I enjoy living in this friendly complex, I feel safe and secure. The grounds and the building are kept clean. I also like that I am able to contact management with any concerns or questions. I am looking forward to enjoying the swimming pool this summer.

Individual apartments are nice, pool is never open in the summer, doggy bags are never stocked, have been out for months, office people are insanely hard to get a hold of, hallways are never clean, mailboxes don't lock properly.

I strongly would discourage others from renting here at Hampshire Park. The staff is almost nonexistent, it takes days to weeks to hear back from staff about any issues. I would strongly recommend other apartments before this one.

It's been fine! No problems, been living at Hampshire Park since 2010(lived on the Windsor side) Staff have always taken care of any issues that I have had (mostly annoying neighbors when i lived on the Windsor side.

Hampshire Park Apartments is conveniently accessible to highways, stores, and restaurants.Not located in a congested area, which is a plus! Easy access to get in and out of the parking lot. Pet friendly.

The apartment is spacious. Maintenance service is very satisfactory. Neighborhood is quiet. Community is peaceful. Cleanliness around the apartment complex is very well maintained. Wifi or internet connection is easy to install.

So far it's been well I had no problems adjusting here rent is not too bad very spacious especially for a one bedroom no dog restrictions which is nice good size rooms kitchen is a hair small living room and dining room or good size, everything seems to be in working order

Nice place to stay at, if you don't mind any complaints from neighbors or drama then this is a great place because it's a quiet complex and pets are accepted and price is really good, I just wish my unit is more updated.

Honestly, the first 2 years were great. But since Covid the quality and care of the building has gone down. The laundry room smells like mold and 2 of the 4 machines leak water when used, a 3rd machine has not been working for about 6 months now. The lobby is dirty as is the hallways and the rugs have had stains on them since December 2021. It still feels safe around here, which is a positive note as well as work orders are handled promptly for individual units.

Nice Community, no problems with neighbors. My only problem is the bushes need 2/B trim holes in the parking lot. Maint. comes mush quicker now. I need office staff to show me howTo use the portal

This is a nice apartment complex. I have had a couple issues pop up and maintenance wasted no time to come over and fix it. Property outside is nice looks like the pool will be opening soon. Would recommend this apartment

Good location and quiet so far. The main door that locks sometimes has to be pulled/pushed to shut all the way. The closet doors drag or are hard to open and close due to the carpet. I think the grounds could be raked a little more. Little sticks everywhere.

It's not bad at all. I wish they'd do a better job when we're expecting bad weather and fix the potholes in the parking lot. Quiet community. Seemingly nice people I've come across here. They don't pick up their dog's poop though.

Just don't. It's not a great area. It's not kept up well. When maintenance does come in to fix things it's not always done properly and some of the maintenance people I don't feel safe letting them into my home. They shut off the water and gas without notice but on a good note the office staff is usually nice when I call and I haven't had any issues with bugs. But the apartments themselves are definitely outdated.

I Love living here. This was the best decision that I have made for my family. It is quiet and peaceful. The moment that you walk in you feel like you are at home like you belong to a community. The staff is amazing, and of course I am in love with my apartment.

It was a lot better when the office was open and staffed. Not accepting packages is a big inconvenience for everyone. Maintenance is understaffed and is good if you get the right person. Management changes a lot too

The complex I live in is great. Things do need to be updated like the landscaping and overall appearance of the community. We need a dish Ed package drop off location and better community with staff. I enjoy my apartment overall.

My experience has been terrible, the lack of communication, promptness in maintenance issues. Management, staff and maintenance are rude. I should not have to live with broken things in my home for months. The halls are dirty and garbage on the ground in the halls.

I don't really talk to anyone but i've never had a deep rooted issue with it. It's nice, quite, pretty affordable for what is it. I wish people would clean up their dog poop more but that's an issue with the people who live here.

Price is high, but overall experience has been fine. I would prefer to have a garage, but everything else has been ok. Location is good with easy access to the highway, and easy to get to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Overpriced, not up to date apartments. Very limited natural light. No ceiling lights in the living room or bedrooms. The carpets in the hallways look really dirty and smell weird. The laundry room has a lot of mold growing behind the washers on the wall. People don't pick up after their dogs poop. My neighbor had bedbugs when I was first moving in!!! AC works when it wants to making my nipsco bill very high!
