Everyone in the office was really friendly and helpful. When ever I needed questions answered I received a quick response. They really helped make the move an easy transition. I would highly recommend

Just moved in not even 30 days ago. So far I’ve had, a leak in the bedroom, a mouse in the kitchen, a roach in the kitchen, beehive on the patio, missing wood on Patio, broken front door, noisy --- neighbors that stomps all night and a wall that needs to be painted! Maintenance isn’t too shabby either! They are super nice in the rental office when you’re looking to move. Once you’re moved in you don’t hear from them! Unhappy camper here! Beyond ridiculous for what we pay in rent!

Don't make the move here. Getting out as soon as my lease is up, if not sooner. Office staff rarely answer the phone. In person they're like a deer in headlights. Have had for mice for over 6 months, water leaks repeatedly, outrageous water bills for months. To pay over $1300/mo is ridiculous for all these issues.

Run far and fast. Do not move into the point. Management needs total overall. Building needs dire renovation. I can show photographs and a long list of complaints. Run far and fast. Save your save from the insanity. this Management Group could care less at the middle of a pandemic on top of not maintaining the apartment this place will leave you in the dark for days with no electricity without a second thought. And not reimburse you.

The location is convenient close to my family & friends. The apt was drop dead GORGEOUS. I was assisted by a lady name Kimberly in the leasing office who was AMAZING she answered all of my million questions. I’ll definitely keep The Pointe at the top of my list when I decide to move!!

I love my beautiful modern updated apartment. Fur-baby friendly. Affordable for all the amenities offered here. Maintance is top notch! I been here a year and had no problems. I love that they provide preventative maintenance services and safety inspections throughout the leasing term.

I have been here a month and two weeks and my experience has been horrible absolutely horrible. I was moved into in an apartment that wasn’t move in ready, the master bedroom door was broken, holes from the previous tenant though-out the house still visible just slapped over with a coat of paint. Paint all over my blinds light sockets door knob handle. The cabinets had visible damage from previous tenant. Paint over my kitchen cabinet. The refrigerator seal was broken and my food was being kept at room temperature and barley cold in the top and back of my refrigerator. I made numerous complaints to office staff and I was told my maintenance to just take the bulb out so it doesn’t keep food as warm. I was also told there were other maintenance issues more pressing than mine. The refrigerator has faulty wiring in the light where the bulb is so it doesn’t stay on. There is a crack in the foundation of the top of the refrigerator. Giant hole under the stove now I have mice. Maintenance used the messy foam which is completely an eye soar on my kitchen floor. My bathroom sink had extensive wear and tear to it, to the point the bottom of the sink is swelling and no sign of ever actually being painted. My dining room light has faulty wiring which flickers on and off sometimes doesn’t even come on. The rental office will ignore my calls and brush my concerns off. I received delinquent notices when my account is current however no one can address my concerns. They take your money but will ignore your concerns. The only good thing is Mrs. Kim she is very nice and always addresses my concerns.

I am so going to miss this property! The staff was amazing and they kept the grounds looking good! Janice was super helpful with my move-out and made my process so easy! Move here if you're looking for an apartment. I only moved because I purchased a home.

Moving from Harford County I was a little nervous not knowing the area or what to expect but I must say that living here has exceeded my expectations! The office staff made my move so quick and effortless. My neighbors are super kind and my children love having a pool for the summer time. Not to mention the updated appliances and beautiful countertops! If you're thinking of moving definitely join us here.

DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. They don't even deserve a single star. I lived here for several years, and I am so relieved to be gone now. If you move here, I can guarantee you'll have problems. The property was sold to a new management company at least 3 times when I lived here, each one worse than those it followed. The current company is concerned with nothing but making money. Office staff could care less. Management could care less. They don't respond to calls or emails. My calls were blatantly avoided because staff recognized my number. When I had legitimate issues (that were repeatedly ignored), I was treated like an annoyance for continually approaching staff. But things weren't addressed or resolved, ever. They refused to do their jobs. The previous property manger point-blank admitted that the property was neglected for years, especially the plumbing system. Yet nothing ever got remedied. Band-aid fixes don't work on severe problems, like getting scalded by 140-degree water. Even after calling the county for health/safety code violations, RAM Partners was unwilling to invest the money to actually fix the problems. They chose cheap, temporary alternatives instead. Loitering kids and young adults would come into the buildings and smoke pot. They often broke the locks on the laundry room doors so they could go in there to charge their phones and smoke. They destroyed property and stole packages. This was a safety issue that was never taken seriously by management. I had neighbors who completely disrupted my life... smoking pot, ridiculous noise, barking dog... you name it. Management never remedied anything. Your water will frequently get shut off all day for repairs (every unit in the building is supplied by the same system). The company decides when to switch the boiler system over from heat to air and vice versa. If it's cold and you need heat, you won't get heat until the system is switched over. The same goes for air conditioning. The dumpsters are always overflowing, and there is always trash scattered everywhere. Not to mention the mice and rats. You pay for amenities that are often broken or nonfunctional, like a printer that goes for months-on-end with an empty ink cartridge. Also, don't be fooled by all the "shiny stuff." Appearances are very deceiving here. You'll quickly find out that the expensive renovations were cheaply done. The clubhouse and model apartment are the only nice-looking places on the property... because they're trying to impress prospective tenants. The reality is that what you'll actually get is far from this ideal image. Management and staff might seem attentive and responsible while you're applying for an apartment, but that is a fake facade. "Maintaining the highest quality standards"... what a joke. This company cares about money rather than residents. Residents' rights are ignored, and policies set forth in the lease agreement (a legal contract) are only enforced when it benefits the company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'll regret moving here.

