Cute little place to call home.. I lived at Cypress Lake several years back but just recently visited again with a friend whose looking to relocate to Mandeville. It looks like they ae doing some exterior renovations and I loved the color scheme they are going with. Blue is my favorite color! I saw a few new faces in the office from when I was there before but they were super sweet and helpful.

Former resident and I can honestly say that this was an amazing place to live. I would probably still be living here if my little family didn’t need a little more space. Everyone is so nice and and the community is just absolutely great

My best friend lives at Cypress Lakes and I visit her frequently. The grounds are always clean and it’s located in the perfect spot. It’s walking distance from the parade route so that’s a definite plus.

I’ve written a review but could not find it so I’ll redo it. Just don’t. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere, anywhere else, unless you want to be treated like you’re living under someone’s orders. It does not feel like a home. Sara likes to fine people $50 several times a week for anything she can find. No one could have Christmas lights, or anything on your balcony. They sent a letter after everyone put them up, and a fine if you didn’t take them down. Of course the place is old and dirty, you’ll see that for yourself. A building burned down and they left the remnants up for almost a year with no safety barrier, so I wouldn’t bring kids here, they don’t care about them. The coroner is here every other week. I don’t know how or why so many people have died in these. Can’t wait to leave ! Also just another thing to add, Sara raquet is the manager and her family repeatedly leaves good reviews! Look for the last name! Seriously? Feel free to look up the user updated photos on google I added, unless they can delete them.Sarah stop getting your family to post reviews for you. Just do better and you’ll get them yourself

I’ve attended several family functions at Cypress lakes and have also visited family members that lived there! The grounds are well kept, and the pool is always sparkling clean! The club house is clean and well kept, great for a bridal/baby shower! Any time that I have came in contact with the office staff, they have been so friendly and professional! Very nice complex, clean and quiet !

I have to brag on cypress lake employees real quick ! Yesterday could have been a tragedy if it weren’t for Mrs Sarah. I dropped my wallet when I was unloading groceries and when I went to ask if someone had turned it in she offered to help me look for it. Within a few minutes my wallet was found and another resident even came to help us look. It was a reminder that there are still good people in the world that are willing to go the extra mile to help someone!

I personally live here and I love it ive been here for going on 3 years. The property is beautiful and we'll kept up with. The staff is AMAZING and very attentive to whatever you need. I would recommend this place. Its such a great place to live!!!

To this day, I miss my neighbors & the staff. To Ella, Courtney, Sarah, Louis and Gil, y’all went above and beyond. I felt safe and well taken care. Some of us walked each other through the greatest sorrows of our lives. I know it sounds a bit Hallmark, but there was a feeling of family there. I will forever cherish my memories of 7 years there. I only left bc I moved out of state. The children running around the complex laughing and riding their bikes was such a joy for me . I will forever think of my friends and the staff??????

I’ve visited a current resident here multiple times and this is such a wonderful community. Beautiful, spacious, and yet still cozy! The pool is beautiful and the clubhouse is such a fun space- we’ve hosted family parties there and it’s always so inviting!

I visit the apartments regularly due to friends living there. Grounds well maintained with beautiful flowers. Conveniently located near the Causeway but quiet and homey. Staff always professional but personable. Very nice apartments

My granddaughter had a home at Cypress Lake for several years before she recently made the leap and purchased a house. It is such a wonderful place, always nice and quiet and very close to everything in Mandeville. My wife and I visited often, and it gave us a sense of security knowing that this community feels so safe and their office personnel were very diligent. I have recommended it to many of our friends and their children/grandchildren.

Cypress Lake Apartments seems like a great place to live!!! A few of my friends live there so I've been able to visit often.....Everything always seems so put together, which is nice!!! I would definitely apply here if I was looking for a new apartment home.

I lived here for about 3 years and I haven't had any real problems. The staff is really nice and friendly. Nice quiet community and the grounds is always clean and kept up with. It's located in a great school district and minutes from shopping and dinning

I have family who live here, so I visit pretty often. Before COVID-19, we used to have many family gatherings, birthday parties, and baby showers in the gathering area near the front office. The grounds and well maintained and the amenities are very nice (pool looks so fun!). Everything is always very clean and welcoming. Looking forward to more family gatherings in the future!

The grounds and facilities are well maintained and inviting and the staff is always friendly, approachable and very professional. The location is very convenient as we live on the south shore. I toured Cypress Lake a few times with friends who are looking for their first apartment. The grounds were nice and the staff made us feel like home. COVID restrictions suck right now but we were able to get in and felt safe.

Nice quiet community! Great staff and management. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The property is always nice and clean. The gym is perfect and the dog park is perfect for my dog to get out and let out some energy. Would definitely recommend this place to live!

I am excited for my brother and I to be apart of the Cypress Lakes community really soon! So far, we have nothing but great things to say. The grounds upkeep is great, the staff are wonderful, and the units are really nice! We're looking forward to our time here at this property!! Sarah, Courtney and Shirley have been nothing but helpful, kind and accommodating throughout this process. I definitely recommend Cypress Lake Apartments to anyone looking for a place in the Covington/Mandeville area.

The staff is amazing!! It's a quiet community in the perfect location. Before Covid they would host annual gatherings for the residents. There would be food and drinks for everyone and they even raffle off prizes. Last year they had inflatables for the kids and the year before they had Just Chillin come out to serve us free snowballs. I've lived in other apartment complexes but none of them ever did anything like that for their residents.

Two of my daughters lived at this apartment community and absolutely loved it. My husband and I visited often. The courtyards were always neatly trimmed and very clean. We also enjoyed the grilling pavilion for some of our Sunday dinners with them. Highly recommend this community!

I'm currently living in Mississippi but looking to relocate to the Mandeville area in the spring. I called around to many communities to get information regarding pricing and availability. I had a great experience with the staff at most places but I really felt comfortable speaking to the young lady at Cypress Lake. The conversation just flowed really well and by the time we were done, she was suggesting great places to eat in the area and markets to visit when I come down. This young lady was from Mississippi as well and you could really tell with her accent! I'm eager to meet the staff in person within the next few weeks.

Staff is great! We recently stopped in to tour the community on a Saturday and met with the nice lady that works weekends. We toured a few one bedroom options. I returned to the community during the following week to view a few two bedroom apartments. I still haven't made up my mind on which floor plan to go with. I'm excited to love forward with this community though.
