nice place to live..
Lived here for 3 years from 2000-2003. We moved out last summer to buy a house. It is a nice place, but a bit pricey (we're paying less in mortgage than we did for rent).
The elevator goes down to the heated garage which makes winter shopping much better! Never had a problem with the office staff. They were always very nice, especially -----. Never had a problem with bugs or mice. Whenever we called for a maintenace problem, they were there right away. Electric bills ran from $100-$150. All the appliances were electric (stove, heat, etc).

Great Place Though Expensive
I have lived here for one year and was pleased overall. I never really had any complaints. It was expensive, but you get a huge apartment, heated underground parking, and a beautiful area. I even left my car window open one night and everything was still in the car the next morning.

So if you have the money, it is well worth it.

$250 Electric Bills and Rude Management
They´ll says anything to get you in, but once you sign the lease, beware! They told us the average cost of electricty was around $65. We´re looking at $200-$300 a month during the early summber and around $250-$350 during the winter (only 1200 square feet). Besides using over 3,000 kWh´s of electricity (you do the math) to heat the place to normal temperatures, you´ll love the way they treat you.

Management is ruthless and rude on your credit and/or pocket book. Extra costs for everything.

If you read this, trust me. Or it could be you.

Management is too harsh
We are living here for 2 years. Last year they decrease the rent only for new renters. This year I asked to give as same rate on signing the new lease. Its 300 dollars difference per month. They refuse.

As my wife says...in this apartment we have to pay even to sneeze !!!

Few months back we had mice in aparment

Last year they charge one of our neighbour 1200 dollars after they moved out for carpet cleaning and treat them to send it to collection and credit bureaus..poor guy paid !!!

Will not recommend to any friend.
Wonderful place, but too pricey.
We have lived here for over 2 years and love it. But, next year we will not be renewing our lease due to the price. The complex lacks ammenities, but charges as if they have many. There is no pool, clubhouse or workout room. The rent used to include 1 underground parking space, but now you will be charged $50 a month for the space.

The service is wonderful and the apartments are huge, but not worth the price.
