Move in process was not great. The on-site agent didn't have our garage available, provided incorrect information about accessing dog park and pool area (no code was given for gate), no info on location of mailbox or mailbox number assigned. Hallway was filthy with sticky white substance all over the carpet, trash was in the elevator, and hand sanitizer stations have been empty. Apartment finishes are very cheaply done. In photos they look great, but in reality they are not high quality. Upon move in, our apartment was NOT clean. There was hair in both bathrooms, old toothpaste smears in bathroom cabinets, dirty and stained window sills, shower was leaking, floor boards were separated, all cabinet bases had water / liquid damage and were peeling or badly stained, dishwasher not working properly. Management offered to have apartment cleaned, we delayed our move in for a few hours to have apartment cleaned, however, the bathrooms and dirty cabinets were not re-cleaned. We had to deep clean the apartment from top to bottom ourselves. The technician scheduled to address cabinet issues no-showed on the appointment day (a Friday between 830-4pm!). Advertised as smoke free community and residents are constantly smoking in common areas (tobacco and marijuana), apartment hallways smell of smoke. There is only one garage receptacle for the entire community (no trash valet offered). Clubhouse refrigerator is in dire need of a deep clean. On the bright side - Pool, gym, and theater room look to be clean and in beautiful condition. Landscaping is pretty. This is hardly a "luxury" apartment community.

    Very well kept facilities. The complex is just off interstate 93. Convenient transportation options to Logan airport and New Hampshire. Building maintenance and administration personnel are very courteous and service oriented

      We have only been here a little over one month but are loving the property so far. Our service request was answered almost immediately. We have only used the gym amenity so far but can say that the facilities are clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend living here!

            I've enjoyed this new well maintained apartment complex. The covered Parking, pool, exercise equipment are featured amenities I like most. The maintenance team is responsive and good. The package delivery system could be improved somewhat to ensure secure handling.

                This is a friendly community ... Clean (except for garbage collection area)(and snow removal of individual parking spaces) (very limit parking options - spaces small and just barely enough for residents) (very limited and high cost storage - only garage rental) and good neighbors. High Rent make for constant option review.

                  After a couple weeks everyone has been very helpful with any issue that had occurred. Very Happy with the condition of the property and the amenities that are available. The fitness center is adequate with some equipment and a reasonable size to do a proper workout. Have not had a chance to use the pool and to much of the grounds at this time. Overall happy with this complex.

                  Cheap construction. Poor interior cleaning. New but cheap appliances and cabinets. Dumpsters overflow. Poor management. No sense of community. Not bad if you need someplace short term. Good location to highways.

                      Beautiful property with a lot of great amenities. Location is amazing and very easy to get to different places. Everyone I've met has been kind and the office staff is always helpful when I need them. A place that you can have a dog and is kept clean with a dog park on the premises is a high point for sure!!!

                        Well maintained property with responsive management, maintenance and office staff. Location is good, area is quiet and safe. Nice amenities and nearby walking trails. Lot of corporate professionals like myself live here and have other homes. Having a desk nook in the apartment is a great feature.

                          The electronic lock to the outer door is super sensitive. You have to touch a certain spot and touch it in a certain way. You can't go in from the side or down from the top. You can't touch it slowly, you have to swipe it fast. I have seen other residents have trouble. I asked at the office if they planned to replace and they said no. Other than that this place is PERFECT! Each apartment is super insulated from noise. The hallways and grounds are always immaculate. The landscaping is beautiful. We love living here! I highly recommend Point at Merrimack River.

                                It is nice here I don't mind it. Some of the people are not very friendly, and the staff isn't bad but doesn't resolve a lot of issues. However it's hard to judge during Covid because that's a hard time.

                                  Just recently moved inn. very pleased with the staff & the overall process of viewing the property, application process, renting/lease process and the moving inn. During these covid 19 times its been extremely hard to rent and move . The Point at Merrimack river made the process go seem less and easy. Being built in 2018 the building is in great condition, very nicely designed and its only 3 min to 93, 5 min 495. Overall happy with the decision even that I've been here less than 30 days.

                                    Apartment was disgusting when we moved in. Dog hair in the washer and dryer, dirty toilets, dead bugs everywhere. Beware because you will spend a lot of money to live here and the living conditions aren't that great. Also, very Noisy neighbors!!

                                              I moved in mid June as the property looked the best from all the ones in the greater Andover area, and had no problems with move in or my unit on move in. I had an issue with my account that was swiftly corrected when I asked about it, and maintenance performed my service request within 12 hrs of submitting it. The community is quiet but super close to the highway, I love it here!
