Great place with great staff!

[Incentivized Review] The apartments are in very good shape and they have great amenities. They are well kept which makes me want to use them. It is in a great location for someone who needs access to the highway. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. I really appreciate the work that they do to help us. Whether that is with packages or helping us with maintenance issues. They are really great!

Outstanding Environment! Highly Recommended!

Absolutely beautiful environment! From the theater room to the swimming pool, this is a great place to be. It takes the word ‘luxury’ to a new level. The community amenities are vast, from the clubhouse to the dog parks, nothing falls short. My personal favorite is the walking trails. When it comes to resident amenities, walk-in closets are vast, the appliances and kitchen cabinetry mirror that same luxury of the public spaces, and of course the central air on those hot Andover summer days. Staff is superb, beyond friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is commendable and could compete in any white-glove competition. Lastly, something that can get overlooked at point, but it is an important feature to me, is the well-manicured landscape, truly the icing on the cake.

Ok until the hum problem. Megan does a great job. The cleaning crew is amazing. The outside grounds crew do a good job. I did not use the pool, so I can not evaluate the pool care folk. The rest of the staff is questionable.

Wonderful Apartments and Even Better People!!

The apartments are beautiful, modern, and spacious (plus washer and dryer which is awesome). Very homely and cozy! I really appreciate the fact that they're also pet friendly and really welcoming to those with furry friends! My dog loves visiting the office to get some sweet treats)). She just loves Margarita. On site management and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more highly!!

Emily, the leasing agent, at the Point, was so thoughtful and confident in her delivery of what this property had to offer and she truly just wanted to help me find the best place that fits my needs. While I am looking for a short-term rental and this property did not fit my needs for that. She truly wanted to help me find a place for myself and my son, regardless of whether it was this property or not. The property itself looks amazing with wonderful amenities and at a great price if you're going to do at least a year lease. But like with anything, if you do a short shorter than a year lease, the prices get higher and then it becomes more difficult. I would recommend the Point if you're looking for a long-term lease it's situated in a great spot although it is not close to anything within walking distance it's right off the highway and also in a quiet spot.

This is a very nice and clean community. The grounds are kept nice and the flora is wonderful. The only issue, which is a few of the renters cause, is the lack of breaking down of boxes in the recycling area.

Lovely community. Moving in was easy. Fairly large community so noise is as expected. Great location to interstates. Plenty of parking spaces, as well as alternative options such as a reserved spot or covered garage. Wish apartment came with storage units.

Nothing bad about the community , only thing I can complain about is how the rent increases significantly for the same unit with no major improvements in the home itself. Maybe had 24 hour access to movie theater or remodeling with the floor boards overtime.

The community is nice, there is a gym and an open pool that works during the summer. The apartments are very new, so all appliances are also new and work great. It's quiet here, so I can sleep peacefully as long as I can. I am enjoying living here.

Staff and maintenance have always been professional and polite. Not to the fault of the staff or maintenance, but there is too much dog waster left on public areas. This community might want to use the dog DNA to register dogs (and I have two of my own). The early termination fee is very unappealing (60-day notice AND 2 months of rent). This put us in a different financial situation because we bought our dream home and had to move out earlier than our contract. We were hit with over $10k in penalty fees. This is too much. The trash and recycle situation is challenging as well. With all the apartments, there is a very small recycle area that is always full and the one trash compactor for all of the 4 buildings (makes it inconvenient to dispose of trash).
