I really regret coming to live in the apartments. Some of my friends told me about their increase in rents and that made them move out, and I never belived. Exprience is the best teacher. Aside that, the team are horrible. They send you a letter and when you go into the office, they do not acknowledge you. They pretend that they do not know who you are. It seems like they get mad as soon as they set eyes on you. And the next question, is what can I do for you. You respond, I here as a follow up to the letter of renewal that you sent me, and Michelle goes WHAT LETTER, as if she has no idea about waht you are talking about, or there is something wrong with you. Then she asked you to wait only to go and whisper to Heidi and pretend that she is too busy with some one else. Just because Heidi is the bold one that can tell you the drastic amount in increase of the rent, and not in the pleasant way but just leave you with a choice take it or leave it. Very un-professional. You call the home office and they refer you back to them. I really miss my old apartment, their services and very welcoming staff. (Ten Oaks) It is not easy moving around, you are left with no choice. I have been here for 5 months and it is horrble. I am happy for paying my rent on line because that makes you not to go to the office. They are a team of horrble service and they are happy with what they are doing. James, Michelle and Heidi. From $710 to $ 762 a month for a one bedroom apartment. You also have to buy your light bulbs and change them your self if you live in WESLEY HERRINGTON APARTMENT. They only change florescent bulbs. You have to go to the office every month for a filter to change your self. All this was done for us in the other places that I have lived.

I have lived at my apartment for over two years. This is the best apartment I have lived in. We enjoy the pool and gym made friends with our neighbors. Any time we have needed maintenance they are out to fix things quickly. We enjoy talking to the office staff they treat you like family. I have had several friends move here and they love it.

Do not move here. The obvious problem is their total lack of professionalism and honesty. I lived there for 18 months. I dealt with an ant infestation that the office didn't seem to care very much about. The walls are paper thin. If you live below someone with children it will sound like a daily track meet above your head. This place does have roaches. Frequently the front and back gate are broken so coming/going in a hurry is always a crap shoot. Don't plan on getting your deposit back. These guys nickel and dimed my deposit to nothing. They charged me for $35 for the drip pans for the stove burners (among other small stupid charges). I had replaced them before I left...they cost me $5 at the grocery store. They also play games with your utility bills. If you live on the 1st floor look out for units with the master pipe. It is very loud when the people above you flush the toilet....it really sucks when you hear the pipe squeaking at 3 AM. You can do so much better.

I have lived here for two years now and I love it. If I ever have a problem in my apartment, maintenance gets there fast to take care of it. The office staff is always professional and courteous to me and they have always been very helpful. The rent is a fair price. I have never had a problem with critters, maybe that's just because I keep my apt clean lol.

Now, I usually don't write reviews, but after living in Wesley Herrington I had to. I recently moved to a neighboring property and although the apartments are more expensive it is totally worth it. When I started out at Wesley I thought things were great. Sean the old property manager definitely had his issues towards the end but he was friendly and accomodating when neccesary. I felt as though this was a home. I walked into the leasing office and I felt at home. Not like I was a scrub off the street. There are cats all over the place crawling out of the sewers and under the cars. DOG ---- reaks around the pool. Not one pooper scooper sign or bag on the premises. Basically that is code for bring your dog out and let him go where ever. My 2 children can't even play in the grass here for fear they would fall in dog crap. Now the kicker, if your car sticker is expired they will tow your car. Mine has never been towed but my neighbors has and she wasn't able to get it back for a few days although she let the office know what had happened. How in the world are you all towing cars when you can't even put stop signs and speed bumps for people to slow down. People drive like maniacs here and instead of protecting the neighborhood they are too cheap to buy stop signs. Speaking of cheap the POOL. Let me tell you, I have been to better pools at the YMCA in decatur. Tiles are falling off into the pool, kids find frogs in the pool drains. It's never really clean and the pool chairs are old school plastic. They finally started cleaning the freaking bathrooms at the pools this year. Inside my apartment is the best part, only because we are in charge of our interior. Minus the caulking that turns black in our bathroom because it hasn't been replaced in ages. The breezeways are also filthy, no one ever comes to clean them with water. Bugs are everywhere. The new manager Heidi, is unapproachable, non-friendly and even rude at times. She tries to tell us about all of these rules but doesn't feel like explaining them. I like the leasing staff well, BB Tiffany and James. That Michelle girl only likes the spanish people and I am not spanish.. Not a cool place. You can do better.

