Nice place, however charged way too much for a 1 bedroom with no no closet space. Mice issue and all that's done is traps are put down. No extra measures as to finding out where they come in from the outside or the inside. Also cricket and silverfish problems. Was told basically it comes with living on a bottom floor and sticky traps were put down to catch the crickets, which fill up quickly and does not look good if guests come over. Which also attract mice. Other than those issues it's a nice place to live.

My experience is not good at all specially with maintenance responding to a problem is very poor? my appointment has flooded yesterday from one of the laundry boiler pipes broken causing the whole downstairs filled with water? taking them 2hrs:30mins to respond to emergency situation that's on call for? whenever it's rain heavy water links to my apartment from the hallway and I just moved in on November last year?.. bad experience for me

This is my 3rd year in this particular apartment, but I lived in a different building since 2013. Total time living in this community, almost 10 years. I am very pleased with the new management and their strong determination to make the community better than ever. I anticipate living here for many more years.

My experience hasn't been great. The office staff never solve issues. Anytime I've went to the office to ask about something or fix an issue the staff give me the run-around and excuses, never solving the issue. Maintenance has entered my apartment several times without locking the door when they left. Two times maintenance entered to fix an issue, left the door unlocked, and didn't put a tag on the door saying they entered. One time, that I know of, maintenance entered my apartment on their own accord and without prior notifying me. This was one of the instances the office staff gave me to run around and said I should have been notified but never gave me an explanation for why I didn't get a notification. At least 3 different times I was told a manager would get back to me about an issue and I never heard from a manager. The apartments are expensive for what they are. The floors are not well insulated so I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbors walking around and talking. The plumbing makes loud noises when hot water is fully engaged. The apartments smell despite rigorous cleaning. The utilities are expensive. The washer and drier aren't very good. The plumbing in general sucks and is hard to regulate the temperature. The cabinets are old and disgusting. Smells like weed half of the time I leave my apartment. The foyer area of my building needs to be cleaned more often. The air conditions is old and terrible and smells like mildew. The apartment stays humid which means the air conditioning unit is not properly drying the air. I could say more, but it's not like anyone is going to read this and/or care, let along do anything about it.

When requesting maintenance you have to put in several requests for anyone to come out to fix the problem, it takes months for anyone to show up and have to call the leasing office multiple times. There is a bad mouse problem pest control doesn't come.

So far I've enjoyed my stay here. It's quite and well kept. The maintenance team are pretty responsive, however, the problem's I inquire about are patched rather than properly repaired. The management team seems very understanding and also responsive.

I have given this community so much time to change. I have roaches and several mice in my home. Will put in so many work orders and nothing gets done. Occationally someone will come by but never actually fix my issue . I love speaking to allison she was able to get me a new apartment . Although it just ended up being worse . Went from an apartment with mice and black mold to an apartment infested with mice and roaches !!!! I feel like i shouldnt waste my time writing an order bc it just doesnt solve the issue or they wait forever .

I love my apartment but they still have not completed the things i wrote up when i move in on November 1 2022. I have email and call about it several times . Still nothing I have saw mouse in my aprtment and rat out side. The resident in the lower apartment leaves cat cans in front of his window. Plus i was never told about the air conditioner that you can not have air until they turn it on.

My experience in the community has been nothing but awesome. I love my neighbors and the leasing office staff are so accommodating and go far and beyond for all your needs. I'm very satisfied with my apartment and the community makes me feel safe. I have even had referral who will be moving in, in a few months.

I have lived here for almost 3 years now, I love living here! I have no issues with parking, all of my neighbors are friendly, and the best part is the staff at the rental office, they are always going the extra mile to make sure my needs are taken seriously and promptly addressed.

The maintenance is horrible . No one is ever on call for an emergency and no one shows up when they say they will. I have called on numerous occasions for an emergency maintenance member to come out and I always get the run around and then nobody shows up. Like why even have a maintenance crew if nobody is going to show up.

Besides the random gun shots at night, its a decent community. But the real picture shall be painted come summer time. We have fittness centers and swimming pools, its always something for my kids to do. Kids love the friends they made here.

I don't like it here and wish I could move out but I don't want to break my lease and affect my credit score that I'm trying to improve. The rent is to high for this type of situation. The staff never do what they say there going to do.

