The customer service is better than anywhere else I have stayed. They are always kind and get the job done when I have a problem. They have even taken the initiative to say hello and ask how everything has been going when I’ve seen them in the store or something on the weekends.

Nice people & place

I enjoy living at Cypress Lake. My apartment is great. I spend a lot of time at the pool, so I have met some new friends since I have been here. I like it….nice people and nice place. I am happy that I decided to move here.

Well Kept and Looking Nice

I have lived in Mandeville my entire life and pass these apartments on a daily basis. I have also had a couple friends live here over the years. They are very well kept and are looking so nice. Kudos to the owners and management for doing such a great job. Too many other places in the area that have been run down over time. This just shows that it doesn’t matter the age, as long as it is taken care of properly.

Ideal place to stay in the Mandeville area! The location can’t be beat, it’s close to everything. The grounds are lush and manicured and the units are exquisitely maintained. The residents and staff are no really friendly too!

Really nice place! The grounds and buildings are kept up really well, and there is a beautiful pool area perfect for a warm summer day! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Best complex on the Northshore!

I have lived here for many years, and I have nothing but good things to say about this community and the workers. They are very sincere, and the company is genuine. I will say that there are policies in place, but all apartments that I have lived at have these. As long as you respect the rules, you will have nothing to complain about here. It’s a great place to call home.

I have visited Cypress Lake many times. My brother lived there. It is a nice place to live. The grounds are beautiful and the office staff is very nice. I would recommend Cypress Lake to anyone looking for an apartment home.

We have had a few family events at the club house at cypress lakes and it was wonderful. The facilities were very clean and decorated nicely and the outdoor areas were well maintained. We had an Easter gathering at my cousins apartment there and the apartment looked like it was well taken care of. Overall cypress lakes would be an awesome place to live or have a family event like a baby shower or birthday party

I quite enjoyed my time living at Cypress Lake. It really has a strong community-like feel. The apartments are nice and fairly priced and the complex stays quiet. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking in the Mandeville area.

Lovely and quiet complex. Centrally located to everything you could possibly need. The employees are great and Incredibly helpful and all my neighbors are fantastic. The complex also has a very nice pool!

Cypress Lake has really stepped it up! I’ve been here awhile and they’ve talked about upgrades here and there but they really knocked it out of the park. The colors they chose for the buildings is super modern and I love that it matches the new pool furniture. I’m excited to see what’s to come!

I lived at Cypress Lake for a few years before relocating with my job. I really enjoyed my apartment, and I miss it now. My new apartment isn’t quite as cozy or quiet as my old one, and while the ladies in the office are nice, they just aren’t the same as my ladies at Cypress who always offered such an inviting atmosphere. If I ever happen to find my way back to that area, I will definitely be renting there again.

I don't live at Cypress Lake full-time but am in and out intermittently. When I arrived one evening to find a maintenance issue, I went to the office early the next morning to get a phone number. "Louis" happened to be walking by and asked what my issue was. By the time I returned from my appointment in New Orleans, all was repaired. I so appreciate the quick response and the fact that he reached out to me.

I've really enjoyed living at Cypress Lake Apartments. It's always quiet here and my neighbors are super nice. The staff is also very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Couldn't ask for a more perfrect spot in Mandeville!

Been a resident here for a few years now and It has been pretty good so far. I stay to myself mostly so I haven’t met to many people but they seem nice. I’ll be here for a few more years until I retire and move closer to family.

Great complex conveniently located to schools, shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's also very near interstate access. The apartments are really nice and the property is very pretty and kept super clean.

This has been a great place to live, and working from home has been enjoyable (since I am now working remotely due to Covid). The maintenance men are always quick to take care of any small issues I notice. The ladies in the office are always nice and smiling. Recommend 10/10

I visited here a lot my brother lived here and the grounds were always really kept up and anytime he had a maintenance issue it was fixed very quickly. The staff were very considerate and easy to talk to.

We have visited this apartment complex multiple times. I have been extremely impressed with the grounds and amenities each time. The club house is kept extremely clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained. You can tell the care and time the staff takes in maintaining the complex.
