Spacious, Efficient, and Awesome! So glad to call this Community home

Really excited about my self-efficient apartment! Equipped with washer and dryer, private balcony and storage closet, all in one apartment! Nice private pool and personal gym on property. I don’t even have to go to far to do anything. Specialty and local grocers in area, as well as popular stores for apparel and shoes. Everything you need in one area. Extremely pleased with Mrs. Rochelle Dufresne, the Assistant Property Manager. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also great positive attitude and real helpful and honest. Love her like family. So grateful for my quiet relaxing environment that I call home. Completely enjoying this community!

I have been a resident at Cypress Lake for a while now. I love living here. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I enjoy the dog park and the walking paths. The grounds are always clean. Itsa wonderful place to live.

Great Place to live !

I have been living here for almost a year already and I love it. Rochelle and Courtney are great. Anytime I need anything they are always there to help. The grounds are always so nice and clean. The pool is also great.

Moving into Cypress Lake Apartments was such a blessing for me. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and make sure everything worked out smoothly. They were patient, kind, and understanding during the entire process, which meant more than they probably realize. The community is peaceful, clean, and feels safe I genuinely feel at home here. We just moved in a few days ago, but so far all the neighbors are friendly. The staff in the office are very nice and Work with you. Maintenance is very hands-on and just overall a great place to live

This place is in a great location. Everything is so close by. I used to live here years ago. Pretty grounds and a great staff too. I would live here again if I ever moved back to Louisiana. Go check these apartments out.

Living here at Cypress Lakes has been great. I love the grounds . They keep them up all so nice. The office staff is always able to help with all your needs. They have a great pool and a lot of parking. It's lovely living here.

Nice apartments

Great place to live. Very attentive to any maintenance issues and get fixed fast. Very laid back. All appliances work great and the apartments have a good bit of space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in this location too.

Beautiful Place

We love living here. It is so nice. We enjoy the beautiful grounds and swimming pool. It is close to everything. The Staff is great. It is a great place if you have pets. There is a pet park to go to.

Wonderful place to live...

My time at Cypress Lake has been great. Anytime I am having a maintenance issue, I can just put in a ticket for it. Lots of families here which makes it feel a lot more home-like. The leasing office is now open 7 days a week so I know someone is always available if I need assistance.

Quiet and clean property

The property is always well kept and beautiful. Nice pool and grill area that is never swarmed with too many people. The staff always is there to answer any questions. It's a very peaceful place to live.

Ms Courtney is so nice and the place is perfect

Cypress Lakes was the first and last place that my sister and I visited. As soon as we met Ms Courtney and she showed us around, we knew this would be the perfect home for us. We cant wait to move here soon.

No Better Place to Call Home

If you’re not already one of my fellow neighbors, you’re missing out. Not ashamed to say it either, my home is better than yours! Seriously though, not only is it a beautiful place to live, but also has the best people to take care of you. I can’t even begin to commend their patience and diligence, especially the manager of our apartment complex, who always goes above and beyond with a smile. I have been here for quite some time, and I’ve even noticed that unlike other places that start to deteriorate over the years, this place has only gotten better. If you are looking to rent somewhere, come be my neighbor!!!!

I went on a site visit to visit this property. I was highly impressed and even more impressed with the staff and the ladies in the office. They were super friendly and very helpful while trying to help me make my decision unfortunately, I’m moving out of state. Everything was very clean and well kept!

Clean,quiet,beautiful landscaping and nice pool

nice location off the service road close to shopping, grocery, restaurants and hospital. Very clean, lots of trees and sidewalks, no trash anywhere, beautiful clean pool, no loitering or trashy people around. The staff was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed to leave and they answered all my questions.
