It is a quiet community. Residents are friendly. Exterior of buildings and parking lot would benefit from some maintenance. Interior hallway carpet should be replaced. Apartments themselves are nice.

Very fast and helpful. I was looking for a apartment before my lease was up and Katie helped me out so much, she responds very fast. I love my new apartment, my daughter is able to play in the front, my neighbors are nice, and I love the laundry room. Thank you

For the most part I enjoy living here , there are only a few complaints and they concern neighbors but any where you lie you have issues,It is a place to call home and I am a quiet person who sticks to her self ,I dont bother anyone and no one bothers me sometimes it gets loud but that is expected in apartment living . I try to be quiet and just be to myself and not cause any problems.

Slow maintenance and manager is rude, does not answer to messages in a timely manner. Pool didn't open until two years into me living here. We pay too much money for how they treat their residents. Expensive and not worth it

My experience has been great thus far. Office staff is nice professional. the location of my apartment, allows me easy access to the highways. local shopping, friendly environment i enjoy taking walks around the community with my dog. the people in the community are respectable, friendly .

Good place to live in. Love the courtyard! Could not enjoy the swimming pool due to pandemic. Im at the first floor and love the accessibility of my patio with parking in front. Surroundings are clean and have lots of trees, really refreshing!

I wasn't just looking for an apartment, I was looking for a place I could call home. And I found it . I loved my apartment in Haven Hobart. As love the apartment in Hampshire Park apartment. Nice neighbors.

I love living out here and I love my apartment. I just wish that it wasn't so hard to get in contact with people in the leasing office. Also, I wish that the maintenance will actually come and fix things in a timely manner.

Do not move here. Management does not care about tenants, there's dog crap in the halls, broken security doors, loud and disrespectful neighbors, and the police are here often. The parking lot serves as a drunk tank for people sleeping in their vehicles and the garbage bins outside are always overflowing. Your car will be damaged from other tenants just not caring if they hit you, pieces of the building just fall off and are left for months at a time. The decor is still from the 1970's, bugs everywhere and nobody from management is ever available via email, phone, or in the "office". People steal your packages - so don't have ANYTHING delivered here. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere that Tricap doesn't own.

Staff is hard to reach. Cynthia (resident engagement manager) is generally readily available to answer questions and respond to concerns. The recent influx of residents have not been stellar and are slowly dragging the community down.

Very clean unit. Good neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area. Great amenities. The whole application and approval process took less than 2 hours. The staff has been great with communication and assisting in the move-in process.

Just okay, officer never open , just now asking hows it going since I moved in . Weed smell strong, to much animal poop in the backyard kid can't play in back. Don't know if rent will increase. Package gets stolen

My boyfriend and I just moved in this month and we were so pleased to see how beautiful and spacious our one bedroom apartment is. We were also so glad that Hampshire Park is pet friendly! That's a big thing we were looking for when moving in. If you're looking for a lot of space for not too much money this is definitely the place to rent!

So far I haven't had any complaints, issues, or anything about my apartment! The staff has been helpful and prompted along with understanding since Covid-19. I overall am very satisfied with living here.

Great administrative and maintenance staff are always so helpful responses quickly to telephone calls, emails and or request submitted through the community portal. I would especially like to commend staff on their quality of service during this COVID-19 season. Stay safe.

My experience at this community has been great! Very quiet and very pleased with everything so far. Everything is clean and well kept. My neighbors are very nice as well. Anytime I call the office or email they respond promptly.

I have been living here for three years and the pool has not been fixed since. Rent keeps increasing. Others are coming in with lower rents and more bedrooms. Due to an up to date system that decides the rent prices. Roads are horrible.

Apartments are in dire need of upgrades. Cabinets are from the 70's, the windows rattle when anyone enters building, the sliding glass doors are installed incorrectly (the inside door is on the outside so you can't install a safety rod) and the pool is out of order.

I like living here but more needs to be done about responses made and not given an answer back as to why people are allowed to let pets pee on balcony and comes onto "others "when they should be walking their pet instead?also their constant barking of dog that goes on for hours,I know this is a pet friendly place but how does this be allowed and what are we to do about this to be settled? I got no answer since i moved in.

Very pleased. Staff is very professional and courteous . Maintenance staff is also very courteous and professional. Maintenance staff always finishes the job in a timely manner and always ask if I have any other problems.
