Happy with quick and professional service

Thank you maintenance team! Had an AC issue today and put in a maintenance request. Saul came by in less than 30 minutes and as usual the issue was sorted out so quickly and efficiently. You guys make the George the best place for families.

This Location is one of the most beautiful places to live in Montgomery County. The moment I went to the 12th floor penthouse I fell in love. I have always wanted to live here and I'm so happy I decided to move in.

So far, I enjoy living at The George Apartments. The location is convenient, and the grounds/building/units are well maintained. I'm returning to George Apt in Wheaton after two years of living abroad. I choose to come back to live here because I know the area. It's in a very strategic location. Here it's a small building. You don't have to deal with as many difficult problems as in buildings where there are many more people. They've really been very good with everything regarding the move. They understand my point of view very well. Mainly, I like to live in a building where the maintenance is very good and very clean. The George is on the right track.

I have lived at The George since 2017, and this is the third apartment I've called home within the community. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping and the metro, making daily errands and commuting a breeze. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is truly outstanding?quick, efficient, and reliable. One of the things I appreciate most is the smaller, close-knit community, which has allowed me to get to know my neighbors and feel right at home. Living here has been a great experience!

Very good, maintenance staff and leasing office workers will help with any problems. Regularly host community events that are enjoyable. All facilities are incredibly clean and well kept. Security is great and I feel safe.

I have lived here for a couple of days so far. I love the apartment and community. It is so close to the metro and makes my commuter to NoMa so easy. The staff is so friendly compared to other places I have lived. Can't wait to see what the remainder of my lease looks like.

Not very good. Had plumbing which took forever to resolve. The carpet on my floor is very dirty and the recycle Shute does not work. There is a foul order in my apartment which I can't seem to get rid of

SAUL is great!

Saul is the best here! He is very professional, friendly, helpful, and always gets the job done. I have been living here for three years and the staff is part of the reason why I love it here so much. The apartment building is always clean and well kept. I recommend anyone to move here because you will be in good hands especially with Saul and the rest of the staff.

Don’t do it

DONT DO IT. If I’m being very honest and transparent this is not it. The management is not in favor of a certain demographic of people.. and it’s been made VERY clear by the property manager. The building is decent but does lack certain amenities and qualities of a good apartment to me. No pool. Amenities lock early. But specifically the administrative side needs to be relooked. Tenants shouldn’t feel targeted because of their demographics smh. I wouldn’t want to live somewhere that has made me feel like an outsider and purposely being done everyday. Very unclassy, very targeted, not welcoming .. undemure..

My experience was great. One thing that really attracted me this this community was the reviews online compared to the others near by which we're horrible. This is the reason why I don't mind waiting for a month and a half until my move in date. Def worth the wait for me. I want to move somewhere where reviews are great.

The building is centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The amenities are very fair for the price and the building is well maintained. The sidewalks are wide and there are lots of walking routes great for dogs. The building managers are very kind and courteous. The traffic is the only noticeable noise. Building parking is limited but there are monthly lots nearby for a comparable price.
