We love the community, location, and amenities. Our unit itself hasn't been updated/remodeled but you can't beat the size of the apartments for the price. Overall we're satisfied with our experience here.

    Great place live the buildings always clean and people are nice. We have nice neighbors and a very supportive/responsive management department. We have been treated nice by all in the community since moving in.

      Very nice Community. Neighbors are awesome. The leasing office assistant manager Crystal is a complete doll and consistently delivers star quality professionalism. Kyle in the maintenance department is the best and most knowledgeable and helpful.

          So far everything has been great. The property is well taken care of and clean. Any service calls I have requested have been completed in a timely manner. Other amenities such as trash compactor or elevator issues have also been taken care of in a timely manner.

            Since we moved here the place has changed considerably. This vaping smell and smoking pot has to come to an end. They seem to do it when the office is closed and the maintenance men are gone. They are no dummies

              Kyle came did a great job was here for 3 hrs he is always happy cleaned up after he was done changed light bulbs 200 letters is a lot I love it here other then the kid on 2nd floor running up and down the hallways and Bigfoot that lives above us got lucky the first few years quiet people

                great place to live, lots of amenities. Location is perfect, you have everything you need within driving minutes. Size of the units are unmatched, you really get what you pay for. Staff is overall great and will handle your situations in a fast timely manner.

                  Grounds are always kept in perfect shape. Buildings are clean.hallways, neat and clean. these were the largest apartments in the area and I've always feel very safe here. Underground parking is a plus.

                    Living at Farmingdale Apartments has been one of my best rental experiences. The units are very big for a comparable price to others in the area, it's close to major roadways, and it's a very quiet area. Management is generally helpful and the amenities like the fitness area and the pool are lovely. The one downside is that you do pay extra for most "add-ons" that would be a given elsewhere - parking, pest fees, etc. Otherwise, I've been very pleased living here for the past 2.5 years.

                      I have been living at Farmingdale apartment homes for 11 years. It is a great community to live. The community is well taken care of and very clean. Units are very spacious, large closets and extra storage. The community is in a great location close to schools, shopping & restaurants. The management team is the best. Sandie Bernal, manager and Crystal Evans, assistant manager. They are both available 5 days a week and Saturdays 10:00-4:00. The maintenance team is also available 5 days a week and weekends for emergencies only. Sandie & Crystal are the best management team. They care about their residents and will do their best to help and take care of any questions or concerns you May have. If you are looking for a great place to live come and check Farmingdale out.

                        The staff is courteous and responsive. The assignment itself is relatively nice, but some of the appliances, fixtures, and hardware are a bit old and either aren't very efficient or have required maintenance. I don't typically have issues with sound from the neighbors. I'm more likely to hear someone in the hall or outside. Sounds travels pretty easily within the apartment, but is relatively manageable. Overall, the apartment is of decent quality and the staff is typically very helpful.

                          The residents are nice and always helpful. When going into the office, Crystal is always welcoming and helpful. She plays a role in my decision to live here. Whenever i have an issue, the maintenance staff is always timely in getting the issue resolved.

                            Very lovely , I enjoy living here. I am glad I have a washer and dryer in unit and garage, pool and gym right in walking distance . Also my stuff nice you are able to have a pet. Everything is kept neat and tidy

                              Balcony quiet friendly neighborhood. Clean apartments. Great place to also walk around. Gym and swimming pool facilities. Spacious and very prompt maintenance service. Very great staff for help. Laundry in unit.

                                  Community is nice, neighbors are nice, employees in the office are great! Love the garage! We really enjoy living here. Looking forward to using the pool this summer! I wish there was a play area for the kids but many parks not that far away. I do wish rent was a little cheaper.

                                      Maintenance at Farmingdale apartments is excellent. Unfortunately, that's all that I would consider excellent in this apartment. We moved into a dirty apartment, even though the prior tenants are required to pay $200 for a cleaning fee upon move out. Management is overbearing, even going as far as threatening residents to pay a ticket received from the local PD for someone pressing the emergency button in the elevator, if no one fessed up to doing it. The water has been shut off for service 5 times in 6 months. We are not given much notice for routine maintenance requiring staff to enter the apartment. The amount of notice is within legal limits, but sometimes extremely difficult to accommodate when they require the tenants cooperation like moving items in your closet to reach the HVAC unit (especially when you travel often for work). Farmingdale prides itself on being a "smoke-free community" but the hallways smell of cigarettes or marijuana more often than not. Honestly, this place isn't awful, again?maintenance here is incredible, but it's these annoyances that will keep us from staying a second year.

                                        We looked at a lot of apartments and this one by far had the biggest/nicest units for the most reasonable rent. The people at the leasing office are kind and helpful and the maintenance staff always comes to fix things in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

                                          Everything is very good. Very safety and very clean apartment and very nice neighborhood. Very easy go to chicago and everywhere because near to l-55 and l-294 Near to Walmart and target ,jewel, Pete mart,whole food store.

                                            Very quiet community and you get a sense of home. I would only leave this community to live in a house. Other than that, I wouldn't leave here to move to another apartment unless the rent was so much cheaper.

                                              Great so far! Everyone is mostly friendly and welcoming. The apartment needs remodeling to update from the years of wear and tear, but it is very spacious. The grounds, although it has been under construction, is well kept routinely.

                                                Great staff and management. I am happy to reside in this community. The social events planned by the leasing office are fun and exciting. More social events are encouraged. I am planning on renewing my lease and remaining a part of the community.
