I have lived at Hampshire for almost 3 yrs. The office staff has been great with me and my family. The grounds are beautiful and it's a pretty quiet place. However, I do feel for the price of rent we should have more amenities.

I love my Apt home. Service is good. Management could not be nicer.This community is pet friendly, that was very important to me.I think all my neighbors have been very friendly.Thr grounds are kept clean which is a must for me.

When I first moved in me and my husband were very happy. I should have been told that the people that live above me had children. If this information had been told to me I would not have rented the apartment. I was told the building was quiet. I am not the only one that has had issue with neighbors who allow their children to run and play and make noise over someones head. The community board is full of complaints that are not addressed by management. Because the complaints are still being posted on a regular basis. The walls in these apartments are paper thin and who wants to hear someone above their head stomping EVERY day. I should not be able to hear the person above my head close a dresser drawer. Hearing dogs barking and fighting or constantly seeing people outside with their dogs infront of your window or patio. No one wants to pay rent and live in a place where you can not have peace and quiet because the neighbors feel they don't have to respect no one.

I really wanted to post this review to your website but when I clicked on review there was no option to write a review so I will do it here. I wanted to give a big shout out to your leasing lady with the dark short hair and bubbly personality.I apologize for not remembering her name. I showed up at your community as she was locking the door and taking a couple and another lady on tour and she gladly invited me to tag alone. I felt really bad for her once we were inside the apartment because the lady who was with us was on her phone and not paying any attention to what your leasing lady was saying or even paying attention to the questions we were asking so that she could hear the answers. The leasing lady still tried to engage this woman in our conversation but you could tell the lady on the phone didn't care at all what she had to say. Anyway, I wanted to apologize on behalf of that woman. It was inconsiderate to do that to her. I will say this, your leasing lady kept her composure and I had fun watching her as she took us through the apartment and building showing us the laundry area and other things. She is very animated person LoL I didn't come back to the office with the rest of them but did inform your leasing lady I would return when I had more time. Leasing lady, don't change what you have going on you did an awesome job and I will return to see you again. BTW: I am the lady with the red hair

Maintenance doesn't correct many issues, the parking lot is covered in potholes, and the buildings are too old for the high monthly rent that Tricap expects you to pay. There are good qualities to the this complex, but they are far outweighed by the negative.

I am going on my second year here,never had problem with loud music playing until recently, overall I must say I enjoyed my stay here. By the way I came here in June of 2015. I totally dislike the main person in management on site, if I had her to deal with I would not have signed a second year least. I am totally disgusted with all dog feeces along path ways especially when it snow or rain. Dawn and Cindy are professional

Living here at Hampshire Park since February, 2017 and my husband says it best, ' I feel safe and I am able to totally relax'. As for me, his better half, I like the fact that we are in the country but near everything we need. The grounds are natural and I can sit and listen to the birds. There is a natural pond not far from our living room window where my husband watches deer early in the morning. We are both extremely pleased to be living here.

I've experienced DISCRIMINATION, Slum Landlording, unprofessionalism with staff, blatent disrespect for privacy, security/Safety issues on the property with POOR lighting, Disconnection of water every other day due to serious plumbing problems within the community that NO ONE is addressing, No Pool which is an Amenity that is offered in the lease, people getting access to buildings because doors DON'T Lock. I would NEVER refer anyone to live here

Comfortable, clean, well kept garbage removal, good lawn care, courteous workers, snow removal when necessary. BUT pricey to live here when on a very limited budget and/or income!! Carpets were cleaned last week to satisfaction and I thank you for this service.Some repair to plaster is needed though. Thank you. Jane

Community is great, I've been living in Hobart for 12 years. My apartment is spacious 2 bed, 1 bath but it's not cheap to live here and kitchen is dated and so are the doors. Windows are also old and need better efficienct ones installed my room always has a draft and it's super cold. Office staff is great especially Dawn they work hard and do a great job.

This is a nice community with nice apartments. The maintenance staff is prompt, courteous and efficient. The office staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only drawback is the price and the fact that they raise the rent every year.

My move in experience was great! The office went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that my needs were being met. I worked with Dawn thigh the whole process and she was absolutely delightful! Always available when I needed her and got things done quickly. She was a big help!

This community has undergone tremendous change in the past 2 years. We have new mangement,maintainence, and housekeeping. Its a work in progress and i understand that. Hopefully they realize that the little things matter like a clean grounds, inside buildings and a safe caring community feel. I would also like to see more social events at our community to bring us together as neighbors.

