Very nice community but the rent is very high. We didn't have a pool for almost 2yr and nothing was taken off our rent. I feel that rent should be lower. Some neighbors are friendly and some are not. Some office members are friendly and some are not. I love the setup of the community but sometimes when it snows the sidewalks are not shoveled like they are supposed to be.

I love my apartment, it's very large, I feel I am getting my moneys worth. I wish my neighbors were more quiet, and also wish I had cold water in the bathroom sink, and kitchen. The garbage cans are always over flowing with trash...

Helpful? Upon moving into a pet friendly building - FLEAS. People with cats: FLEAS. The woman with the shitzu: FLEAS. These buldings are INFESTED. THE management DOES NOT TREAT nor change carpets. I tried. Paid for TWO professional carpet treatments. It was hopeless. Seems the vents coming out of apartments heat and cool the hallways? what? who is paying for that? If you have someone living in upstairs apartment and she has gentlemen callers -- different ones *------------------------------------, etc etc etc. She entertains them in her bedroom. MIDNIGHT. SQUEAK. SQUEAK. PAUSE. SQUEAK SQUEAK with every ------------------ What is worse, bites or no sleep? Yuck. IT IS A DUMP, IN MY OPINION. have a pet? they have fleas.

Just moved in a week ago and so far so good! Leasing staff wonderful and helpful and Dwight in maintenance is on top of things! Parking is available and convenient. Dog friendly! Close to the park and also downtown Hobart which is quite charming!

Former maintenance has ramshackle every Apartment and storage unit. I am trying to recover stolen items from my apartment . Especially my deceased son pictures and other valuables such as coin collections very personal family items. Little John supposed to be the person of interest.

Please warn any new tenants that the maintenance head guy is going into tenants apartments and stealing items . Let it be known there are pictures of him going and coming from each unit when the tenants are gone. He watches your every move. Please be careful.

it has gone downhill. i moved here for the amentities ( pool) ive been here Two years now come November and this is the second summer that the pool didnt open. The rent is "Higher" due to amentities that i've never even had the pleasure of using.

The walls in my building or so thin, I hear everyone all the time. I am on the ground floor, and I hear every footstep my neighbor makes, and everytime they shut their patio door I feel like my ceiling is going to cave in.

This apartment community is beautiful... The apartments are big and clean. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect... It's right in the middle of everything. No complaints whatsoever!

Community is fantastic. It is quiet and peaceful. Shleika was fantastical amazing when moving in. She answered all the questions I had. Always wore a smile. Queenetta was also a huge help with the move in process. The leasing agaents are fantastic!

When I moved in to the community it was easy. The people here are friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is a great place to live and raise a family. I enjoy being here.

Management has changed the prices on me for a years lease. The amount ( the computer) came back not much difference between a years lease and a 3 month. I really love my apartment. It especially works out for my 17 year old who has downsyndrom and autism spectrum. I am going in today to pay up for June then I have to move out by the 27th. Not really wanted to look for another apartment but that's what I have to do. I sure hope I can find another 1st floor apartment to accommodate my child with special needs...

I loved living here, but it has changed, I don't believe they are doing a very good job of screening, and I am a senior citizen and my rent is now above $1000. They should make one building for senior citizens.

The apartments overall are spacious and clean. The neighbors have all been friendly. The pool wasn't repaired for last summer which was a definite bummer. The snow removal this winter was fine in the parking lots but the sidewalks weren't always done in a timely manner.

I was never shown my actual apartment prior to move in. The apparent we were shown was in a different building, was more new and slightly bigger than my actual apartment. We were told they would be exactly the same and the only diffence was that it would be the building next door and it would be a first floor apartment. My lease was supposed to be signed a week before move in and it wasn't signed until the night before we moved in. I was never given exactly how much I would be paying at move in so when we got there and didn't have the check ready the lady in the office was a big upset, however I had went in the day before to ask about the lease and price and all they said was they would call me back and the never did. We were given some papers to fill out and bring back to the office regarding the condition of the apartment. We filled them out and tried to turn them in, we've gone every day this week and the office has been closed. It says they open from 10-6, I've gone at around 11 and 5 and every time I go it is closed. Such unprofessional service, the reason why we will not be renewing my lease when time comes.

This apartment complex is very well kept and I love the idea of central air, dishwasher and multiple laundry machines in the apartment! The machines also take credit/debit cards so there is no more worry of let me get more quarters to do this load. Very nice staff as well and recommended!

This is a wonderful community, great staff! Maintenance team is wonderful. I highly recommend this community! Any issurs are addressed immediately. 5 star ratings all the way around. This is a wonderful community.

I love it here! Rent is a little high but you get what you pay for, it's nice...definitely would recommend living here! The washer and dryers accept debit cards so i don't have to worry about getting quarters... I love that!

It's a nice community for the most part. There are a lot of issues with the water, but other than that it's nice and quiet. The leasing staff is always nice and friendly. They are the nicest people to interact with.

In the beginning it was very nice, but Tricap running this complex it has gone downhill. No pool anymore. Alot of renters came here because it had a pool. People started to give reviews very negative so they turned around and said we would have a pool a start of the season But absolutely nothing has begun. They r liers.

From the moment I took hampshire Park Apartments as an option, I haven't been disappointed! Dawn (leasing agent) was absolutely amazing and never failed to answer any questions my husband or I had. The workers are incredibly helpful and friendly. The neighbors are always saying hello. My husband and I know this place is perfect for us. The apartments themselves are well taken care of, so much open space and storage! My dogs still have room to play and have their fun. I'm so glad I found it when I did because I can't picture us anywhere else!

Dawn was great from the first time I spoke to her on the phone! She was very sweet and informative! She made me feel like a resident before I actually even became a resident and helped me step by step with everything! Dawn and Cindy made sure my apartment was in tip top shape upon my arrival! I would recommend anyone to move in this community!

The place is very clean and the community look is very nice. Every one in my building seems to be great. They have offered to help me when I was moving in. All very friendly. The staff is also amazing. I absolutely love Dawn. She has been nothing but great. I would highly recommend this place and love living here

When I first came here it was owned by a different management company, now it's owned by tricap. They give you a price when u first move in but each year it goes up $50 to 100. A month. There's pot holes all spring and summer long. The entry way has flowers but in the back it looks like the getting. There is no pool any more and won't be. All the furniture they sold. Grills don't work maybe one. They bought the property across the street and raised rents already. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Stay away