Beware!!
I have tried to avoid writing this but the sad truth is you should avoid renting from these people. They simply don’t care if you freeze to death. I have been without heat for 3 weeks, finally worked for one lousy day yesterday and now it’s back to artic conditions even though the temperature outside is in upper 30’s. Constantly have heating issues and air conditioning issues with this apartment complex. Avoid at all costs as they will claim they are “waiting on a part” which never seems to come in as you turn to ice.

No hot water for 3 days, they keep bandaiding the problem instead of fixing it!!! Be careful renting from this company!! We haven't had hot water in 3 days and nothing has been done! Avoid avoid avoid!

I have lived in the complex for over 5 years and it has really been a great experience. Kimberly has been very friendly and helpful each time I have renewed my lease and the maintenance crew is a great group who usually only has to come out once if there is anything that needs fixing. The complex is also located in a safe area and the neighbors are respectful of each other. I highly recommend living here!

I just recently moved into the community and Melissa made sure that my experience was easy and convenient. The rest of the staff was incredibly helpful with any issues I ran into during my move and the apartment was clean and well maintained at move in.

DO NOT MOVE HERE THE RATES ARE HIGH RIGHT NOW AND NOT WORTH IT!!! I pay 1185 for my rent anything over Is a scam. My apartment Is nice but maintenance takes forever to come out and fix things AND THE MICE ARE OUT OF CONTROL !!!! & the rental office don’t CARE !! IT TOOK 3 months for pest control & maintenance to come out to patch a few holes and I’m still literally having the same issues TODAY I HATE it here.

This place is very deceiving. The model is way nicer than the actually apartment. We were told we would have granite counters, but no, when we moved in we found glue and sawdust counters. The shared washers for the building are smelly, old, and absolutely horrible. The carpet was no replaced before we moved in and is a god awful color. We also were told one move in date, which was then delayed the day before. We had already booked a moving truck! It is very sad living here now. Lesson learned I guess? UPDATE: within 3 weeks of living here the garbage disposal sparked and shorted out, and the kitchen sink has backed up and leaked into the floor underneath. I have done what I can but nobody responds to maintenance requests. What a sad place to live!

This is by far one of the worst places I’ve reside. Maintenance personnel are the worst. U will never get anything fixed in a timely fashion. Property is deplorable. Infested with mice and NO HEAT in units. Staff are inconsiderable and are not empathetic to your needs. Property is not well managed and the staff in the leasing office NEVER answer your phone calls to address your concerns u are better off showing up in person to get a response. Not a good place to live unless you want continuous headaches

BEWARE!!!! I was extremely disappointed with how unprofessional and impersonal the people working at this apartment are. I had put down a deposit and signed a lease 3 months prior to my move-in date but never moved into my unit! Less than 48 hours before my move-in time (and on a Friday evening after the office closed so I couldn't even call) I was emailed by my leasing agent...yes emailed...and told my unit would not be ready for move-in due to "unforeseen reasons" and that the next available unit they could offer me would be available a whole month later. No ma'am! Things happen but it's the way they handle them that is foul! Needless to say, I ended up finding another place to move into. Thankfully, I wasn't out on the streets. They didn't offer any assistance beyond offering a unit that was a month away from being ready) and only one leasing agent was in complete agreement that my situation was handled very poorly by management as they didn't know my apartment wasn't move-in ready till less than 48 hours before (that also tells you how much time they put into making sure its clean....) and I was notified last minute with very little sympathy or accommodation.

Initially my experience here was great. Outside and inside of my apartment seemed fine. Until my second month here when 5 cars including mine were vandalized and broken into. There are no cameras so the leasing office could do nothing. As time has went on things have done nothing but gotten worse. I’ve experienced mice problems horribly due to there being holes by my patio door, oven, and closet in my bedroom. I even witnessed there being a DEAD mouse in the hallway as soon as you walk in the front door of my building for two whole days before something was done about it. I’m not sure why the leasing office even has a phone because they do not answer it and when l do get through to them they’re so rude it’s ridiculous. Only one of my maintenance requests has been fulfilled in the 8 months I’ve lived here it’s ridiculous. The noise level from neighbors is a mess. The maintenance men act like children and smell like marijuana. I will never recommend this property to anyone and I also will not be renewing.

The leasing office here is horrible. They lack effective communication, have zero problem resolution skills, and just heartless, especially the business manager. Unethical as well. Imagine having extensive water damage to your apartment, caused by the complex, and they refuse to put you in a hotel or available unit in the complex while the damage is fixed.
