In desperate need of upgrades
Several of the reviews lately have pointed out obvious needs. The carpets in the buildings are in desperate need of replacement. They are both dirty and falling apart. The stairwells need to be painted and the lighting in them is poor. Despite sending out emails to tenants to remove trash from hallway it continues to be a problem. The management never follows up on their communication. The parking lot looks like a junkyard with abandoned cars scattered throughout. Add in the trash compactor and animal feces and you have a property that lacks pride and management apathy. Aside from the management office, none of the buildings have cameras in any of the entry ways. Spring is here so the landscapers will arrive and they will money 100k on gardening but not a penny on keeping up the common areas in any of the buildings (cameras, carpets, lighting).

Amazing place to live, the communication has been great with management. Everything is clean and beautiful, and they did a great job this year with snow management. There's hardly any noise. I can't recommend it enough!

I honestly don’t t even know where to start living here has been a complete nightmare. And to be completely honest, a lot of the positive reviews on here feel fake, so don’t fall for them. The leasing office staff is unbelievably rude and unhelpful. When I asked for help with the package room, ----- acted like I was bothering her just by asking a simple question. She looked miserable and made it very clear she didn’t want to help. She’s always to busy on her phone. --------- is no better nothing ever gets handled correctly, and dealing with her is always frustrating. Maintenance is just as bad. Tom is rude, arrogant, and has a terrible attitude. Every time there’s a work order, something goes wrong, and somehow he still finds a way to blame you instead of actually fixing the issue. And don’t even get me started on the packages things go missing way too often, which is completely unacceptable. The condition of the property is awful. The hallways are dirty and need to be repainted, the stairwells are disgusting, and the carpets throughout the building are completely worn out and overdue for replacement. On top of that, people throw household trash in the outside bins, which is gross, and there is dog poop all over the community that never gets cleaned up. It’s unsanitary and just shows how little management cares. Speaking of cleanliness, the housekeeping is a joke. The person they have cleaning can’t even do the job properly and uses a dirty, black, filthy mop on the floors. It’s honestly disgusting and completely unsanitary. Overall, this place is completely unacceptable. Nothing gets fixed, the staff is unpleasant, things go missing, and the property is filthy. I would not recommend living here to anyone. I’m glad I moved out of this dump.

Spacious, modern and safe living
Our family loved living here so much that our short-term move turned into a wonderful 3.5-year stay because of the sheer convenience and quality of this complex. It offers everything; easy and quick highway access, good security, ample parking, and fantastic amenities like the pool, gym, media room, lounge and clubhouse. The grounds are well-maintained, and the office and maintenance teams are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a spacious, modern, and safe living environment.

Move to Salem NH
I have been here a few months and I thought I would summarize the property. 1. Weekly power outages that occur at all hours of the day. 2. A trash drop off area that looks like the dump. There is minimal room for recyclables and the area is embarrassing. 3. The management allows tenants to store trash in the hallway. I always cringe when I have company over because this is hard to believe they would allow this. 4. The carpets in the buildings are in desperate need of replacement and the stairwells look like they haven't been painted in 10 years. Many times the lights in the stairwells do not work. 5. Zero security in any of the buildings. And a broken heating system upon entry to the buildings. 6. Constant alarms going off because the HVAC systems are not designed to work in cold weather. 7. And be careful walking because the property is covered in dog poop.

Clean space with high ceiling and bright lighting. Maintance staff is very friendly and quick to respond. The gym is spacious. Unfortunately there are not many community gatherings or events as advertised.

Great ecperience
We were looking for a short term lease in the area and came across the property. The overall experience from the first visit, move in and when we checked out was so seamless . Everyone was so helpful. Also want to thank the cleaning and maintenance team for always keeping the area well maintained

I've lived here since 2019 and it truly feels like home. I've switched apartments a few times but have always loved the community and amenities. It's family friendly and a convenient location with highways close by.

Moved in 2026 I have met friendly people and friendly dogs. Love the pool grounds and playground area and excited for my grand daughters to use when they visit.My commute to work will be 10 minutes or less .

Wellrun Complex
The apartments are very nice and relatively new. The facility is very well run and the staff is very friendly. The clubhouse is lovely. There is plenty of parking and the highway is close. I recommend the facility.

The Point at Merrimack River is a great place to live.
I thought I’d take a moment to say a few words about how much I’ve enjoyed living at The Point at Merrimack River. . First, it’s well located in Andover, with access to the best schools, shopping and restaurants in the Merrimack Valley. Megan and Margarita, along with Emily’s assistance, keep things running smoothly in the management office. Tom, Kayas and Andy have immediately seen to any maintenance issues I’ve had. And the common areas are kept spotless by Leidi and Jackie. I should mention I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with them all during the six+ years that I’ve lived here. Finally, there’s a nice demographic of families, young couples and elderly tenants. So, If you’re looking for a nice place to live in the Andover area, do yourself a favor and check out The Point at Merrimack River.

Meghan has made my life easier
In the five year that I've lived here, Meghan is by far the best property manager we had by far. She is attentive, caring and knowledgeable. She has a great personality, always cheerful and has a great attitude. She is never a problem to deal with, but will always provide you with a solution. Overall, she is great not only to the neighbors but the staff.

A Comfortable Community
It has been a true pleasure being a resident at The Point at Merrimack River over the past two years! Whenever maintenance issues arise, the maintenance team, especially Tom, is quick to respond. The office team is also helpful when looking for packages or as questions arise. I have lived in two separate apartments at the community, and both were pristine when moving in. Thank you to everyone for all your help and for making The Point at Merrimack River a great place to live!

Living at The Point At Merrimack River has been a positive experience.
Living at The Point at Merrimack River has been great. There is a strong feeling of community here. We enjoy the diversity of people around us. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained. Margareta is always able to help me solve any issues I may have: from simple questions to electronic assistance. We have lived in other apartment complexes and are able to make comparisons. Our decision to live here has been beyond our expectations.

The front office is very helpful
Anytime I have a problem they are very professional, Friendly, and helpful. I appreciate their time and all they do. Movie night was fun too. Free food. The neighborhood is really nice too. Been here for over 2 years.
