Any problems experienced were answered with concern and immediate help. The staff treat the property as if it was their own living area. The property is pet friendly and staff always encourage people to keep the property free of dog droppings or other messes.

Some of the hall and rugs are dirtier than I thought they would be. Tennants faults. Very loud music building 3 not sure who to call for it. Apartment is ok, tennants are messy. Found a dish of eaten ribs in the gym just left there overnight. I got there at 8 AM so had to be left from day before.

I just moved here 5 days ago but so far very impressed. The community is well kept and beautifully landscaped. The gym is clean and offers good equipment the only thing I haven't liked is this survey - I have responded three times but it keeps coming back is that I didn't use minimum characters.

I have had nothing but issues I'm this apartment complex. The experience with the entire move in was not good. Professionalism of staff is not good. The address does not accurately represent the apartment I live in. Much more.

It's a very safe environment to leave in with my children. I really have enjoyed how easy my kids get to and from their schools. I also enjoy the fact that we are located right next to the highway cuts travel time for work.

Pest Control rid my apartment of a black fly infestation. They responded to my request the same day and left additional traps in case the problem re-occurred. I was very satisfied with the timely response.

Clean, quiet, conveniently close to highway. Certainly not worth the cost but that’s the name of the game nowadays. Apartments are new. Pool and gym are a plus but nothing special. Family friendly. Living rooms could be a bit bigger, no room for dining table. Closet space is nice. Good amount of bugs within the building/apartment. My cat is having fun with them. Trash area very inconvenient. Only 1 area for all 4 buildings. Requires us to put it in car and drive it over if we have bulky/heavy trash.

Nice complex. Quiet, very well maintained. Courteous staff who have gone above and beyond in customer service. Good amenities. I enjoy living there. Access to great walking trails. Easy access to I-93.

This was a temporary rental while our house is being built. what we liked about renting here is the easy access to the highway system and the location to friends and family. We always thought the rent price was very high. The staff and maintenance crew were great.

Its a good place to live. Mostly quiet, definitely safe, with solid amenities. It's conveniently located right off the highway and is very close to local shopping, as well as restaurants and other points of interest.

Overall it's a nice community, good looking apartments, and my few interactions with the maintenance staff/leasing office have been good. My only complaints would be that some residents don't pick up after their dog, and that the trash compactor seems to have issues every couple of months.

Have only been here less than a week. So far so good some issues with the cleanliness of the unit etc. Overall I feel that management seems receptive. I would have appreciated more support with the actual moving in process, i.e. availability of hand carts etc

Great location, complex and apartments are nice. Most people keep to themselves. Great to have LuxerOne for secure package delivery and mailboxes inside each building. Security is decent when residents don't prop doors. Complex is fairly quiet but sound in apartments carries from outside, in hallways and floors creaking from above.

The clubhouse, pool area, and grounds are beautiful ...except for the reserved parking signage (too many times other cars are parked in my spots) I have enjoyed my experience at The Point ..I have lived at similar apartment home complexes; The Point is my best experience

Excellent staff. Maintenance is efficient. The amenities are great. Only drawback is the The doors to the clubhouse, don't allow for unlocking. The keypad to open the doors to all the buildings are sensitive and must be touched PRECISELY in the middle or you have to wait a few seconds to try to get in the building.

Apartment is nice, new, clean. We were the first to move in. Appliances are all standard apartment appliances and have not had issues. Maintenance staff are amazing, always friendly and kind, take care to resolve issues as quickly as they can. Dog park is big and usually well maintained.

The apartment is very spacious. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. Walk in closets are ginormous with plenty of shelf space. The outdoor grills and patio are very convenient for enjoying good weather. The maintenance staff are super friendly and are very responsive.

Hallways and doors not kept up with looking good with fresh paint. Neighbors with kids above allow them to scream, jump, run and bounce balls constantly. No cameras on property and state police arrested several people yet no information sent out to let you know. Cars and license plates have been stolen from the parking lot. Do not recommend this place..

Although weird at first that the apartments are in an office park it is actually amazing. After 5pm it's a ghost town. Super quiet on weekends. Pool is immaculate. Gym offers not 1 but 2 pelotons that the property picks up the membership for. Washer/dryer in unit is amazing! Clubhouse is great for events. Theater room is cozy

Very responsive, friendly staff. Our unit was sparkling when we arrived on move-in day. Kitchen drawers are a little on the small side (width-wise) but manageable. Beautiful courtyard/pool area. Looking forward to spending a lot of time outdoors once the weather warms up.

Pros: been a resident since 2019 and I feel comfortable in this community. The property manager is always super helpful and friendly. I love all the dogs in the area so my pup has friends. I've also made some neighbor friends myself. Everything is always clean and well maintained. Maintenence staff are friendly and efficient. Quiet (at least in my apt) Plenty of parking Cons: no storage, no recycling. People not respecting rules of the complex Expensive Not enough cameras around property, installed my own security in my apt.
