The Point at Merrimack River is a very well maintained new apartment complex. The staff is always very friendly, professional and helpful. The apartment complex is located in a quiet area but only a few minutes from all necessary services and stores.

When we began to search for a new apartment, we felt lost since we were moving from a Cape Cod and due to employment relocation, my fianc? and I had to move. We were so relieved to find a community as luxurious and welcoming as The Point at Merrimack River. The move in process was so simple and easy ? we got everything moved in on record time. We could not be happier with the accommodations and the perks of this community.

I recently moved into the community from Arizona. The apartments are well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint that I have so far is the trash bins. There is only one trash receptacle for the whole complex and if you are on the opposite side of the apartment it is a walk. There should be several trash receptacles throughout the community. Also, the trash can be an eye sore when it is filled up. Having more than once a week pick up would eliminate this issue

Management responded right away to my review last week, so evidently if you post in a public forum you get a response. Let's take a look at the trash situation on site...disaster. But if you're thinking of moving into the complex, let me give you one important tip: always look down when you walk to avoid the dog poop! For what it's worth, the apartments and amenities are nice, but the whole community went downhill when it was sold and re-branded as The Point at Merrimack River.

The property is still considered new and the maintenance staff is very responsive to keep up with all the required issues coming with such a big complex. The amenities are great from kids playground, swimming pool, 4-5 separate well distributed BBQ seating areas, dog park small and big, community room, theater room, fitness center and all are well maintained. When it comes to reenforcing some rules the management is trying but not always successful (unfortunately there are always ignorant people). Biggest issues with the ignorant people mostly subsidized families are the noice level, and not obeying the driving speed in the complex never let your kids out of eyeside at the parking lot. Some people thing this is a race track. Also dog owners think when walking their dogs in the earlier morning and or late evening the rule picking up behind vanishes, very sad. In addition people block the buildings entrance doors with objects (stones) so they would not need to use their key for faster and easier access into the building.

A great place to live with amazing amenities in the complex - gym, pool, dog park, etc. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and has lots of places for morning walks - both within the complex and outside. The management is amazing, great communication, and support while onboarding. Maintenance requests are great. Overall, a great place to live with family, kids and pets.

It's a nice apartment but is not quite a luxury apartment. These are hundreds more a month than others in the area. Still seems to be the same clientele at a cheaper apartment complex. Only one trash dumpster for entire complex. 90% of the time in the last year the compactor is broken and people just throw their garbage next to the door and not in. When we moved here for our company this was branded as an executive luxury apartment building. Seeing there are so many cars who's value is less then my months rent does not add up to luxury apartment. When COVID-19 hit we suddenly started getting bombarded with emails saying we could now pay our rent months in advance. As people's jobs are severely threatened it seems insensitive to suddenly push for you getting paid ahead of time. Unless the rent drops by a few hundred dollars we will not stay. I can move 20 minutes away and get the same exact thing for $500 a month less.

Being a single disabled person, I have always felt safe here. Office staff always polite any time I had questions. Landscaping is always neat. Inside the buildings are always kept neat and clean. Love it here

I love the apartment, it's a great experience for me to live in a complex like this. I will be hoping to live here for a long period of time. The rooms are awesome bathroom living room and the best part i love most is the laundry machine in my unit.

The apartment is very nice, clean, and quiet. I love how big and spacious everything is and how easy it is to park in front of my apartment. The leasing office agents could be more engaged and more communicative but overall okay.

The community is nice and quiet. The apartment looks beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous. Appliances are nice a bit hard to use in the beginning. The property management team are nice and helpful people.

The Point at Merrimack River is a great place to live with attentive staff and maintenance personnel. It is a great location for commuters and quiet enough to work remotely from too! I was expecting to hear my neighbors who have kids and dogs from inside my apartment, but the walls are well insulated and I have never had an issue with noise disturbances. Happy to live here!

The quality at this living complex has deteriorated significantly under the new ownership, The Point at Merrimack River. The management is very difficult to reach and they don't respond to messages or requests.

Its a nice place. The buildings are clean. They keep the area nice. They always have something fun going on in the clubhouse. Very pet friendly. The staff is very nice and helpful. Getting packages is really easy with the locker system.

Relatively quiet. Clean environment. Good experience. The gym is clean and normally empty enough to use all the equipment you would like to use. There are reserved parking spaces that are nice to have access to.

Lots of great people with wonderful amenities. New property managers (Panco) are nice and it's pretty cool of them to put on regular events. The dog park is great for the furry one to run and play with others!
