I love living at Cypress Lake Apartments! It is quiet and everyone is very friendly. My kids love the pool area and they have a ton of friends here! It's safe and in a great location. If your going to live in an apartment complex, it should be this one. It truly is our home and we are very happy here.

I really enjoy to live in this apartment . I have a great experience of a friendly surrounding. Everything is great. Sometimes we usually host a party and it's really fun to join. I would recommended you to move in if you want to live in a nice place with cheap price. They also have pool and exercise room. The staffs that work in the office are really friendly. In some emergency situation , they're really quick at solving the problem. It's the best apartment in Mandeville so far.

Horrible place to live. Staff is unprofessional and all they want is to screw you into paying fees. Never caused a problem for them but whenever I tried contacting them regarding my lease they were not flexible or helpful at all. Worst apartment complex and staff. Apartment quality isnt good either. Do not rent an apartment from this place or you will regret it.

The staff at Cypress Lakes Apartments, are some of the most courteous and welcoming people I've ever met. They're completely professional and everything that they do, and rejoice to work with. Everything is clean, and the apartment complex feel safe. I'm thrilled to live here!

We are staying in Cypress Lake since Jan 2016 and would like to say its a PLEASANT STAY so far. A very well maintained apartment with upgraded appliances. User friendly pool and gym. The staff are very kind and helpful. Always welcome guests/residents with a smiley face :) In case of maintainence issue, staff responds quickly. Schools, hospitals, shopping complex and Lake and much more to list.. All are nearby to this apartment. Overall, its one of the best place to stay and feel Home :) We recommend this place to our family and friends. - LuckyMan

I am pleased with and am comfortable in my apartment. The office personnel and maintenance personnel are friendly and respond well. I intend to remain here indefinitely. I like that the cracked sidewalks will be smoothed out as I am handicapped and use a walker.

We have lived at Cypress Lake in LA for almost a year. The ladies at the rental office are awesome. Anytime I have a question concerning the area or our apartment they have positive responses. The maintenance staff is wonderful. I never have an issue with getting things fixed or replaced when needed. Maintenance requests are responded to in a swift manner. The grounds are kept neat. However there is a ton of flooding in this area that prevents grass from fully developing. I have a pet and it is sometimes tough to find grass for him to do his business. As another resident stated, the walls are super thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors as well as smell whatever is going on in their apartments. Compared to apartments in other states we have resided (NC, SC, and VA), Cypress Lake would be rated at two out of five stars. Overall, Cypress Lake seems to be one of the more decent complexes in this area, therefore I rated it four out of five stars. -Victoria

I just would like to say that it is close to interstate 12, close to shopping. Apartments are basic, nothing fancy and highly priced and go up every lease signing. Seems people all have different rent amounts they pay, New move ins were paying less than myself, I have been here 13 years. Another bad point is you can hear your neighbors having sex, and using the bathroom, and when in bathroom can hear their conversations. Sound proofing is need. Now the community is well kept. I have had no problem with staff as i keep to myself. I pay my rent and don't bother no one. I do say that when something does break down in apt, they fix things very fast which is a plus.. All in all it is a great place to live, other than sound proofing, and high rent for basic apts, this is the place to live. I should know been here for 13 years,

This is the best apartment complex in Mandeville for the price. Yes, there may be cheaper places but it shows. Cypress Lakes is easy to work with, the maintenance crew is on top of everything, they keep up with appearance of buildings, parking lots, and green spaces. On top of everything, I feel safe here.

THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME! I have lived here for 8 years & I love it. It is quiet, safe,& close to everything. The repairs are always addressed Asap. The rental office employees are really kind, and always professional.. It is truly a family experience. The amenities are really nice.

I just recently moved here back in January. So far I love it here. The rent is affordable, the grounds are nice and the pool is always a pretty blue. The staff is professional but friendly and has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this complex.