After living here 3.5 years, I can say I thoroughly hate the Pointe. Issues include: - loud neighbors (all day, every day, late into the night, despite community guidelines. Mgmt does nothing). - unresponsive management - frequent mice - slow maintenance response (incl. one week to address a running toilet.) - trash all over the lawn, always - cheap fixtures (door knobs, shower head, towel bars, etc) fall off or fall apart frequently. - management falsely filed a late rent court case against me. Why am i still here? Moving is a pain. I've finally reached the end of my rope. I am currently researching other living options, and will be moving ASAP.

Zero stars, I do not recommend. It's like living in a bad part of the city just more expensive. Do not move here. This place has slipped tremendously over the years. I'm one of those ppl who assume the few people writing bad reviews are either extra or not being completely honest. I was wrong. I've lived here for a little over 2 years and I can't wait until my lease is up. If you like the area you are better off choosing one of the neighboring apartment communities. Maintenance here is a complete JOKE. There is a rodent/insect issue when the weather changes EACH SEASON that they ignore until you stop complaining Or send there "pest guy" who if you are not home does absolutely nothing or treats your unit for the wrong issue. The dumpsters are ALWAYS overfilled(which contributes to rodent issues). I will say the staff in the office are nice and they do there best to help (there always apologizing for someone else's incompetence which doesn't really solve anything but it's polite I guess). If you are a super clean person and rodents and insects are a deal breaker avoid this place. If you prefer things like broken sinks to be fixed within let's say a week, Avoid this place. If yu don't like to be mean to get things accomplished avoid this place. If you work from home , avoid this place. The water is off at least once a month for some sort of repair. If you work normal hours it's not that big of a deal but if you are home during the day avoid this place. If you enjoy your sleep avoid this place. The walls are so thin I can hear the people outside with all windows closed. The people above me I literally know when they wake up when they go pee and when they have sex. The ppl in the neighboring building I can even hear. Long story short the area is nice and convenient but with so many apartment communities near by there's a better option then the pointe.

The actual units are pretty nice, but the management team and maintenance here is AWFUL. Since we have moved in 2 years ago, we have had SO many issues with mice, other pests, broken AC unit (TWICE), broken microwave, etc. Contacting the leasing office is a nightmare and they only answer when they feel like it; and it takes FOREVER for them to take care of issues. You definitely get what you pay for, but I'm extremely disappointed.

The area and stuff is nice. They have old pipes however. My tub constantly gets backed up with sewage waste. Avoid this place at all costs or at least make sure the plumbing works ahead of time. March 17th , April 18th, April 23rd, May 10th and May 11th the tub has been backed up with sewage. I have to be quarantined with a bathroom that can ---- itself at any moment. I am scared to shower or use the toilet. Also on top of that it is impossible to find cleaning supplies right now and I don't want to waste all of the cleaning materials on this. Please send legal help or advise @

The space is small and expensive. I pay more for water then people who live in a house do. My apartment was never cleaned or prepared before us moving in. There is not a lot of noise but there area is starting to go downhill.

I don't typically write reviews but I feel as though most people take time to write them when they are negative so it's fair to acknowledgment the good that you received. I would like first to give a thank you to the assistant manager Mrs. Kim as she helped facilitate my move and mad everything so easy to complete. She remained very transparent throughout the apartment choosing process and even went above and beyond to get me renovated doors at "at additional cost" in my apartment of course. This community is very quiet, great for families with kids and pets, and it's close to anything you would need whether that's the actual stores or the highway to get to them. The maintenance team has been time-friendly with request and to sum it all I will definitely be staying here for a while.
