was nearly stolen, and someone stole a plant from my patio (JUST the plant and dirt...not the pot it was in...huh?) Naked plumber next door who constantly came to the door in his underwear...usually. Our apartment eventually flooded...2 leaks, culminating in a man jackhammering our kitchen floor. Old apartments. Been around for over 30 years...or forever. Traffic was starting to be an issue when we left. There is one large trash compactor...disgusting setup. Lots of trash and debris. Don´t expect to have a great view-- You can see the parking lot. And if you live on the first floor, people on the sidewalk can look RIGHT IN your BEDROOM window...day or night...NOT COOL, NOT COOL AT ALL! (If you do live there, get a window treatment). It´s not THE worst place to live, but there are much better quality places out there. You may check out Sun Key or Tealwood Park...just down the road. May God have mercy on your soul! haha
