    It's great, clean, the staff are friendly. Near all the major highways, close to NH but also close to Boston. Very modern styling of the interiors, and efforts are always being made to foster friendships between neighbors.

      Only been here briefly but its been great so far. The office staff are very helpful. I very had no major issues and anything that has happened the maintenence staff quickly responds and takes care of it

        It's been overall good experience. Swimming pool, gym, theatre all desired amenities are available. My child loves the play area. Summers and warm days are fun. Have enjoyed barbecues with neighbors in summers.

          I love the community! I've had a great experience so far with how responsive management and maintenance have been when I needed them. The apartments and appliances are quite new and in great shape. Management organizes events and is always keeping us informed about several things (both condominium-related and recommendation for entertainment nearby, etc). I feel a strong sense of community here.

            Ongoing Roof Leaking Issues Since We Moved In 2019 On Oct 4, 2021, we submitted the following service request online: “Water is leaking through the ceiling onto the floor below in our bedroom”. We had to use a basin to catch the water. This problem has been ongoing since we moved in two and a half years ago. Shortly after moving in, we reported the same issue when it happened in the same bedroom, at almost at the same spot, only a couple feet away. In both cases, the maintenance guys were super nice and responded the next day. This time, the maintenance guy brought a powerful fan and a dehumidifier to the bedroom to dry up the ceiling. These two pieces of equipment which ran overnight until the next day generated lots of noise, and no one could sleep or stay in that room. Also, we were told by the maintenance guy that they would arrange the roof repair before the next rain came and would let us know when the roof repair workers would be here. However, since then, we haven’t heard or received any communication from them. So, on Saturday, Oct 23, 2021, we submitted another request online: “Concerned about heavy rains coming next week, since we have had lots of problems with our bedroom roof leaking and causing mold”. There was no response. Then, later that day, we went to the office to tell the person at the front desk our concern in person. The lady was very nice, but she had no idea if our roof had been fixed. We were told that she could not request anything until Monday since the roof was not leaking at the time we spoke. The weather forecast for Monday, Oct 24, 2021, shows we will have rain tonight. Hopefully, we will not need to grab the basin or our umbrella to enter our bedroom. PS: We also have had two incidents of the roof leaking into our utility room on the balcony, both times triggering an alarm in our apartment.

              It was great! The location is amazing and beautiful and everyone was extremely helpful. The apartment was spotless when we moved in. It was an easy transition. The grounds are beautiful as well. The gym is great!

                I have enjoyed living here. The only problem I find is some residents do not take care of the property the way they should! Also early morning barking dogs. 6:30 alittle early. Maintenance staff excellent!

                  This apartment community used to be good when we first moved in. The management team has been unprofessional and impolite recently, especially after this incident. My wife sent in the check early this month, and the check was checked out earlier than we expected. My bank account was set to block outgoing transactions until the last two days of the month so that I have the chance to review the transactions while the transaction is still pending. For some reason, the management team cashed out the check earlier this time, and it was rejected right away by my bank. Ultimately, an NFT fee of $50 was charged before the month ended. I first talked to the front desk, and I was told to speak with their inside manager since she handles all the payment fees. The inside manager mentioned nothing she could do and asked me to talk to the property manager who is sitting right beside her office. I spoke to the property manager and tried to explain the situation, which happened the first time. The next moment was I received a cold answer, "No, it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank," without empathy. When I mentioned I wanted to pay now, I received a firm, and the resolute answer "Yes, you will need to pay now" from the property manager. I was so upset that the whole process was like playing passing hot potatoes games, yet no one wanted to listen, where I went into one room after another and repeated the same reason, which they felt like an excuse. All this makes me feel like the management team lacks professionalism to deal with the customer. Staying roughly a year and a half and this incident ruined all the good impressions that this apartment community built in my living experience here. Giving 2 stars for the Maintainance Team that always perform an excellent job and Ayse for her friendly.

                        Residents are nice, apartment complex is clean. Lots of ammenities. Complex is convenient to local transportation, highways and Boston. Staff and maintenance crew are polite and very responsive. Definetely recommend this place

                          Nice and clean. Some residents are smoking within the community. There should be a stricter rule to prevent them from violating community rules. Some residents seem to let their dogs pee in the elevator.

                            The complex is amazing! The pool, gym, etc. is always very neat and clean. Any maintenance issues I've had (which are very few) have been resolved literally the next day! Neighbors are also very nice and friendly.

                              I don't have much to say, I've only been there a week. So far the place is quiet and everyone I have met is very nice. The apartment is only three years old and it shows, its in great condition. we have had some minor issues but nothing that makes us want to leave. The apartment has everything we need and is homey.

                                  This is a great community, peaceful installation, beautiful garden with a nice pool, grill and playground. This is a good place for kids and pets. I definitively recommend it, my family loves to live here.

                                    Great Apartment Community, just a little bit on the expensive side. Great facilities and a friendly staff, overall a good place to stay. The neighborhood is really good. The only downside is there's no grocery store in the near vicinity.

                                      Just moved in, but so far everything has been great. Only problem so far is I have been having some difficulty with the fob key getting in the buildings. Overall the property is very well maintained, quiet and the people have been friendly.

                                            Move in was easy. Apartments clean, large and updated. Pool area and convenience to highway a plus for sure. There are some areas that are a bit wore - bath baseboard and kitchen cabinets have lots of scratches, but that is normal, just wish they were fixed prior to move in for an apartment that is almost 2400 a month.

                                                Lots of noise. Rude neighbors. Office staff hard to contact. Grounds are terrible dog waste and trash everywhere. Apartments are nice and modern. Elevator is regularly not working. Outside doors are left open often.
