It was ok in the beginning now I see the profiling. Staff is rude and the way the general manager handles business is unprofessional. The apartments are not the best but it's what you make of it. The hallways really need a paint job.

Great location and office staff is great! Very good about getting problems fixed. Also held items for me when they came and I was not available. The grounds are clean and the apartment is very nice. I have a one bedroom that works very well. I do miss having a balcony, but it is not a big deal.

I lived here for 18 months and enjoyed such a beautiful apartment community. It took me a while to find an apartment that had plenty of square footage and features. I couldn't believe for the price, how big the apartment was and with central heat and a/c it also included all the utilities besides electricity. Compared to all the other apartments in this area it had the most to offer for the price and had the most beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this apartment community to live in, and wouldn't hesitate for my own family and friends to stay there. Cindy and Dawn always have done their best to help with the move in and move out process and always do their best to solve any issues that may arise. Thanks for a great 18 months!

I had nothing but a positive experience here at Hampshire park. The peace and quite, the neighbors are respectful. Also, management is there whenever you need them. While I notice that the pool was a deal breaker for a lot of residents, I feel adding a new amenity could make up for that. i.e., a gym, a playground for the kids, etc. personally I would prefer the gym.

This is a great place to start off with apartment living. Both managers of the property are phenomenal and very responsive to questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property area to anyone who is looking to live in Hobart!

The apartments are lovely. The leasing team was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to move in. However, the day of move in me and my brother was called "stupid -------" for no reason at all. It really brought discomfort in my safety in this community.

Beautiful, well-maintained apartment homes with updated appliances. Minor maintenance issues which have all been resolved with 24 hours. Management is responsive to concerns; takes care of all issues promptly. Grocery/major attractions are 10-15 minutes away, but this is not the fault of the apartment complex.

Apartment rent increases have exceeded market value. Maintenance requests are answered timely, but with NO follow up on residual damage. There is almost NO sense of community, and premium amenity (pool) has been out of service for over a year. Office hours are sporadic.

A friendly and safe and clean community. Kitchen and bathrooms are outdated but overal a nice place. I wish the trees were not cut down so much they are looking like there are no limbs left. A pair of egrets were nesting in the tree top of the tree by the pool area and that tree is no longer cleaning solution used to clean the interior smells like ammonia it's similar to cat litter oily and greasy.

Friendly staff and neighbor's. Nice and quiet community. Located in area with good schools. Major highway is only 5 minutes away. Grocery store is very close. Parks for community events are very close.

Great staff in the office. Maintenance is professional and prompt. Anything that seems to be an issue is resolved quickly. This is a view quiet community. Very little issues that would prevent me from recommending to others.

Rent is high for the area but at least you get a pool at this complex unlike the other complexes in the area. The maintenance and office staff are amazing. Some of the neighbors not so much. Also there is no laundry in the units, there are washers and dryers in the building but they are expensive in my opnion and not very good.

when 1st moved in maintenance was fine. now they will not do my work orders because I asked them to call me for entry. So it doesn't get done unless I call Cindy. The office staff not friendly at all; they hate to see me coming and I hate to go in there, which never happened before staff changed. Queenetta is nicer than Kim.

Maintenance has tried to repair our toilet 3 times, and has been notified that it still leaks with no response from office or maintenance. Ants are now all over along with the sand that they're pulling up from under the toilet, and linoleum is now lifting from the floor due to repeated water leaks from the toilet. NO COLD WATER IN BUILDING, INCLUDING WASHING MACHINES IN LAUNDRY ROOM, which ruined my family's clothes. I've also had clothes STOLEN from their laundry room, too. They claim the reason for no cold water is because pipes are located too close together. However, cold water worked fine when I first moved in 2+ years ago. Kitchen sink also backs up, and maintenance still refuses to fix any issues. Office doesn't return phone calls, as they NEVER answer their phones, either. TERRIBLE MANAGEMEMT AND MAINTENANCE!!! Ever since they switched management companies and are now run by TRICAP, this place has become terrible, almost uninhabitable!!!

I took a tour of Hampshire Apartments and although they are out of my price range (single mom with 3 kids) I loved how the lady who took us on the tour called the people who lived there by their name. I have been looking for an apartment for myself and 3 kids and there wasn't one single place that I went to that did that. If they walked by someone they either just said hi or didn't say anything at all. I really wish I could afford to live there. Believe me, its not their prices but the budget that I am on. She also referred me to a couple different places that I could try and even gave me their phone numbers.

Love that ever one is nice and it is also clean. They also the hallways looks like every week. The office staff are really nice also. I will like to see the Grills that they have for the Community to be fixed .

It has had it's ups and downs but overall it has been great.It would be nice if they would start to screen more of the residents that move in to the community because I have noticed a few changes that haven't been the greatest but I believe that you will get that every where you go.
