Great property with caring and helpful staff

I had a few minor things that needed to be addressed, and I put them off for my first week because I was worried about being the resident who complained all lot. When I got enough courage to talk to management about these things, Rochelle went above and beyond to work around my schedule so that we could meet in person, address everything, and make a plan to get everything taken care of. It was very obvious that she wanted to make sure that I was happy, and I also never felt rushed out or like I was being an inconvenience. She made sure she understood exactly what I was wanting done, and immediately took action. I can’t thank her and the rest of the staff at Cypress Lake Apartments for allowing me to find a home that I genuinely love and enjoy.

Great place to live

I have been living at Cypress Lake apartments for over a year. And I adore living here.. Great family folks and sweet people. The grounds are kept super clean and the pool in the summer is amazing . The management team is professional and friendly ..

Great Place to Live

The apartments are spatially accommodating, very well built, the staff is very helpful and the Maintenace is very quick to respond, it's a very friendly community, the parking is great as well as very accommodating for guest and just an overall great place to live.

Accommodating staff

Overall beautiful property set a nice area the staff is what was the best part for my roommate and I Ms. Rochelle was super helpful with our tour, application process, and eventually moving in great team here.

Nice pleasant place to live

I loved it here!!

Everything about living here is amazing. Maintenance was super fast and reliable. It is a quiet area and there was no trouble at all. It’s right smack in the middle of everything, so covington, madisonville, and the lakefront area were all so close! I’d highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

Very pleased with our experience here

My parents referred me here a few years ago, when my husband and I were looking to relocate back to my hometown, after he received a job offer in the area. My mom reminded me that her and my dad lived at Cypress Lake with me and my sister when we were still very young, and at the time, I had no interest in living anywhere older but agreed to at least consider it since my parents were very adamant. When we made a visit prior to relocating, my parents took us around to a handful of apartments and a couple rental homes in Mandeville. I remember asking my parents if they were absolutely sure that Cypress Lake Apartments was the place they had lived, because I was in disbelief that it could be the same place from the 80s, since it looked nothing like I expected an older community to look. It was actually cleaner and just as nice as some of the other places we looked at the same day. My ultimate decision, which landed us here, came from the way we were treated when we stopped by. What makes it even better, is that it has not changed in almost 4 years since we have been here. I do see some different faces from time to time, but both my husband and I have been very pleased with our decision, and even happier that the same sweet office manager who showed us around in the beginning, is still the most familiar face around. She helped make our final decision a simple one and is a large reason we have stayed here as long as we have. So when I noticed the cards in the Office requesting we share our experience, I felt compelled to share ours.

Wonderful Complex!

Worth the move

Relocated for a job opportunity here and was referred to Cypress Lake Apartments by one of the hiring managers. The location is ideal for me. I was very nervous about making such a big move, and my mom was even more nervous about it, but the manager was so patient. She happily answered all of our questions, even the most random ones, and made me feel very comfortable from day one.

Beautiful and quiet place to live

This is such a beautiful and quiet place to live. I like to sit outside on the bench underneath one of the big oak trees, so I can listen to the birds chirp and watch the squirrels play. It’s very peaceful. Such a good environment for my kids too.

Excellent customer service

Cypress Lake is a beautiful place with very nice apartments, but what I have loved most about living here all these years is the excellent customer service you can’t seem to find anywhere else. They are always professional, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to go by and see it for yourself.

Wonderful Experience

All of my experiences here have been wonderful, from Office visits to any minor repairs that I've needed. The Manager is very helpful and always makes me feel like a priority, no matter how small my concerns may be. She's always making sure everyone is well taken care of. Great people and great place all around.

Modern Transformation

Lived here years ago, and it was a great place then. But my friend just moved in last week, and it’s an even better place now. It’s amazing to see the transformation that it’s made. Everything is so nice and clean, like usual, but looks more modern now too.

Quite place and perfect size for what I needed at the time. Lived there for 2 years and not once have I never had a response or resolution for any of my concerns in a quick and courteous manner. Mrs Courtney was always very professional and helpful in any way possible. The maintenance guys were always on point and willing to help over the phone if the couldn’t make it to quickly. Wonderful staff and courteous.

Cozy living.

I've been living at here for little over a year, and it's been wonderful. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing concerns promptly. The maintenance crew is efficient, keeping everything in top shape. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are excellent. Plus, the location is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to live!

I've lived here for 2 years so far and have really enjoyed it! Cypress Lakes is a nice, quiet community that is run by a helpful management team led by Courtney. Best by Far

I have lived at Cypress Lake for many years after unexpectedly losing my husband back in 2015. I have always enjoyed my home here, although it was only supposed to be temporary but if it weren't for the dear manager, Mrs. Courtney, I know that the transition would have been much harder to cope with. Almost ten years later, I am still here because it is the best by far.

This is the best place and the best people. We laid out by the pool all day last week, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The manager even walked inside the gate to ask us how we were enjoying the community and offered us something cold to drink. I was impressed by this gesture because that has never happened anywhere else.

Jealous

My friend just moved into these apartments, and I was really impressed when I was helping her move. I know they have been here a long time, but i had never actually been there before. I remember them being an old brownish color, but the new grey and blue colors really make them look more up to date. Even the inside of her apartment is a light grey color, the carpet is brand new, and her appliances look better than mine at home. I’m a little jealous. I’m almost ready to consider giving up this expensive mortgage and lawn care for a while.

Calm and Serene

Nice Apartments

I spoke with a young lady by the name of Courtney, and she was very helpful. She told me about the apartments and all the extra things available at the premises. I have seen it, since my cousin lives there and I have always thought it was pretty. I knew there were some newer apartments and some other updated ones too, so she sent me photos to see them. They are so nice! I cannot wait to start my new job. I'm so ready to make the move there.

THIEVES

The staff here evicted an 80 year old woman after STEALING her November rent. Made her leave the premises by Uber because they wouldn't allow her to wait to be picked up. 2 hours later they called to ask us to pay to let her stay after we DESPERATELY tried to get the money to them but they insisted on a cashier's check which we were unable to get due to not having a local bank and only being given 2 hours to bring the money. They were HORRIBLE to her.

I went in to tour a unit . The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady upfront that toured me helped me complete my application in office after the tour ! The complex works great for me bc they accept pets . I am absolutely thrilled to move in next week !!!

AMAZING

I went by to tour the community almost a week ago . It is very beautiful. At Cypress Lake the grounds are very clean and so was the apartment's i viewed. I can not wait to officially call this place home.