I needed to extend my lease 2 months while waiting to close on my house. Tonti Property Corporate office management had no compassion and raised my rent approx. $400 more for those 2 months. This was a 50% increase from what I was paying monthly for my one bedroom apartment. Absurd!!! My friend who lived in Botanica apartments across the highway was only charged $100 more a month to go month to month. That's reasonable. I would have never moved here if I would have known this prior to signing my lease. When I reached out to corporate office, their reply was that's why we gave you options for a lease renewal 60 days out. I find it unreasonable. I suppose I could have lived in my car while waiting for the closing on my house. The office staff on site was nice and very compassionate. I could tell their hands were tied by corporate office. I moved out in September, and its December as I write this review. It still makes me tear up to relive the financial burden they put on me. Those 2 months soured anything positive I would have written on this complex. Also I disagree to a previous review on ample parking. If you live in the back right of complex, there are apartments on both sides of street. Parking is not adequate. I often had to park by the back fence if I arrived home after 8pm .

The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient, and the amenities are great, such as free wi fi, coffee bar, trade in book selection, excellent work out room, and a great volleyball court!

Cypress Lake is a beautiful community with an excellent office and maintenance staff!!! The management team in the office always seems very knowledgeable, professional, and experienced at what they do. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone. It is very quiet and all the neighbors are extremely friendly. There are several amenities that are a huge plus (like the fitness room, grill, clubhouse, pool, and indoor racquetball court open 24 hours)!! If you are looking for somewhere that feels like home, this is the place!

Do you like hearing car alarms going off at all hours? Do you like hearing all your neighbors' conversations? Do you enjoy last minute notifications (and sometimes no notification at all) for pest services and power outages? Do you like your neighbors being able to walk their pitbull without a leash after you complain to the front office and they do nothing? Do you like a random person who probably doesn't even live in the apartment complex take up 10 parking spots with his giant boat for several weeks? If you answered yes to all of these, Cypress Lake Apartments of Mandeville, LA is the place for you! For the price, these apartments are what they are; take it or leave it.

The staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm always on time with my rent and am a quiet tenant. Any issues that have come up were handled poorly by the staff and I was talked down to when I complained. Would never recommend this place and will move as soon as my lease runs out. I moved in late because my apartment was supposed to be renovated, however tiles don't stick to the floor, my shower drain was broken, hot water heater leaking, cabinet doors broken, electric outlets that shock you. Oh! And I got locked inside my apartment because the deadbolt was broken and I had to unscrew conpletely off to get out!

I love living in Cypress Lake!! I have been here since 2010, and couldn't be more pleased! The staff is always friendly and professional, promptly addressing any questions I have, or any maintenance issues. I love being able to go into the office and know that I will consistently be treated with respect, professionalism, and welcome friendliness. The assistant manager, Tammy, has made me feel welcome from the first time I met her, and always takes care of any problem I may have. It's great being able to hand her something I need to fax, have her fax it for me with discretion, making sure the fax went through, and feeling as if I matter as a person, rather than as a number. The amenities are terrific -- the pool is always sparkling clean, the large green space is quite attractively landscaped and maintained, with beautiful trees everywhere. I love the workout room. It is always very clean, and the machines are well-maintained. I feel very safe here -- it is quiet and peaceful, the outdoor lighting is excellent for safety, and what I really love is the fact that I never hear loud parties or any disturbances. The manager, Shelley, is always consistently friendly and professional, and is concerned with any issue I may have. I never worry that I will be disrespected or put off when I talk with her. Altogether, I have never been happier anywhere I have ever rented.

I have recently looked at an apartment for myself. I have a friend there and sometimes stay over on the weekends. I love this complex. Staff is very friendly, and ready to answer any questions or help out. There is a nice pool, lots of room for kids to run around. There is a fitness room with clean up to date exercise equipment. Very quiet, tenants are polite and friendly. No more commuting for me. Easy access to interstates, just a hop over the lake and you are in Metairie. Lots of shopping and fast food close by. A nice place to live. From my experience here, I recommend you give this place a visit. Sheila