Okay.... where do I start? The management? The actual complex? (apartments, etc?) The neighbors? Let me touch basis on everything... Management sucks completely!!! They don't know who you are when you come into the office, they look at you all crazy and ---- and will not greet you in a proper manner... and -----.... -----...--------? yall three are a waste of a paycheck !!!Someone that needs a job could have your job...Think I will talk to President Obama about the wasting of liquid funds. ------- is the only decent person in the office!!! A bug infested placed? YES!!! Spiders, roaches, ants, creepy crawlers everywhere...I wouldn't recommend my dog or cat to stay here. Also you do have alot of stray cats that stay here too. I bet they(cats) wish they could move too! Luxury? where the hell do you see luxury beside the landscape? More like hell and if you google the word hell, wesley herrington so called luxury apartments will pop up!!! This was a terrible experience for me here and I had such big plans for this place when I moved here in the beginning. I was only here one month when I decided to put my 60 day notice in, so that should tell you that this is not a place to live in unless you are nasty yourself. Safety? Yeah right... Come to find out, after I moved in, maybe one month prior, some guy was shot multiple times at the mailbox at the front of the complex. But guess what? They won't tell you these things because they want your business... Don't place a work order to have something fixed because they will try to charge you for the work. I have never seen such foolishness in my life. Oh yeah, I love to work out... so I was at the gym one day, had to use the restroom and went in and saw a little surprise....---- all around the toilet and when I mentioned it to -----, he said, oh yeah, someone is coming to clean that up. Like his toilet at home has those issues all the time. And it looked like it had been there over night. Corporate, YOU NEED A NEW STAFF!!! I would recommend someone that has truly done customer service work in the past.

Lets see where do I began, me and my Fiance have lived here for 2 years with our little daughter whom requested to run by the office every time we pulled in from school to speak and say Hi to the staff. While living there we got to know the staff fairly well including the new and old manager. We had a 1 bedroom 1 bath which was excellent for us as a new family. We currently moved to the city as it is convenient for me due to my job. While staying in Wesley we had a problem free living situation, my only complaint would be the trash which comes with the territory due to the large property; this as recently change due to the new manager. The new management was great, my daughter loved her to death and she had a huge heart giving my daughter hugs every time she seen her. The maintenance guys were very friendly and waves/speaks every time we pass them. As far as our actual apartment it was great, no maintenance issues or critters and the building we lived in was very quite. Overall the community and staff is Grade A. I would refer this community to any and everyone.

THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST COMMUNITY IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. YOU'RE BETTER OFF IN THE ------... AT LEAST IN THE ------ IT'S THE OUTSIDERS THAT YOU HAVE TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM.... HERE ITS THE LEASING OFFICE...HARRASSMENT AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ?????? SERIOUSLY...?.I have not moved into this place AND WILL NOT!!!. I was going to. But I had questions about safety and a few things that concerned me. I changed my mind after a dispute b/t me and ----- in the office. I left that day. I called the next day. I asked ----- to pull my application and cancel it. She asked why and I told her. SHe was nice about it. But 2 days later, ----- called me at 9 in the morning from his personal cell phone. he had pulled my personal information off of the apartment's files and without my permmission called from his cell phone number and i have proof.... HELLO ----- i have a call log!!! I have asked these people to leave me alone. ----- has cursed me out saying he stuck his neck out for me, taking the apartment off of the market. he caled me an A-HOLE... and kept cursing. I have contacted the police about this. I have also contacted the corporate office. I asked ----- to confiscate my information from -----. She apparently didnt.... I have a message on my phone from him... SERIOUSLY -----!!!! It is time/date stamped..... STOP CALING ME -----. My parents are prepared to take legal action against you and Wesley.... LEAVE ME ALONE!!! My mother will be calling you to tell you to BACK OFF!!!!! SO BACK OFF!!! I do not want to live there!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO LIVE THERE!!!! GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I am happy overall with my apartment. I have a one bedroom and my rent is still less than $800.00 for almost 1000sqft. I feel safe and mangement is professional.

It's funny now that we are under new management a lot of great Reviews are being posted. I bet 95% of them are written by someone in the office. I'm going to give the good and bad. Good: The landscaping is well-kept. Renovation in the office is nice. Nice floor plan with lots of space. Everyone that came over loved my floorplan. Like the planned activities they have. The BAD: Staff doesn't greet you 90% of the time when you walk in the office. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is saying coming through the vents. The insulation sucks. The air vents are noisy. Took me about a month to get used to. When I first moved in the noise from the air vents would wake me up and scare me. You are going to freeze in the winter, no point in turning the heat on, for some reason it doesn't warm the place up. Better bring your own fire extinguisher, they are too cheap to put one in every unit. This is my first time experiencing this in an apartment. The strict pool rules make you not want to go down there. They have a pool monitor that will bother you while you are having a good time to check for your pool pass.