My apartment is really nice but you can smell others smoke and the hallway smells like animals. There should be separate buildings for pet owners. I have an awesome view but I haven't had the opportunity to walk the grounds.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. One of their buildings had a fire (July 2016) and they STILL have not cleaned anything. Residents are living with soot, dirt, bugs, its terrible. The staff could care less. Residents cant enter their apartments without getting soot on them. Its is absolutely terrible. Residents are embarrassed to have guests over do to the nature of the building. The staff has done nothing to help the residents. Completely disappointed and disgusted.

Everything was good until tricap bought it. Staff is very cold. Not worried about tenant safety. They look at everyone as dollar signs and not people. Office hours are posted but trying to get in there during them is a joke. They come and go as they please.

We have lived here since 2010, and I have to say this is the best apartment complex I have ever called my home. The office staff, cleaning crew, and Maintenance crew are all extremely professional and friendly. We have had a very difficult personal life over the last two years, and the staff is always quick to try and accommondate. Even more special is that fact that they really care and always ask how we are holding up. When you move in here, you are not just a tenant, you become part of a family. We have also become very close with many of the residents here. Hampshire Park isn't just a place to live, it is a community that I am proud to call home. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained. Maintenance is always quick to come when you are having a problem, which honestly very rare. They have been doing extensive projects over the last year to improve the complex even more. They are luxury apartments with incredible floor plans, and the price is perfect considering the square footage. You will not find a better deal.

I just moved in, so far everything seems good. Nice staff, quite building for most part. My apartment is "updated", not sure I would call it updated, but carpet is new and so are the counters and kitchen faucet. Overall well maintained building and grounds, in a nice setting, close to everything (I wish there was washer/dryer connections in apartment). I lived in Hobart most of my life and have moved around town; if I were to choose a long or short term rental Hampshire WOULD BE IT!

You can not find a better apartment home then Hampshire Park. The grounds are kept up beautifully, maintenance is right on the spot when you call, plenty of parking, and everyone respect one another. When dealing with the office personal Chris is the one with her pleasing personality. Anyone that like quiet living then Hampshire Park is the Place.♥

When it came time for me to move into an apartment, Hampshire Park was the only one I would consider. My dad and several relatives of mine had lived there and I already knew how professional and courtious the staff was. I have lived here now for 13 enjoyable year. The office staff will assist you with any issue you may have.The maintenance staff does a terrific job taking care of all residents. The grounds are beautiful and always well maintained. It's a fantastic place to live. The owners and the entire staff are dedicated to making stay here a safe and enjoyable experience.

I have been a resident of Hampshire Park Apartments for just over 1 year. I will be here for just 1 more year as we are saving to buy a house. First and for most, I like this Apartment Complex. I wanted to re-locate to Hobart, IN and this complex was the nicest of them all and I saw them all. Nonetheless, I'm all about corrective criticism and could give a few notes of advise to the Management team of the complex. There needs to be a washer and dryer connection in the apartments. The kitchen is very large where you can add the plugs needed on the wall opposite of the stove. While it is convenient to have a Laundry facility in the building, it still is an inconvenience at the same time. Now, a bonus of being a resident here is that Gas & Water is paid for by the complex. Which is wonderful! (I wish electric was included too). I truly believe that if a washer & dryer hook ups were available in the apartment your residents would stay longer. I average $40 per month(for a family of 4) on Quarters to use the laundry facility. However, on weeks that I need to wash extra things like blankets & towels then I will have used $50 for the month. I would rather pay a water bill of $40-50 month if it meant having a washer & dryer in my apartment. Now, back to the good news. The space in the apartment is sufficient for a family of 4. There is basic TV channels available if you chose not to connect with a cable company. It is silent here, residents do respect each other. Most everyone smiles at one another and others are very conversational. Closet space is sufficient as well. I LOVE how guest will have to buzz your apt to enter rather then being able to have access to your front door. As a mother I love that because my children are extra space. The pool during the summer is a delite! Grills surrounding the pool are nice too. They have a pool party at the end of summer which seems to be pretty popular to the residents. If you have school aged children the buses come into the complex to pick up your child. Overall, live here if your coming to Hobart, chose Hampshire Park for your home.

My wife and I have lived in HP Apts for one year and we are more than eager to sign the next yearly lease. This establishment has lived up to all of our standards for good Apartment living. The grounds are wonderful, the pool is wonderful, the nieghbors are so frendly. It is very quiet and clean. The women in the office are friendly and take care of any issues quickly. The few small maintenence issues I have had throughout the year were taken care of promptly. I could go on and on about how my wife and I are completely satisfied with all aspects of HP. I would recommed and refer anyone interested.
