Good Place

Good place that’s great for family. For my home it is nice, and my family likes it most. I go to the pool on most nights after work. Clean, blue and feels so good. I enjoy raising my family in such a nice place. It’s been home for 6 years and still going.

Love living here

I absolutely love living at cypress lake apartments. I've been living at the community for almost 5 years now. It's so peaceful. I like grilling at the Pavillion they have for the residents. It is an overall enjoyable place to live . I definitely plan on loving here many more years.

Exceptional Customer Care

Cypress Lake is my favorite apartments so far, and I’ve lived at a few different places, over the years. It is a beautiful place, but I think what really sets this place apart is the employees. Most people, anywhere I have been before, just seemed burdened every time I had to call or visit their office, even when I would go in to pay rent. But these people really do look like they enjoy their job, and they are always happy to help when I need anything.

Very nice

My friend and I looked at an apartment and definitely liked it. The new ones are really nice. The lady in the office was very nice too. She was the manager. She helped us with the application and made the process very simple for us.

My 3-year experience thus far at Cypresslake.... not all bad.

I've lived at Cypress Lake for 3 years now. The community seems calm and quiet on the exterior since residents are to themselves mostly. I enjoy chatting with some of the older residents that's lived here for a while now. However, it's quite noisy in my unit on the second floor. Since working from home, I have to bear hearing my neighbors above and below me all throughout the day and night. You can hear normal sounds really well such as people talking, walking/stumping, music, singing, pets running around, opening and closing doors and so much more. The walls, roofs, and floors are extremely thin here and should be updated. I live in an outdated unit with the old white fridge, cabinetry, counter tops and carpet. These older units should be updated, and regular maintenance done to these older appliances yearly. The first two years, maintenance was more pleasant but is now short staffed. The last time I called for maintenance after office hours, it was such a negative and uncomfortable experience. Please be aware of the rent increases almost $100 every year. The unit I am in is on the 2nd floor, 2 bd/2ba, 800 sq ft and will be costing me almost $1300 each month. Not once has anything been updated or renovated in my unit. For instance, most of the electrical sockets have never worked since I've been here. Cypress Lake should do better with these older units and refrain from these significant rental increases each year. I am grateful to have a roof over my head, but I feel it's important for one to know if considering living here.

i recently moved into the community, the staff are great, i love the floor plans. i have not had a chance to use the pool or grills yet but i am looking forward to enjoying the summer spending time with the family by the pool side

Great Community

I’ve lived in a few apartments throughout the US because of work, some newly built. But Cypress Lake Apartments is by far the best one yet. The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing. The whole staff is really nice. The grounds are always clean and kept up. For me it’s in the perfect location, close to the causeway. It’s also close to the parade route, so this year I was able to walk down and catch the parade. All in all it’s a great place to live.

I've really enjoyed living here. I absolutely love the nice, friendly and quite neighborhood. Staff members are super friendly and get things fixed very quickly. I would not want to live anywhere else :)

Amazing

A very quiet Community. Staff members are very friendly and helpful . They definitely get the job done ! They have some great amenities like the pool , a pavilion area with grills for outdoor cooking with the family . Overall a very enjoyable place to live .

My new future home

Just applied and hope to be moving in at Cypress Lake very soon!!! I looked at so many apartments and didn’t like anything for the price. Then I stopped at Cypress Lake just to see what specials they were running since I noticed a sign in front. I was so glad that I decided to stop there because I’m finally done with my search. The prices were reasonable and the apartments were very pretty, inside and outside. Also, the lady in the office who showed me around was the manager, and she was very happy to answer all my questions. She did not seem irritated or annoyed like most the people at the other places I looked at.

Best Neighbors

We love it here so far and have already made some of the best friends. We grilled out under the pavilion with our neighbors over the weekend. It was the most beautiful weather, and the kids enjoyed playing together in the courtyard. Definitely recommend!

Peace & Convenient

I’ve been familiar with Cypress Lake for quite a few years; became a tenant a year and a half ago. This complex is a very peaceful & chill place to live. The staff is pretty nice and whatever problem/maintenance issues you have, they’re on it like white on rice once you submit a request either in office or online. If you’re looking for convenience, there’s PLENTY of gas stations, 2 Walmarts, a Target, Whole Foods Market, as well as plenty of food options, and hospital/urgent care within a 5-10 minute drive. The neighborly vibe is pretty nice as well. (If you do move in, definitely check out Tea Time Cafe down the street if you like Boba). One downfall is the drainage in the area (which is most of this area). But if it rains heavily for hours, plan ahead to move your car somewhere safe (there are flood risk zones, noted on signs around the complex).

Clean, Well-Kept, and excellent staff

I've lived here for almost 6 years. Just moved to the new building. Cypress Lake Apartments is a great community and the staff here treat you like family! Any issues that come up, Mark (formerly Mr. Louis) is quick to step up, no matter how dirty the job is!! Ms. Ella is always so polite and caring and helps with any issues she can. Living here has been amazing for me and my puppy, Chico, who is also treated like family by everyone, even newcomer, Jason, groundskeeper. That's definitely a plus in my book! If you're thinking about moving to Mandeville/Covington area, I highly recommend Cypress Lake, you'll definitely be treated like family!

Choosing Cypress Lake Apartments was definitely a great choice. From start to finish the process was smooth and very informative. The tour that was given by Ms. Ella was great she showed the original apartments as well as the newly built apartments which I had fell in love with. All amenities are clean and just by the tour I could tell they were well kept. I had one maintenance issue since I have moved in which was resolved the same day! Staff, especially the Property Manager Ms. Courtney are very communicative and beyond welcoming. 10/10 highly recommend

Great Complex!

I visited this complex and was amazed at the recent work and updates that have occurred. It looks amazing and the staff was extremely friendly and personable. Location is ideal being right between Covington and Mandeville. Everyone should go check out Cypress Lakes!

Perfect Place

This is the perfect place to call home, and always has been, since the manager Courtney has been around. She makes sure that we know our renewal choices beforehand so we have time to think on it and she takes care of everything we need.

Clean and Well Kept Units

CURB APPEAL