I dont know any place where you will not have any minor and/or major problems at an apartment complex. I've been at Wesley Herrington Apts for 2yrs and if there was an issue or something needed to be fixed I just called or went online and put in a request for something to be fixed and it was done in a timely matter. I appreciate the staff and the maintenance workers for always following through on any issue I may have had. Heidi especially has been a great help with any situation I've had.

I have lived at Wesley Herrington since July of last year and I really like the community. I actually took advantage of one of the ammenities that they have here. I had a party at the rentable pool cabana. I think think as a apartment complex they have a lot to offer with a very professional staff from the manager Heidi on down. They are prompt to complete service request and everything.

Loved Living Here

I have lived at Wesley Herrington twice. Both times, my apartment was beautiful and loaded with amenities. The pool is great, it even has a water fountain and bridge. The staff was always nice to me, too. I only moved because I decided it was time to buy rather than rent.

Mi esposo y yo vivimos en Wesley Herrington en el ano 2007 y nos mudamos porque a mi esposo lo trasladaron para Miami. hace unos meses la compania para la que trabaja mi esposo nos notifico que en el mes de Mayo estariamos regresando al area de atlanta lo cual fue una gran alegria devido a que estamos esperando un nuevo miembro en la familia y estamos muy contentos por poder volver a vivir en Wesley Herrington y que nuestro hijo cresca en un buen lugar. Actualmente estamos rentando un apartanto de 2 habitaciones y 2 banos. Es un apartamneto muy lindo los techos son bien altos y es super espacioso. El personal de la oficina es bien agradable ayudaron a mi esposo en todo lo necesario para poder adquirir nuetro nuevo hogar. Unas de las cosas que mas me gusta de Wesley Herrington es el area de la piscina. Un buen lugar para vivir!!!

Horrible staff and manager

Lived here in a one bedroom for a few months and decided to transfer to a 2- bedroom apt. The staff are very incompetent and rude, and when we finally got an apt. We were not informed that we wld not be able to use a satellite in the present apt due to lack of service, we had just signed the lease and gotten the keys but we had not moved into the 2 bedrm apt yet. Within 24 hrs we found out that the next door apt was vacant and has satellite signal, we requested to move in next door since we currently had satellite providers but they refused saying that wld breaking the lease, even thou we had not received the lease documents or moved in yet, they want us to pay for early termination and a full months rent for them to transfer us next door . They are very inconsiderate and non professional, I wish I didn't sign the lease already , I ll move out to another community. I would never recommend for anyone I know to live in this sort of place. The rooms are nice and big but the customer service is zero... All the staff member should get a training on customer service. They should not be dealing with ppl at all. A very horrible community to live, outsiders even come in to use the pool since the gates are always broken. I can't wait to buy my home next yr and move out. Very very very horrible place . Be careful about their move in specials very tricky.

LIVED HERE BEFORE AND JUST MOVED BACK IN

I use to live here in a 1 bedroom when the complex was about 2 years old..never had any problems the whole time I lived here. The only reason I moved was cause I moved to the city to be closer to work. Sinc I had my daughter I moved back to Gwinnett to Wesley Herrington into a 2 bedroom. I love these apartments, the doors, the archways, the berber carpet ( instead of that crappy apartment grade)The pool area is great! It has a 6 inch shallow area for babies and water shooting out... my daughter loves it! They also have BBQ areas outside the pool..everybody always seems to enjoying themselves on the weekend! The office staff and maintence are so friendly and helpful with everything! I have lived in alot of apartments and this by far is one of my favorites! I have seen quite a few bad reviews on here but I can say that all the claims they are making make no sense as both times that I have lived here I have had nothing but positive experinces. I would reccomend this complex to anyone that is moving into the area!

Moving back. Best apartment I've lived in!

I recently moved out of Herrington for a slightly cheaper apartment. You know the old saying you get what you pay for. My three plus years at Wesley had me spoiled. I had an exceptional living experience and hands down recommend to everyone. Very well managed and maintained from inside and out. This is the fifth community I have lived in this area and its the best. I can't wait until the end of my lease to move back home!

Yo y mi familia hemos vivio en estos apartamentos por casi 7 a os y ha sido muy agrable este lugar es seguro, muy limpio, siempre me han ayudado con cualquier problema que se me presenta en mi apartamneto, siempre tiene eventos para todos nosotros,para mi y mi familia es el mejor lugar y lo recomiendo muchos si quieren un lugar agrable y seguro para ustedes y sus familia venga a Wesley Herrington!!!!!

Good Experience!

My family and I lived here from 2007 through 2010. The only reason we moved out is because we were having another baby and we got a house. We had a great experience. The staff remained the same for the most part and were always very friendly if we needed anything. A few times we had pest control issues, but they handled it right away; same with maintenance. The noise got a little loud sometimes, but thats apartment living for you. Overall, really good experience and I would refer friends there.
