I love my apartment. I love the community. I am Not a fan of the response time from the office and maintenance! There is a lack of response or non at all. Sometimes they enter your home with no note to let I know they were there. I have had the same leaking in my apartment for a year now.

Due to pandemic things were not real good. Now that they have someone going in the office and mgnt that care, things hopefully get better. Love my apt and the pool. Cant waite to see the new office.

I absolutely love my apartment as well as the building and complex itself quiet neighborhood great neighborhood convience to grocery retail restaurant and pharmacy stores. Great schools and the staff at this complex rocks they work with the residents and provide options

Despite having so many tenants, they respond to service requests in a timely matter. The workers are polite. I feel like I can trust them and many times I am not there. The keep the hallways clean. I like this community

It's been 50/50 because things in my apartment need fixing and the complex say 24 hour service and that's not true I've been waiting on my sliding door to be fix for almost two months and my apartment stays cold because screen doesn't hold cold breeze out. My floor is cracked up and it's been like that since I've moved in But I deal with it because they gave me a chance now I'm giving them one Please come fix up my apartment please

Well someone stole my doormat! Who does that? Who steals doormats? I can't believe someone is ridiculous to think I wouldn't my doormat was missing. If I find out WHO did it THEY and YOU will further get a piece of my mind. You really want to make a difference replace my doormat. It's bad enough people don't clean up after their dogs and have breeds that I'm pretty sure are not allowed ie pitbulls, huskies and that's all I can think of at this moment but believe me I will let you know if anything else comes to mind.

It's a nice place to live I love the community an the Neighbors. When I started to rent here I was like wow ... the place was clean and it was Affordable. So that be said they have a beautiful place here

It's ok. Not the best. But maybe it's because I moved in when covid was in full affect. I've had issues with washers and dryers. Maybe these units need to be remodeled, i don't know. I guess it's ok for starting out, for first time renters. But to live here forever, I'll pass.

It's been good so far. I haven't had any issues other than not knowing our hot water was off until the next morning, but it was fixed in a timely manner from that point. The environment is clean and I do feel safe.

The community is very nice. I fortunately live in a updated unit which is nice. The community is very quiet, and I feel safe here as a woman. I often walk to the lake which is convenient and a great place to workout. The maintenance staff is great with getting issues resolved. The hallways are cleaned weekly and the grounds are kept. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.

I went to 2 different company to possibly rent and they never contacted us on when they sold it but kept rescheduling our appointments and then selling it underneath us. This company was very helpful from the beginning until our tour and I really hope I end up living there

Some of peoples are nice but very bad experiences getting in contact with someone .. no one calls you back or even email you back have send tons emails just get a whole someone . I think that is horrible really is

I do like my apartment and my neighbors. It's the rent that keeps going up every year that is very discouraging. Would also like to see more stricter policies on the pets. Too many pets, not on leashes, or the owners are not cleaning up after the pets mess.

It is good value for the price but the buildings are mediocre. The lobby's are usually gross. Laundry sucks. There's no staff on the property at any point. Maintenance does not respond. Packages don't get delivered to the correct buildings

Wonderful office staff! Patient and professional. I feel safe in my community. It is quiet and I have never had a problem with my neighbors. Nice ammenties like the pool. And since I've been here there have been VISIBLE NECESSARY upgrades.

So far the community has been nice and quiet. When I initially moved it took awhile to actually hear from anyone but after that the contact became better. So as of right now im going on my 3rd month and I haven't run into any problems so far.

The community itself is not the safest, packages are often stolen and the hallways often smell of drugs. Most neighbors are okay but it really depends on where you get placed. Maintenance does a great job especially if it is an emergency.

I have nothing additional to say. I'm just over this whole apartment and ready to move come August! This place has gone down hill! The laundry room is disgusting and always broken. There is always poop in the grass, no one cleans up behind themselves, outside doors always broken and maintenance is horrible. No one fixes anything.

From day one all staff members were loving, caring, giving, and personable...making sure that everything was fair and just...All of our grounds are clean and beautiful!!! With friendly and helpful neighbors...Hampshire is still the best place all around to live....

The communication within this company is very poor. The only people we are able to speak to are emergency support representatives who basically just sound like trained robots. We have an ongoing work order with maintenance due to lack of hot water for almost two weeks now. Work orders are just being closed and we still have no hot water.

Older, dated apartments no garbage disposal. High price point in cost for what you get. Laundry facilities not maintained as often as should be for public laundry facilities. Packages delivered to wrong buildings on a regular basis.

Easy move in process. However, rent is extremely high here. Floors are outdated and cheap. Kitchen cabinets are outdated. Windows and patio doors are outdated. Building names aren't marked outside. Good luck giving directions to your place.

Terrible my apartment is a disaster. Flooring peeling up and tub doesn't drain. Have had many floods in the apartment. Don't understand why they are not fixed but the rent keeps going thru the roof. Come on man!!!!

Very quiet in my building, no issue so far. Whenever I do have a problem it's fixed in a timely manner. The only minor issue is parking, there isn't always parking available. I enjoy living here and the people in my building are nice.
