Well I believe it's a safe friendly atmosphere . The pool is great you can cook up summer fun with the grills they have a nice clubhouse and theater room . The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Seems like a really good community and neighbourhood. Looks to be a safe area and is only five minutes for me to commute to work. Rent is reasonable if utilities were included still the one bed apartment I saw was very nice.

The apartment works great for us for many reasons to include layout, space, & location. Everyone we have worked with was great. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. This place has been a very nice place, very quiet and the staff is always there to help. There is so much space the units are big compared to other units in the same price range. The tenants are very friendly and helpful.

I haven't had any problems living here - the staff is so helpful with all needs. Anytime I need help with packages, a maintenance request or anything, the staff is on it very quickly. My building can be loud sometimes with dogs barking, I'm not sure what apartment it is but one near me there is constantly dogs barking and it can be frustrating and the people above me can be loud but otherwise it's been a good experience.

Lovely place to live…

The Point at Merrimack River Andover, MA "a great place to call "home". The staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I love the convenience of the elevator. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful quiet neighborhood with just a minute access to the highway.

We had been looking at many apartments around the Andover area and the Point at Merrimack River was the last one we had toured. We are so glad we did! Rachel was amazing and extremely knowledgable with the community. The application process was easy and we found out within 24 hours that we were approved. One thing I did wish for was better communication between the time period prior to move in. We applied in June and moved in mid August and didn't get a leasing agreement until the week before. Anytime I e-mailed I never got a response so if I had a question calling was the only option. It would have been comforting between this time to even get a call or e-mail checking in if we had questions. This was our first time moving into an apartment so radio silence between this time felt odd to me. Moving in process was pretty straight forward. They make it easy in the welcome e-mail you get when approved with what needs to be sent in prior to getting keys. Move in equipment is first come first serve and dolly's were supplied. The elevators were a huge help. Our apartment was in pretty good condition. Overall clean and all we needed was a new blind replaced which maintenance was on top of within hours! We are about all settled in now and enjoying our first weekend here!

Apartment is close to all major highways. The neighborhood is clean and safe. Nice walking trails close by. The location is 15 minutes to NH and equal distance to the city. We like the amenities they offer here.

This community by far is one of the most cleanest communities. I enjoy the lush grounds, beautiful flowers, trees, shrubbery, outdoor firepit, fireplaces, BBQ, pool and all the other amenities are well cared for.
